The game was okay, but pretty glitchy. Especially the players home that you can decorate however you want. It unsaved all my progress. Some of the items I lost were in the box, but a ton of them are just gone. Also, everytime the character decides to walk outside, I can no longer see the inside of the house which is really annoying because it happens like every 30 seconds. Moving in the house is annoying too cause sometimes you drag items on accident.

I would rate this app 5 stars, because I really enjoy playing it, but I can't because there are SO many ads! Seriously, there is an automatic ad that plays like every 30-60 seconds and I'm not even being dramatic. What's even more annoying is that when you try to X them off, no matter where you hit it (even right in the mark) it think you've clicked the ad to download whatever app is being advertised. The game itself is really relaxing and enjoyable but because of the amount of ads, 3 ⭐ is it.

Love the idea of the game and the playing of it. However, it's getting a bit annoying with the ads every (what feels like) 5 minutes. For me, the game will sometimes not let me place items on tables that clearly have a lot of space or are cometly blank (happened to me while playing today actually.) I have to close out of the app and re-open it to fix this bug. It's very annoying and although I love this game I'm starting to get frustrated with this, and it's making me want to play the game less.

Overall, it's ok & relaxing. I usually don't complain about ads in 'free' games, but one thing that annoys me is when it's abrupt, often resulting in you going to the appstore, making you more frustrated. Also DON'T get the "No Ads" purchase IT'S A SCAM. You still have to watch ads for extra rewards, meanwhile most other cheap games like this only ask less than 5 bucks and provide an ad free experience with benefits... instead you get tickets you can only get by paying for to 'skip' ads. Shame.

editing my review... came back after a burnout only to find that the amount of ads make it nearly unplayable. im talking every few items you leave there's an ad, every screen you go to, every time you shift scenery it's an ad. it's so disappointing. aside from the ads, i love this game. there's no paywalls and there's genuinely a lot of cool rooms and items to choose from, but i just can't sit through a thirty second ad every 3 items I placedown.

Ads between rooms or to get bonuses is one thing....but being forced to watch an ad every time I move something around is ridiculous. Makes the game unplayable. Not going to pay to remove ads just because you bully me with them. Stop saying "ads are necessary"...no one is asking you to remove all adds, just stop putting them right in the middle of stages. YOU choose where you're putting them, you don't HAVE to put them in the most annoying place possible. It's an obvious cash grab tactic.

Between the super aggressive ads, and the fact that more than half the time when one loads, it'll freeze, making it unclosable, and forcing me to restart the app, but when I do then I have to do the entire freakin level ALL OVER AGAIN... Yeah, no, this app is gone like yesterday's garbage.

Used to love this game. The ads have gotten way out of hand, there used to be far less. The developers keep saying ads are necessary to continue developing for free. Having to have this many ads is not worth the waste of time developing, you are chasing users away. If it's what is 'necessary' to develop the game, then stop 'developing' so much! It's fine as is and has been for at least a year. The game itself does not need more work. Reduce the ads or you may lose too many users. I'm deleting.

The game itself is fine but you can't go more than a minute before an ad randomly pops up and disrupts the gameplay. The only way to make this app playable it to put your phone on airplane mode so it can't play the ads at all. It's a shame too, because if it was just transactional ads where I choose to watch an ad to gain some sort of option or get more gems I'd be totally fine with it!

The ads on this app are ridiculous. I can't go five seconds without one popping up and interrupting game play. Not worth the time. I've played better decor games. Edit after response from company 5/22/24: Advertisements are important, I agree. But I can name several other games that don't have intrusive advertising practices and can fund development, maintenance and updates for the game. Intrusive advertising interrupts game play. Thanks though.

This is fun but annoying. Let me explain. A character and her roommate have a house to fix up. You fix up other rooms and displays for stars and gems. I like this. What's annoying ? Ads pop up when I'm trying to move something on the screen. That's not the worst, though. Sometimes I finish fixing a room and the ad makes it glitch a reset. I have to redo the whole room or space and it doesn't give me stars for either of the times I did the space so I did double the work but have no stars for it!

This game is so fun and relaxing for the most part. The ads that pop up so randomly ruin the whole experience. It goes from calm and peaceful to some loud blast music and crazy ads. There is also a TON of ads, like every few minutes. It's really hard to get in the groove of the game when you keep getting inturpted. Everything else is great, just the ads that suck. I understand why the ads are there but it is a lot.

Pretty fun game especially for someone like me who enjoys sorting things. But I have major grievances regarding some controls/features. It's very difficult to decorate the home when you don't have all areas unlocked - the game keeps changing to the "layer" thats currently being upgraded. There's also no way to manually flip an item to help it fit better somewhere - why not have a double-tap option to change the position? Thirdly; I'd rather have an actual inventory system rather than the giftbox

Since update this past week, it freezes about every 2 minutes. The ads are RIDICULOUS, literally and add every 10 seconds. I realize it's a free game and ads are going to happen, but it's a bit overboard. Please fix the freezing issues!!! It's a fun game other than the issues that could be fixed but the makers won't.

Love the game, the only problem is there's too many ads. There's at least one ad in less then five minutes. It's fun and tricky. Also, after awhile it wouldn't let me go to where it started and get my packages and mail. Very, very annoying. The ads reset my progress and if it isn't the ads it just freezes and then leaves the whole game! It's very frustrating at times. Otherwise, it's a very fun and enjoyable game.

You're right, decor life, I didn't ACTUALLY want to play a design game, I wanted an app to conveniently and persistently watch ads! Seriously, 5+ in a single level is overkill. Also, 40 of every 50 items is a tiny cactus or succulent. Except one "kids" room with like 20 fancy vases. But ads kill any experience the game offered. 1 to start a room, at least 1-2 to clear it, 3-6 while decorating, 1 to finish it, and choose 3 options 1 always requires an ad to use. Minimum 6 ads per room.

I don't download games very often anymore because there are ads on everything, but this game is peaceful and relaxing when there aren't ads popping up every 5 seconds. I wouldn't mind the adds if they didn't pop up mid organize and every 5 seconds. This could be a really peaceful game if that changes, and i understand wanting to make some money, but come on, let people enjoy the game without ads every time you move something. This game seems fun, but it makes me want to delete the game.

I like the game but it is a little weird how you do decor and then do more decor in order to do the main decor levels...makes no sense right? It's not really a problem, just a little weird. The ads are the most annoying part though and have caused me to uninstall. There should only be ads in between finishing a level, not constantly interrupting while I am in the middle of the level. I can't take it anymore so unfortunately I have to uninstall.

I get it. "Ads are necessary to keep the game free." But I'm not exaggerating when I say every 10-20 seconds, tho?? Really?? This game is WAY out of line with the duration, placement, and frequency of their ads. Super cute game, fun to play, but almost $10 to remove the ridiculous ads, is well, ridiculous. The game is literally unplayable. Deleting.

I accidentally deleted the review, and it's a good game. I don't mind the ads, but they don't show the x to exit, so I have to leave the entire app. After a while, the game is worse. There are a lot of different bugs in the levels and in the house. The ads are also ridiculous. I get around 4 or more in ONE level, I understand why there are ads, but the amount is just wayyyy too many. It becomrs unplayable. Other than that, though, it really is a good game.
