I really wish they would get Zelle. It would help. Today I had a very frustrating experience with customer support. I had a question about a transaction, & the person I initially spoke with was so confused about what I was calling for. Mind you, I used the number provided in the Dasher Direct app. They transferred me to someone else who seemed equally as confused. The 2nd person wanted to transfer me yet again, so I said goodbye. Want me to reactivate a card that never worked? No thanks!

I LOOOVE this app. Doordash has been a game changer in my life. It was there when I needed extra cash the most! It's been a good experience thus far. I have met a lot of nice people and I just keep learning as I go and getting more fluent as I get more experience. This particular app allows me to see my balance from my dashing any time. I love the fingerprint method of entering the app. The set up/layout of the app is clairvoyant and easy to navigate.

EDIT** Now, the app just doesn't load. Wifi or not. Frustrating that I can't use the benefits that are offered. But there are plenty other cashback apps. It's very convenient being able to access your funds immediately. The 4-star rating is because the app doesn't ALWAYS pay immediately. Although this could be human error since I've had to request a member from the Support Team to process my payment after not receiving it for 12-24 hours. Overall, great app. The extra Cashback is nice too!

The app is super easy to use. Although I had a bit of trouble logging in, the dasher support was on top of my problem in 5 mins easy. Besides that, the app offers a simple saving area you can transfer your money into, which is awesome. And getting a little money back from some basic thing is always rewarding. Anyway, I love it and use it more than my banking account.

I like the idea of this app, but it would be nice to see more practical offers, like cash back on groceries from Ingles or Publix, and discounts on some of the restaurants and stores we pick up from. The gas discount is nice, though I'd like to see a higher percent back, gas is killer and it really rips away at the profit. I also don't care about any of the perks that come with it, I just am not interested. There is a lot of potential, great concept, not currently super practical, for me.

This app is super easy to navigate even for the technologically unsavvy ones, like me. I like how it automatically calculates your rewards on your cash back and you can so easily just add it to your account balance. The rewards can also be left to accumulate over time. The goal setting is really cool because you can move money in and out of it as you need to without a fee or waiting any time at all. I also like being able to access my benefits, rewards, goals and funds all in 1 app.

Excellent app to use if you drive for DoorDash, instant payout and tracks your transactions, fuel and food rewards as well, shows local fuel prices with a map. The only downside is the savings/goal account, there should be a way to have multiple savings accounts and a way to change the name for what your savings is and ability to set a goal and set a way to lock it until you've reached your goal, and have an emergency/override on the lock in case funds are needed to be released. Great app!

It's almost perfect. I love this app for the most part, it has great deals and it's a quick easy way to track and receive my Doordash pay. My only complaint is how slow the app is to update. I will get gas or purchase something, and when I check the app, it will not show any purchases or updates to my balance. It makes it hard to accurately calculate how much I have left in my account. Other than that, great app.

since the last update which would be version 2.0.2 the app does not register Biometrics anymore you can check it as you log in but it'll be unchecked the next time you open the app and in the settings if you try to enable it in the settings it does not check at all it does not move it just stays unchecked no matter how many times you tap it edit: I'm not having issues getting into my account, I know my password. the app is having issues enabling biometric

I've been dashing since March 31st and haven't had any issues with the app or my card. Even with the virtual card, everything was pretty straightforward. I enjoy the cash back rewards as well. If I had to ding a star for anything, it would be that the transfer time to a bank account is crud, especially since you can instantly transfer to cashapp.

App always works PERFECTLY for me. No issues pertaining to app's functionality. My only beef with this app (Reason for 4⭐️'s, instead of 5⭐️'s) is when you search for ATM's, they provide a legit list of 'em nearby, BUT when the ATM's mention in the app that they don't charge fees (a.k.a. "FREE/NO FEE ATM"), IT'S COMPLETE BS & MISLEADING 'cause they're NOT/NEVER FREE or the fees are higher than quoted in app. Misquoted FREE/NO CHARGE ATM'S needs updating! Better to just do "CASHBACK" instead!!

Exploitative, restrictive, makes it impossible to send money to people without massive hassle, locks your money down for anything but bills and online shopping, and definitely does not pay close to enough. $2.50 base pay, and people tip less and less all the time with the fees they charge them now. We don't get anything real for being top dashers and the perks for being platinum are useless, and the support is a farse.

Horrible. When I first started dashing in early 2022 this app worked perfectly. Now every other order the app crashes. Even if you are in an area with not the best reception, it is the only app that does not want to load any of the contents. The new program is horrible and the "support" is useless. The support always only suggest that you reinstall the app, no other information given. Horrible app. Horrible support

Nobody likes having to sign up for a third party to bank with their gig app. But this one won me over with convenience and how easy it is to get as ue rewards, especially like the cash back on gas purchases. I hardly ever make a gas purchase that doesn't give me some reward and the extra change helps here and there. It's also convenient that your Dash money is loaded into the card automatically (if you sign up for that). I liked not having to worry about waiting on bank transfers.

It's very inconvenient to lose access to fast pay while I wait for my physical card, then get charged an additional $7.50 for using the virtual card thru Google pay to pay a bill. I paid $50 for the bill, but in the Dasher direct app, I was charged $57.50. That's a huge fee to have to pay since that's the only way I have access to the money that I earned. Completely ridiculous. I can't afford to have fees like that for every purchase!!!!

Super easy to manage your account and access your pay at the end of each dash. The app and card come with alot of great perks which continue to improve as time progresses. Controlling my card and account has always been a breeze and customer service doesn't suffer for that convenience whenever there's been an issue. After using it for almost a year I cant really find any complaints.

I can't even open the app. And the dasher app its self will not let me see my funds at all. I was told someone would get ahold of me and within seconds I got an email that said someone tired to call me but I was unavailable (even though my phone never rang) and to use the app to contact support. I sent multiple emails back and each time I got the same message. The app is either garbage or the people to bother with support. Or both.
