Beautiful visuals, terrible gameplay! This "game" looks amazing! The animations, the cutscenes, the settings, even the voice overs are all great! Beautifully done! BUT, this is NOT a game; this is a story you read and follow along by clicking on buttons it directs you to click. I have no idea what I am even doing, there is so much going on so early and I'm just doing as I'm told. There is so little interaction I can hardly call this "gameplay". Even when you "fight" bad guys, it's just boring.

Game is newish and still lacks features and stuff to-do for higher ranked players. PC version is a complete mess, game doesnt load properly 1/4th of the time and the other 3/4 takes minutes to load everything. Very bad optimization. Forgot to mention in game support appears to be brain dead and do not treat you very well, never solved my issues either.

mediocre time waster. Game actively stops you from playing. Wanna play the next stage? level up your war table. It will take 40 real world hours to finish. but to do that, level up your steel depot for 6 hours, or you can drop a mortgage on your house to buy the boosters. Once that's upgraded, you can then play the main story once or twice to repeat the cycle, but with an extra 12 hours tacted on. Repeat forever. The time gating doesn't make me want to buy boosters, it makes me want to quit.

It's just a grind heavy game that slows to a crawl after less than a week. All you do is grind resources. You don't engage in the story after a few days except for every couple days thereafter and it will only get worse. That is unless you want to dump money into it. The interface is buggy and doesn't register holding a button at times or even that you've tapped to collect. Resources in story spawn in unreachable places and also sometimes take 10-15 taps to collect. I could go on.

Game was great, now unplayable. I started this game on the launch day. It was great. Fun, good strategy, all the things. A few days ago it stopped working on my phone altogether. The game loads but won't let me do anything afterwards. I've gone through all the troubleshooting without results. I've emailed the developers without response. I spent too much on the game already for it to be unplayable. Boo.

The game definitely has high points and has been a fun go to for me for the past month. However, I haven't been able to play for over a week bc every time I open the game the screen moves over to the hangar bay and won't respond to any touch; unplayable game breaking glitch. I figured it would just be a couple days and it would be fixed, but it hasn't been. So, b/t that and the afk combat that is SO time consuming with no option to fast forward battles I'm done with DC legends.

The game has little to no strategy. Just keep leveling up the same 5 champs and level sync everyone else because leveling up a new champ from zero is too resource-intensive to catch up (the game is extremely stingy with resources). The champ tier system is pointless as legendary and epic champs are useless. Come back in 2026; if the game is still around, maybe most of the issues will have been addressed by then.

would be a pretty cool game if the bugs were addressed by support. one of the worst support teams I've ever dealt with. you set a time when the issue occurred, give then a description, and attach screen shots. they ask question after question, never addressing the issue. Also, the game is extremely stingy with rewards and paid packs. Buyer beware

The game is fun early on, especially on new servers with the excitement of climbing ranks. But it quickly reveals itself as pay-to-win. After base level 25+, resources dry up, and casual players can't compete with whales. Overpowered limited champions lack a soft pity system, and rigid event schedules add to the grind. Daily tasks become repetitive, making it hard to enjoy long-term.

So many issues with this game, where do I begin? 1. There's no clear endgame because of the current server setup. 2. Several game modes are unnecessarily restrictive and prevent players from participating for no clear reason (krypton rush, bat train, etc.). 3. Far too pay to win and characters like green lantern are locked behind paywall. Overall this game is thoroughly disappointing in its current state. Don't bother playing unless they make substantial changes.

Came for the base building, turns out it's an auto-battler. (Of course not a single ad I saw showed the main gameplay...) They also made it hard to get a variety of characters and then have the gall to make challenges that require different setups. I need Spirit attackers, but all of them are max rarity. Side note: Why does it make a phone call every time it opens? If I have it connected to headphones, it makes the "hang up" noise.

Constant improvements, not too time consuming, but there's a lot to do over a long period. You can check in once a day or 3 to 4 times a day and get 15 minutes of play time. I'm pretty happy with their QOL improvements to some game modes. When I reported a bug in a side mission level, they were responsive, and had a bug fix implemented pretty quickly, like within a couple days. So I've been impressed. I've spent about $30 on in game pass and hero shard bundles. F2P will be slower to get going.

It would be 4 stars but they just randomly increased the cost by 10% of all the boxes. Pros: Good graphics, Base can't be assaulted and no need to "Bubble" while away. Decent team events, made good friends. I like DC characters (Deathstroke is in it and my fav character) Cons: Price hike, Said events are a bit copy paste with different paint, Slightly stale after a certain lvl. Can't really battle with other Leagues (The whole pro no bubble has draw backs) May be a cut & run game.

Its fun for two days. Then it becomes an idle game that requires a ton of CLICKING, want to complete a task? Click through 4 -7 windows to accomplish it. Not even sure what the game loop really is at this point. A lot of the events make you be online at a certain time or you miss out. But what are you going to do while you wait for the events? There is nothing to do in the game but click on useless things that barely help you, just log on once a day and you get 80% of the progress done.

I have been playing this since launch...the game itself really isn't much since it's just pick a move and it happens type of play. It's easier to just put it on automatic. There are quite a few characters but lacking tons that could be in this game. You basically collect stuff build your base and then fight enemies rinse and repeat. But be warned when you start getting up there in levels it will be really hard to progress without paying. Overall it was fun for awhile but got boring fast.

Love the art style, and if you enjoy DC universe and a collecting game built around it, it will scratch the itch. The gameplay itself though is pretty bland and uninvolved Missions are boring, story is uninteresting, and all game systems feel outdated. They didn't reinvent the wheel on anything, just slapped a fresh coat of paint on a bunch of old game systems and trying to market it as something new!

There is very little strategy, decision making, or really gameplay to this game. You build what the game tells you to build, auto assign your gear, auto build your team, and the majority of fights the characters automatically fight, The only real input is using characters special abilities off cooldown. These abilities cannot be targeted by you, you just press a button and it'll hit whoever it is locked on to.

This is a fun time killer, but has a major design flaw. A big aspect (Guardian) of the game is completely P2W & impossible for a smaller league to have any chance. I've spent $$ on the game because it was fun, but this killed it. The easiest battle for the weakest city still means fighting a league 3x your size. they should prevent leagues from holding too many territories (if you have a 3 star & 2 star, you lose your 1 star hold) so that it's more equitable. Not spending another dime til then

it's really fun. I've been playing since the global launch and I really like it. the graphics are good, the story is good, the base building aspect is good. The game does rely heavily on pay to win, however you can still get far as a free to play user. they're constantly updating the game and adding new features. I'm on war room 24 and so far I'm still having fun with it.

Decent game, though if you want to progress quickly it does feel like money loss waiting to happen if you aren't careful. Speaking on that, I just unlocked Black Canary and it gave me the "$4.99 to unlock more to progress her character" chest but it says expired when I click it? (with several hours still available) Story is interesting. Designs are nice. Downside is sometimes I have to hit a button a couple times to continue. Overall, ok experience.
