I am using the basic version, I like it. I would like it more if you can add property evaluations tools and keep everything in one place. As of 11/10/2019 I see you added the property analysis option which includes the evaluation option I was looking for. Thank you! Updating my rating to 5 stars

It is fantastic. You can customize every detail or just use the presents. The presents allow you to do a super quick rough analysis of a deal, but much less rough than just your back of napkin 50%rule.

I just got my 1st deal closed thanks to the tools in this app. Creating the report and loading my pictures into it was key to looking polished and complete. Would love it if they could offer a try one course offer for paid subscribers.

Nice platform with all your information needed in the same app. Nice job Updated Information/ The more I use this app I am impressed with the attention to detail in all parameters of property management from a small scale to the top tier Fortune 500 property investment groups. This is a must have if your even looking to make a home purchase in the near future.

I am giving the app five stars because it is one of the best. It has everything you need. My one recommendation to the developers is that the font size on the mobile app is too small. Since pinch to zoom is not available, please consider increasing the font size.

Fantastic App! If you haven't tried DealCheck, where have you been? Have you seen the reports it makes? Holy smokes! The fact that there's actually a wholesale deal tab, blows me away. There are so many newbies getting into the field these days. DealCheck is so helpful because they can focus on the human aspect of the transaction and let the app help them with the calculations.

Even the free version is worth using. This app has saved me so much time and energy, it's incredible. What did take me hours, at times, to analyze. Now takes just a few minutes, and best of all, it accurate. No guess work, or doubting your figures.

Promising app. Down side is you cannot buy app without trial. You have to wait 14 days to buy in-app. Other negative is that it has limited currency options. Kindly include all currencies. And make offline option for field analysis when there is no internet. Also include local backup.😏Reply👇 I don't want to contact support when I want to buy. You could offer options in app. Anyways, moving to another app where I can just buy, bye🙄

Really impressive analytics with access to public data. The pdf format is great for showing potential capital partners a quick analysis with information and data to back it up. I think I could get a lot of use from this app, although I think it's on the expensive side. I haven't decided yet if it's worth the recurring monthly cost.

I'm a new Wholesaler and one thing I struggle with is running the numbers to analyze a good Deal so It can make sense for a buyer to be interested. Deal check makes this process alot better and has explanations for certain topics. This app definitely should be kept a secret as only the people who are hungry enough to dig through some dirt can find it like I did. Totally worth it! Not free by the way it's PAID! But Worth it!

If you are into real estate investing, this is really cool, you can tinker with all sorts of numbers and find the right deal.

I'm a novice at real estate investing, so this a great option for me. I have a spreadsheet to also track things that are important to me to assess, however this platform has some nice integrations to assist with a quick evaluation on you phone, tablet or laptop.

4.5 stars - DealCheck is great for quickly running numbers for investment properties. It's super helpful for a beginner investor, since all the analyses are fully explained within the app. It's easy to adjust assumptions or run multiple scenarios to see how the numbers change with different mortgage rates, rehab costs, final rents, etc. The app is pretty self explanatory to use, but I would say I still sometimes have to click through several screens/menus to find the what I'm looking for.

Absolutely love this app! Use it to check numbers before, during and after making an offer to confirm best exit strategy. I do wish, however, there was an option for "prospective properties" just in case we needed to run a deal but not add it to MY PROPERTIES. But other than that minor feature request, this has been great in running comps, checking ROI, CAP, COC. I highly recommend!

I think this app has fantastic potential. The price, however, is a bit rich. I could subscribe to a website with access to multiple calculators + a forum with millions of supporters for nearly the same price. 18.99 is a Netflix and Hulu subscription combined. Put that in perspective.. This is essentially a really well made spreadsheet in app form. Maybe I'd pay $1.99/mo or a lifetime purchase option. Thanks for your app but it's too expensive for what it is with 25% of the country unemployed

Even without precise numbers, this app is great for comparing all properties by the same criteria. So, regardless of the actual numbers, it's invaluable for sorting them by cash flow, price, etc. I'm a newbie in the ways of investing and what all the numbers mean, but I can clearly see the advantage of using the app versus not using it. It's a keeper!
