It's has many bugs. The filter rarely works. If someone who doesn't speak English downloads the app, s/he will not be able to change it to English. Some pages doesn't change its language.

Bad service and fake discount code : After applying the discount code and paying by credit card, I didn't receive the order. Then I sent an email to customer support, and they told me that items were out of stock, but actually items were available without discount code and refunded me after 30 days

On the site, the cost of cargo for purchases over 200 lira will be removed. But I bought a laptop for 260 lira and you charged me 10 lira for cargo. And next time I had to install the application and buy it with my phone so that you would not charge me 10 lira for cargo again. And this behavior of yours is not right at all and they do not do it on any other site or any other brand

The return policy is unreasonable! .. If you purchased with the [buy 2 get 3] offer, you cannot return or even replace one or two pieces. you will have to return the 3 items all together! even if one of them has a defect in it! .. you should be able to return or at least replace any item you of the three! the store was filled with so many people with this same issue!

The app is very good and even provide free shipping I bought many things in different occasions and used cash on delivery and everything was perfect, orders usually arrives whitin 3 days or less never had a problem with the sizes or colors. I didn't give 5 stars cuz the app have some bugs here and there but nothing too terrible.

I made a prepaid payment with my we-pay account and I scaned the qr code to complete the purchase and the money was taken but the order wasn't complete, so I contacted the customer service many and showed then screenshots with the money taken from my account but they didn't solve the problems ad it was really bad experience.

App has lots of bugs. It logouts you consistently. On purchases, Even you approve a payment on bank app, this app still may not approve purchase yet use all your defacto points. And then as you have used(!) your points, you can't even repurchase again by paying fullprice as app throws an error that says 'you can't use more points than you have'. This app is a pain and don't recommended. It's working like a beta application rather than a released version.

The best clothing brand with excellent customer service and the best branch on Abbas Al-Akkad Avenue, where the managers are always smiling, attentive to customer issues, and actively work towards solving them. The place is consistently organized and clean.

1. Login/Registration flows don't work properly (with social/email) 2. can't input phone number since I get a validation error 3. can't update my profile, since it wants me to update the email, but the email input is disabled 4. I get logged out every time I restart the app I would rate less, but unfortunately the minimum is only 1 star

Probably the worst app and website so far. The search doesn't work. Most of the time it's impossible to find anything no matter where you click or what you open it will show 0 results

I cannot create account neither from the app or the website nor by Facebook. I completed my order as a guest then I tried to track my order, but keeps showing error that my code is wrong. Seems there are alot of bugs

The app freezes and crashes every 2 minutes, its very much inconvenient. Not user friendly at all either. I thought the app was going to be better than your website, but they're both a pain to shop through. I'll probably uninstall.

Dealing with Defacto is the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life, without exaggeration. From ordering on the app to picking up at the branch, it's a nightmare. And if you try to find an item in a specific branch to avoid these issues, forget it! 99% chance it won't be there. And good luck complaining because there's no customer service number or email that will get you anywhere! I will warn all my friends against buying from there, and I'll try to spread this on every platform I can.
