This app has followed me through 3 phones and yes, it will remind you to back up your entries every time. Lol. Great app, very customizable, get the full version-it's worth it. They even do a yearly breakdown of your activities and how each of those effected your various moods with numbers. They do this each month too so you don't have to wait for the end of the year to see your stats

There's few apps that really make a difference in my life, and that I actually use consistently, but this is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was honestly considering making a big and ridiculous spreadsheet to track my mood and daily habits since I love being able to look back at the collected data, and this app just does it all! The variety of ways they present your logged data is amazing. My ONLY wish is that I could use it on my computer as well

Ive been using this app for 1737 days in a row....almost 5 years now!! I love it so much. Its been amazing to see all of the new features roll out over the years. Helps me savor memories, keep track of my activities, monitor my mood fluctuations, gain insight on my habits. Has become a huge part of how I understand myself and keep my life on track.

This is exactly what I've been needing in my life (and exactly what my therapist says I need to do daily). Part journal, part task/goal management with a sprinkle of personalization that allows me to keep up with what I want, how I want. I'm on the free trial now, however I'm going to breakdown and cry when it's over. Subscription cost (albeit not bad bad) is unfortunately outside what I can afford right now. Hopefully I'll be able to squirrel away some money over the summer to get an annual.

I've been using Daylio for a bit now and I'm really happy with how super customizable it is and the data it provides in the reports. Once you've used it for a while it starts finding patterns. You can add a note or a pics if you want. It's the only journaling/ mood/ health app I've been motivated to keep up with.

There are very few times an app/platform has more features than I can actually think of, and Daylio is always ahead of the game! I love this app for building new habits, tracking how I spend my time, and helping me reflect. It's the perfect personal growth app that you can customize for all of your needs! Well worth the premium price too!

Daylio is the perfect app to keep track of your daily mood and day to day thoughts and experiences. With it's wide array of customizable data points that you can edit and add to preset entries. That's paired with an intuitive dashboard that gives you a comprehensive overview of your day, weeks, and months. Which also makes it's very easy to correlate all your information and data so you can make better accurate decisions about your physical health, Mental Health, and spiritual well-being.

Edit: I have had this app for over a year and it's worth it. It helps me keep track of my mood changes and also with memory recollection, I use it to pause throughout my day and take an inventory of what I've done, what I've accomplished, how I'm feeling and what I still need to do. It's worth having. It gets a bit buggy between updates but that happens. I'm happy overall and it's worth the subscription to personalize, add as many activities and goals and moods to keep track of things.

Great app with a lot of customization capabilities. I like how I can add photos and edit fonts to my entries. The ability to search and filter entries by activities is especially useful. I liked pulling up my monthly overview chart and having it highlight days where I jogged just to see if it really improved my mood. I just wish that my monthly overview would display the weighted average score of my day or export data to Excel or CSV.

This app is just awesome. It is so simple, yet so incredibly powerful. If you are in therapy or just want to understand how certain activities affect your mood or even how many times you do those activities, this is an invaluable app. It provides awesome insights, provides great export options for my therapist, as well as just being an excellent habit and diary tracking systems.

Wish I used it more, but I love it's customization options and how well it tracks everything. The notification options are intuitive. I haven't explored whether or not the data can be exported, but haven't any need or reason to. Not sure if there are social media connections either, but might be worthwhile for days a user might want to post or have as memories, recaps or recap videos would also be cool. Having sections or ones that can be used for evaluations to send therapists could help.

Great way to be accountable for your health goals. There's also a daily diary where you write whatever you want about your day. There's a feature that allows you to go back and read previous journal entries to compare where you are now to then. And it keeps track of your goals which gives you incentive to fill it out every day so you don't lose your streaks. You get awards for streaks and it just gives you a sense of accomplishment to see your progress. It also has yearly recaps & graphs.

Been tracking my moods for a full year now, it's so nice to have an easy way to look through my entire year. Bought the upgraded version for like 30 bucks permanently a few months ago and I haven't used a ton of the features but as someone who intends to use this app for a few more years at least I absolutely recommend. It's so well thought out and easy to use. Hardly any ads even on free version. Really low energy app

Been using this daily for a years. I have it set daily reminder. The reminder hangs at the top of my phone scene partially covering it and unlike other pop-ups from other apps, it hangs there and never goes away. It's annoying. I may not be ready to post and I don't want an app nagging me! Edit: Suggestion, allow us to post more than one mood. I have my ups and downs throughout the day.

I love this app and I've been using it for years and years 592 day streak rn 😁 I wish there was a way to combine with Nutrilio , especially the way you can click on a food to have it twice, but still have the stats features of Daylio. I love them both and they have really helped me change my habits for the better. I love the goals functions and I'm proud to say Daylio has helped me reach many more goals and make better habits!!!

OG review 1/9/19 I wish I would've known about this app before now. I've always wanted to journal but could never get into it, this app makes it so easy. Update 7/11/24 I still adore this app, I've written an entry everyday since I first downloaded it. I do a minium of a sentence a day. They've added so many great features over the years. It's great to be able to revisit even the most mundane days. I know I'll be happy to revisit these entries as the years go on.

A very helpful app to reflect on my day from mood, activities and even adding a picture to sum up my day. It is easy to customize and I like when they send me my weekly mood summary. I can look back and look for patterns for what has been beneficial for my health and what I may need to modify. I would also recommend for those who may have trouble with memory, so much multi-tasking in this hectic life this can be a great tool!

Good Little Life Tracker Easy to use and has a number of helpful features. I'm not sure I can justify paying for premium for basic things such as access to all emojis, unlimited reminders and goals, etc. when those options seem like they should be basic. I get it, they have to make money somehow. I might come back to it but I doubt I'll ever re-subscribe to premium. The basic version is fine for my needs/frequency using the app.

I have had this app for several years. it is beyond useful. an excellent app for those who need a mental health, physical health record. it lets you create commonly felt or needed experiences at the top of a button it also charts everything and is easily printable and back up you can even email charts to your doctor before doctor's appointments. I also use this to keep track of things like housework, weather factors, common elements, etc.

I've been using this app since December 2016. For a long time I had it rated at 4 stars, it was really good, lots of new features were added along the way, but there was one thing missing for me: the ability to search for a specific word and highlight it in the text so it could be easily found without reading entire entries looking for the word. Adding this feature is what finally a while back made the app perfect so I'm updating my review.
