Some escape room games are more challenging than others... to me, that's what makes the game even better. Sometimes it can be frustrating not knowing what to do but you'll figure it out. Don't give up. Take screen shots or notes to help you figure out the remaining steps/whereabouts. Absolutely great game. Beautiful features. Enjoy!

Played all 3 games in the series. Beautiful artwork, with the exception of the find its, no puzzel is repeated within each game. There are a few annoying glitches such as getting randomly kicked out of puzzels for making a wrong move. Most annoying is having to pay for the bonus chapters even after unlocking them. Overall, a great set of games.

This is the third D&F game that I've downloaded, so obviously I like the game. Unfortunately, this one is set so you can't watch an ad to get a coin like in the other games. The option is there, but after 3 days of trying to watch an ad at all hours of the day and night to get a hint because I'm stuck, it's obvious that the option isn't available. I'm 56% through, so it's sad that I have to delete the game without finishing, but I'm stuck, and can't spend real money to get through it. Too bad.

So far I am really enjoying this game. It is fairly easy to figure out what to do if you try everything, interact with things in different ways. It is challenging enough that I have had to use a couple hints, but still find it relaxing and can keep a decent pace. The variety of puzzles is refreshing and keeps things interesting. Kudos Designers!!

The puzzles are lovely. I love the stories and game play of five-bn. The story is fresh each series, and though the puzzles and game play is familiar, it never gets old or stale. For those who complain their games are P2W, I have finished more than one of the series and never had to buy a single hint or skip any puzzles. You absolutely can win this for free.

Like the Myst series of the 80's; beautiful music and graphics and very challenging puzzles. Persistence and patience pay big dividends. The graphics, I get Mysty-eyed over them, ehe. The ONLY reason I rated gameplay and controls foUr stars is to contrast how great the graphics truly are as compared to just everything else. But really it's five stars altogether.

Pretty cool story line escape game. Fairly easy to follow. Some key items are harder to find than others but with persistence they come up. I think this is partly because certain items can only be found within a certain sequence of events. So you need to backtrack and research areas you have already visited. Overall a great game.

I love this game and the Lost Lands series y'all do as well! I never had any issues with glitches that others claim to run into but unfortunately I'm so sad because I got to the end of Darkness & Flame 2 & I got into the little bar and in the room on the side with the martini glass key, and I washed the wall and picked the brick out of the wall clicked off on accident before I grabbed the key and it wouldn't let me go back to grab it. 😔 I had to uninstall because I needed the key to move on. ðŸ˜

After trying a few of BN Games (Lost Lands, Darkness and Flame), graphics and story are good, but the utter lack of any logic throughout the game is mystifying. For example, a protagonist uses a hammer one scene to remove a mast, then in the next scene, having lost the hammer, needs to bludgeon nails with a rock. The characters can not do anything simple such as untying knots, opening cardboard boxes, lifting a fishing net off a kitten, without a knife. Puzzles just don't flow with the story.

Love Five-BN. Definitely difficult if you have not tried any of their games. It's quite different from regular hidden object/puzzle story games. This series has the best graphics so far. Gameplay is still challenging, even with a seasoned fan, such as myself. These storylines are wonderfully gripping and immersive. I especially like that the stories are very different between each series. Keep it up!

A nice, but often repetitive and occasionally annoying adventure game. I don't mind getting stuck on a puzzle, but it does bug me when after giving in and using a hint I discover that the item/place was there all along but was impossible to pick out from the background scenery. Or when a hint just tells you to leave the area with no indication of where to go next. On the plus side, there's not been much in the way of "moon logic" solutions that make no sense even in retrospect.

I thought it was a just a plain point and click hidden objects game and you had to pay after a certain point. Nope. It's sort of a short game when you use hints but even longer if you can hold out and try to figure the puzzles out yourself. I'm addicted to these games that I've already played all the Lost Lands editions and working on all th darkness and flames. It's super fun and challenging. Get it, get it all!!!

I understand that there are glitch-less versions of this game that you pay for, but if you want a great gaming experience without the additional costs then the FIVE-BN GAMES (free to play) versions are the way to go!!! Sure there were some glitches along the way but you're getting an amazing game with fantastic graphics and easy controls for FREE people! Absolutely loved it!

Amazing puzzle game! It has a LOT of mini games within 1 awesome story line. However, some of the mini games do not work properly and it can get pretty infuriating. I'm doing a red crystal mini game from the bonus chapters at the moment, and the crystals will not stay where I put them. It's like they do not lock into place. And there was another mini game that didn't work from the main story chapter in the temple. It's just a bit glitchy & aggravating, kinda ruins the experience unfortunately.

I really enjoy these games, I've done all of them prior to this. Usually I wait till the end to rate, but I'm annoyed at the controls this time. Too many puzzles reset if the back button is accidently hit, very annoying, especially on the painting puzzle. Also when using a hint, its ridiculous that it is wasted when it tells u to hit the back button.

An amazing point and click puzzle adventure. The only negative I can come up with is that the hint button is a bit too close to the back button. It's definitely possible to win without the hints (unless you have fat fingers) but the puzzles are also not just basic easy. A wide variety of different types of puzzles keeps things fresh. There's even a fast travel system! Add a list of achievements, a bonus side storyline, and a ton of goodies in the extra section and you have this gem of a game.

Great storyline, great graphics, great mini-games and challenges. Has me on the edge of my seat. Only frustrating thing is having to go back 3 scenes to finish a puzzle and then forward 2 scenes to find a part for a different puzzle. You're constantly going forward and backward, and you never know when you've finished with a scene. It becomes hard to keep up with. I had to start making lists from each scene... Other than that, great game!

Have enjoyed many games from this developer and this is no exception. Challenging puzzles but I never get totally stuck on one. Great artwork and storyline. Love the extras and earning all the achievements. Only complaint was one I've had with one or two others. Sometimes you can click all over a scene and still end up missing an area of interest. So you have to backtrack and tap the screen incessantly to find that one area you missed. Absolutely recommend these games.

I played this game up to the point that I opened a puzzle that was all most impossible to solve. I was not going to solve it. Can't skip it unless I spent money so I uninstalled it. My thoughts on that is, if I have to buy a skip then program in a way to earn coin. I did play game one and enjoyed it. I will not be downloading any games from this developer.

The game is great, the puzzles are complex without being impossible. The only issue I have had is with a directional puzzle where you need to fill in the spaces. I could not get it to go the direction I wanted with the arrows it always is going a different way. Otherwise excellent game!
