I have recently tried using this Google version of "Daraz Seller" but was prompted to upgrade to an unofficial app version from daraz seller website. This seems like the app isn't authentic and probably needs some permissions which aren't allowed by Google Playstore. Also, the Finance section, Product Dashboard and Ad campaign sections are gone in new app! Daraz team please fix these issues!

Recently i received an in app notification that i need to upgrade in order to continue using app. I checked on playstore but it showed that app is updated I clicked on app notification which led me to download apk file from daraz seller centre website First of all why was that so??? And second there are many missing features in app after update like there is no option to check product ads and finances

Previous version is good ,this update is totally confusing,there is many options missing now , that we are find easily in previous version, there is no option to check for account statement, regarding to pending payment details, no option show to activate recommended voucher and also missing out more beneficial option, please revert back it to previous version.

Daraz seller center new interface is not good. I am not happy with the new update, everything is very confusing . Some options are also not showing.plzzz change it . Old interface was best.

The Daraz Seller Center app, which was upgraded yesterday. The new interface is very bad and hard to use. They've also hidden the account statement, which makes it even worse.I totally hate this new upgrade. The previous version was already good, but you guys have made it complicated.

Worst update ever. Very confusing and cannot find anything useful in the new update. Even account stats are not showing anywhere. Please downgrade the update and make it user friendly. We are not here to waste time using complicated apps and learning it. Please make it simple and user friendly as soon as possibility. Otherwiselot of people will stop shopping in Daraz soon.

Everything was fine before update. After updates, page traffic count is gone, bank statement is gone and order notification center is messy. And the biggest problem is, system cancels orders by its own. They don't notify us when an order is created, and then suddenly we get notified that order has been canceled and the reason we see is " [system]system default reason "

2024-6-18, I request to delete the apk that was downloaded from chrome as it might be spam and harmful for device. May be they are using some things permission that Google play store do not allow. Daraz have update their app with very less feature than previous. Full of hectic from daraz for a seller.

After the new update there is alot of confusion.. finance is not showing and there is literally no detail of any product price ... How can we calculate our revenue and anything... Nothing is showing finance , Revenue , order or any of the stats... Fix it as soon as possible

Upgrade means better version...... But in this case we got a downgrade... Here are couple of reasons:- First Google Play store app isn't working. You will have to download an apk from daraz servers which is unsafe in every way. Second where is the tab to see the finances? I see that the file size and installation size is same so how can you remove so many functions 😂 Third is i feel like going through a maze just to ship a simple package 👻. For For God sake bring the old navigation back.

Last and current update is worst, from their perspective they may have enhanced the UI but options and setting available in previous versions are only available at desktop(PC) , no hope that they will fix this and if so, then it will be no less than a miracle.

Daraz Team! This latest update is useless as it takes double the time to check on order list & also features like Finance & stats are removed, until you make a better version, please give the previous version back, so that things run smoothly for all sellers

Very bad user interface. And almost all features are disabled. Not even I can find my account statement, not able to check traffic information, how much views or clixs I am getting. This update from daraz for seller app isn't working as well. Please do something nice.

This thing sucks. I applied for a seller account 11 days ago. About 4 days after applying, I received a text saying the address is unavailable. waiting for four days just to receive rejection sucked. I again corrected the address to a temporary place where the store can be easily shifted but am not getting any response till date. any direct contact to service representative is impossibe. even the email address mentioned in their app info is fake or can't receive our emails !!

New seller center interface is not good. Please change it. All the things are so confusing and stats are not showing. Please make user friendly interface. In the new update it's so bad. There is no stats option in the new update. How we can now see that's how our product is showing. Please change this. Why are you guys not making it user friendly. Please make it user friendly it's not . It's very difficult to understand

The previous version of the sellers center' interface was very good, but the current new version is not good at all. Instead, it has many complexities and lacks of menus like financial information. Order information and other traffic information Moreover, the order details are not properly displayed. In the previous version, the order menu was well-organized and easy to manage. We suggest to reverse these changes. Or do better for more functionality

It used to be good but as of 16/6/2024 the interface isn't helpful, using the functions are annoying and many important functions are gone! Previously the app wasn't working and said to UPGRADE. It would then redirect to a website where you'd have to download, which seemed suspecious. I had to uninstall it and then re install it for it to work. Worst update I've seen. Daraz team, I sincerely request you to turn it into the older version quickly. Edit: They have updated and the issue isn't gone.
