I signed up with DealMachine to tinker around with it, but the more I've gotten into the more impressed I've been. I tested out a competitor and it wasn't even close. After 20 mins of testing I immediately came back to DM. As impressive as their app is, I'm blown away by their service. I imposed on two people's dinners and they both insisted on getting back to me and walking me through my questions. Amazing!!

This APP is a game changer for anyone at any level of experience... It's potential is off the charts simply because you are creating your own personal potential list of sellers in your local area or any other location in the U.S.. Better pull the trigger and give it a shot! P.S. Customer service is definitely a 5 star...these folks are on it. Every time I've had questions or needed advise, they were available, timely and accurate.

Great Functionality, and I know it'll get even BETTER! I love that you are able to design your own postcard with the copious amts of templates they offer. They keep a running tab of the miles, deals and money you spend. You're able to filter the type of homes you're looking for during your drive ( absentee etc.) And most importantly I appreciate the customer service! A1. They're always so prompt and seem to have so much patience.

Great app for D4$, especially with the initial free trial and credits. Definitely worth the value when used properly. Had a problem with photos not saving in the beginning, but haven't had that problem in a while. Postcards and skip tracing are expensive, but you can download your list, so that's not a problem!

They state data is the most updated available, "pulled daily". Satellite imagery is at least 5 years old in my area. I've contacted support about this numerous times. Also, they strip all the filtering options when searching for properties when you pay the $50 month plan. Even the basics such as lot Square footage, #units, rooms, no anything. You can't do filter searches AT ALL. I had the $100ish plan for a few months and that gave the ability to filter. Also skip trace falls A LOT.

Holy Smokes! I've been using pen and paper. This app is the most efficient solution I have found to help with D4D. Just used it for the first time and it amazing. The app tracks your route, has the owner info, purchase date, and allows you to add to list by one click. Saves sooooo much time. I've heard about it for about a year now, but never took the step to try it. I recommend the pro trial to get full effect of route tracking. So efficient! Get it now and start doing deals!!

I used to do D4D with paper and would go home to type in the addresses for skip trace/mail. This app saves so much time!!! HOURS every week are now free because the app makes it so easy to add the lead, skip trace/mail, and track responses. Updates have improved glitches from the past that caused me issues and I have no complaints now!

Just a forewarning. After the free trial, the app will automatically charge you without notification, which can be sneaky to some people. Another thing to to keep in mind is it doesn't do refund. You CANNOT pause your account unless you are willing to pay 24$ per month, otherwise delete your account entirely to stop the payment. It really is a DealMachine... To them.

There's alot of apps out today claiming to be the best at driving for dollars, but there could be one heavy weight champ, and that's Deal Machine! In addition, their customer service is incredible ... They are super super responsive to your needs, and they actually care about your success. So if your starting out know this ... Statics shows that most newbies get their fist deal done from driving for dollars, so why would not get the best app in the market ... DEAL MACHINE!!

If I had the opportunity to zero star, I would. App freezes way too much, had to delete and reinstall it about 20 times (no exageration). A lot of wrong data. On top of that, if you pause your plan you will still get charged monthly subscription but will have NO access to your data whatsoever. Worst investment to get deals.

It's already an expensive app, but they're constantly upselling (Nickle and diming) in the app. Its not transparent when they add costs to your subscription so I got overcharged without my knowledge. The GPS is really not very accurate which kept me from using the app in a productive way. It's too bad I subscribed for a while and got zero value. Also, difficult to cancel subscription despite several attempts with customer service. All around bad experience.

AJ from DealMachine has been very responsive to any issues experienced using the app and has followed up many times to give me updates on the fixes and see how the app is working. I'm very impressed. The app has made driving for leads in my car and from home (searching the map for absentee owners) exponentially easier than manually writing down addresses and doing the owner search myself. If you drive for dollars, I encourage you to try it out. If the additional route tracking feature was $25 rather than $50, I would have given 5 stars.

The app doesn't like sharing resources. Everytime I took a pic it froze on me. I had to stop driving and restart. Some of the pictures I took from the app to add to mailers didn't load. Also read the fine print. Memberships start at $59 a month instead of $49. I like the app I wish the thing would work properly with little headache and the pricing wasn't all over the place. I have an Android not an iPhone. The app is getting worse and worse. I've cancelled and they still charged me $59.

Have had the app since January with a few glitches that were easily fixed. Until last week, when it kicked me off and wouldn't let me log back in with my credentials. Got into a live chat with Gianne, who stuck with me after we had communication cut off, past her quitting time handed me off, and contacted me the next day to make sure all went well (it had). So while I can only give the app 4 stars, I can give Gianne and the tech support 5 stars.

This app is great for new retail investors! They have a cool interactive map that helps you analyze areas where you would like to search, and keeps track of where you've already looked. It keeps track of your leads and one click of a button will send out mailers for you. I'd recommend this app to anybody looking to get started in real estate investing.

I was a driver for someone using deal machine. When i decided to get my own team, i went with another competitor because it was more cost effective. I soon realized that you "get what you pay for" and quickly canceled that service and switched to Deal Machine. It is simply the BEST! It is more efficient to use in the field and as the manager. It saves lots of time and frustration. Time is money and peace of mind in invaluable.

Works pretty well I think you'll have to talk to them for help and support to figure out some of the features (I wasn't able to figure it out) and the only thing that's really annoying me is that I never got a notification for some of the mailers that were supposed to go out that didn't but when I talked to one their support they helped me and they fixed it along with giving me credit for the inconvenience. Great service!

The problem I've been having is the tracking on the app it freezes up every now and then while I'm driving doesn't always keep up ,and I seem to always have to hit the arrow in the right hand corner to align It back up. And the price for skip tracing is costly i only skip trace after i do research and know it could be a great deal.

No matter how many times I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app it just keeps closing back down. I have sent an email explaining the problem. I will update my review in a few days if they manage to fix the issue. (UPDATE July 8th) So the app no longer closes down and I was told I could login to my account. I don't know the password that was used when the customer service lady set up my account. I have tried to reset it several times with no luck.

I have one day left of my free trial. I am very pleased at the results I have seen so far. I'm new to wholesaling, and this app makes life easier! It's user friendly, and I Love the skip trace features it offers, along with the AI assist. I specialize in Land deals, and I'm pretty confident I will be closing my first deal very soon. I would recommend ESPECIALLY for NEW wholesalers like myself.
