Unnecessary promotional notifications or prompt advertising notifications to ask to enable more, there is no setting to disable all these. Disappointed coming from a banking app, forcing people to turn on notification for 2FA, yet using these opportunities to send marketing/advertising notifications

Recently, after scanning the merchant's QR code for payment, I couldn't key in any number for the payment amount. No issues when I was doing PayNow via mobile numbers. The issue only applied to after scanning the QR codes.

What is the use of synching all the findex data with other fin institutions if the data retrieved are not the latest data. Example, after synch , the ocbc data updated was of previous month data and not the current one. So much changes would have happen. It is useless to have overall view of my financials from the past. It must be real time synch. If not , what is the point of synching...of no value add at all.

Best banking app in Singapore! Easy to get credit card fee waiver through the bot. Any issues, they will fix very quickly, unlike some other banks.

A good Banking App.. Easier to make payments & transfer funds. Banking functions are quite easy to access. The security features makes the user feel at ease during transactions. Always up to date information on scams & other cyber security measures. Highly recommended to use for your banking needs.

After i got my token and updated my password, i cannot do any transactions by online. It is so difficult even after i uninstall and install back the apps. It will always appear that security token to be delivered again. Please do assist as this is very difficult for users to make any payments.

Superb app. Simple, easy, and friendly to use. Much self-directed learning, and by trial and error to understand how it functions. I find no issues or problems using it. Great App indeed

Atrociously slow. Ends session unexpectedly. Some buttons in the app actually lead to the website - and require to login again. Didn't accept my perfectly valid FIN number, "wrong format". Hard to contact human support.

I've used the app for years. It's excellent; easy to use anywhere around the world. I particularly like the security features, the clarity and ease of use. I've been with DBS for over 35 years and have always found the staff to be reliable, super-efficient and friendly. Well recommended. Reaffirmed today, 15th May 2024.

It was my first time paying bills without going out to payment facilitity. Was able to navigate the process for successful payment for 3 bills. This is great, saving time and i don't have to queue, etc.

Bad user experience on forced timeout logout. The question of staying logged in or not presents the user with responses that don't work and you are always logged out no matter what you choose. The in app feedback rating function then does not allow the user to submit any feedback whenever it asks. I am constantly frustrated coming back to my DBS app to make a quick payment which cannot happen. Terrible behaviour for an app belonging to such a prestigious bank as DBS. Team should be ashamed.

Super stupid and annoying user experience. 1. The homepage always scroll itself, either up or down. Why not just stop where I scroll to so that I can view all my accounts? 2. Every time I come back from another app, it shows at least 3 stupid and useless popups before redirecting to login page, and all I can do is to click yes. Why not just go to the login page directly? Please hire some designers and stop annoying users.

The amount entry design is so bad that It so easy to key in the wrong amount every single time especially addional zero! You have to place the cursor so precisely and it make it harder with HP. After so long with many news report of paynowing wrong amount yet the issue is still not address. Many payment app has better user-friendly design while this major bank app is so primitive! If you can't get the basic right, no point of talking about other features.

one of the worst app ever. everytime I want to open the app, my phone screen goes blank. I have to turn off the screen and unlock my phone again, then only the app will take me to the login page. after login, I have to tick the box that I have read the above information, every single time, it's insane. all that hassle would take around 2 minutes to finally reach the intended page.

What happens to the app lately. It has been crashing. Each time I login, the screen freezes and goes off. Impossible to check or do anything. Very bad experience. I can't used scan and pay or do anything w the app... Can u guys do something!?! This app doesn't seem to improve. After filling up info to apply credit card, the app said it is out of service upon submission. A waste of time.

This app is so annoying. First, it is not smooth. The interface will slide by itself. This causes many mistouches. Also, I can't quit the app by just slicing to the left on the edge. I have to tap logout. Another thing is that, when I tried to submitted my feedback in the dbs app, it said, no, we cannot process your feedback, because it contains unsupported special characters. After checking several time, I found that i have to use it is instead of it's. Just so annoying.

The app asks for feedback. The following feedback text is not accepted. Go figure. Entering a new recipient. I need to switch between the app and another app with recipient's details. DBS app keeps clearing the form with the entered details whenever I leave it to copy information and come back to paste information. PS: this feedback form sucks, as it doesn't allow me to enter my text.

Several issues with the usability. 1) "Scan & Pay" in the main screen: after scanning, I am only presented with options to login using SMS OTP or bank token. I am unable to log in using my fingerprint. 2) Leaving the app without logging out: the next time I perform any action I am shown a session timeout prompt. If I tap "Continue banking", I still cannot perform any action. It will bring me to the session timeout screen again.

Sends me a lot of promotional messages (i.e. "Looking to upgrade your iPhone? Get up to $100 off instantly..."). This is supposed to be a banking app. I expect messages related to my bank transactions or security messages. Not ads. Not spam. In the end, this just results in users like me blocking all notifications from DBS, which might result in security risks, since users might not receive important notifications. Instead, DBS should consider adding notification channels so that users can selectively turn off certain types of notifications they are not interested in.

Ever since the DBS server interruption in Nov 2021, it has been impossible to contact customer service through the DigiBot feature. Even after reinstallation, it's still no use. The app just hangs. Also, there is absolutely no reason to ask for phone contacts and phone media to complete app installation. As other users have said, it's too invasive and unnecessary.
