This app somehow gets more useless with every update... It used to give a good service even an year ago but now, delivery delays and refund delays..I'm not talking about two or three days of delays but even 10-15 days of delay for some deliveries.. And somehow I'm not even able to contact an agent nowadays..And it's not easy to switch to another online shopping app as there are not a lot of options available in my country.. And daraz is taking great advantage of that..

This app gets a solid 5/5 from me. Orders arrive on time, refunds are easy. Only received wrong items a few times, but the refund feature is helpful. One suggestion: I usually order goods at pickup points and I get notifications on mail and app when connected to networks. So, add a feature to get message to recipients via their messaging app for pickup orders so, they'll get notifications even if they aren't connected to internet. Overall, great app❤️

The delivery is very slow, it usually takes more than 5 days, and the product recieved is almost never the same as shown in the pictures. The app could use some improvement as well, it is rather messy, and has too much stuff crammed into any one page. Edit: There is no option to choose Airline Society, Lahore.

Hate the new app and the ads that are forced upon us.... I can't even navigate through and complete the purchase without having to close the app multiple times because the ad wouldn't just go away ... Some stupid game takes up at the screen.... Give users an easy experience to make the purchase. Monetizing ads is a bad bad experience

The new app design is slower, payment online is made more annoying and the app fails to process on times. Also the ads pop up on start up and videos randomly can pop up. What was an smooth relaxing experience has changed to something where daraz is the last option one uses. Fix it. Customer care is non responsive, blame the customer and they do not care if orders are cancelled by daraz and it is their issue they say sorry and do not facilitate in any way

Poor delivery service. They don't usually deliver on time , and itll be either too late than the actual delivery time or too early than that, and also without informing via call . They'll come to your address and then inform and but before coming, which could create much inconvenience.. They mightnt ship your items at one time but send the items separately which is very annoying and what's worse is that sometimes the items are missing and also absolute poor return policy.

Recently, I’ve observed a significant decline in the performance of the Daraz app. The delivery times have become excessively long, often extending between one to three months. This has been a disappointing development for what was once a highly efficient service. I hope to see improvements in the near future to restore the app to its former standards. Otherwise, I fear that customers may start considering other options.

The shopping experience is good but there are some problems with the application itself. Firstly it show have a dark mode so that the user can spend more time on the app comfortably which will increase there chances of purchasing more and secondly you should optimise the app to open fast as the app take more time to load when when you tap on the daraz icon i hope you will fix it soon.

Recently, their quality of service has dropped significantly in every espect of the e-commerce experience - app speed, product price, shipping charge, and most notably delivery time. Their shipping charge policy is the most ridiculous in the world. You have to pay delivery charge for each store you are buying from. Sometimes you have to pay multiple charge for mulptle items from same store. And there is no option for single delivery charge even if you wish to receive all the goods at once later.

I've had the greatest shopping experience ever. Daraz offers the cheapest products among all the other apps and websites. But the payment using JazzCash is pretty scary since I almost paid but then an error came saying We are having issues with our payment.... So, I tried again. And again. But still I couldn't purchase my product using JazzCash. I was logged into my account with sufficient balance. I didn't wanted to choose cash on delivery because the are more charges for that. Please fix it.

The new app is a lot better than the old one, I've only had one problem with it, when there's a notification about something regarding my order or some deals and I tap that in the notification tray, it takes ages to open the app and get to that particular thing. And it's not internet speed related because i have a decent connection and there are only 2 users most of the time. If this could be rectified then this app will move one step closer to being perfect.

Honestly the old daraz was far better. Nowadays, delivery charge is too high or you can say some products has high delivery charge then the actual product price. Beside,once if we choose to pick a product from pick up point, the delivery charge was free, now we have to pay if we choose pickup point.That not the most disappointing part, one of the most disappointing part is, if you purchase different products from same store, you have to pay for evey single product, that wasn't like this before!!

I propose the addition of an offline mode for order tracking. This feature would allow users to view their orders and tracking IDs without an internet connection. It ensures uninterrupted access to crucial information, especially in areas with poor connectivity. Benefits: Access to order details offline. Real-time syncing when connected. User-friendly interface for easy navigation. I believe this enhancement would significantly improve the user experience. Thank you for considering my suggestion

"Daraz is generally great, but there's a significant flaw in the search filter. While searching for items, results match keywords, but pricing is often misleading. Sellers list multiple products in one post, showing higher-priced items in thumbnails but tagging lower-priced ones. This leads to lower-priced items appearing first when sorting by "price low to high," causing frustration. The displayed thumbnail price doesn't match the actual product price, creating a misleading experience. Thnk 💯

I have been using the app for some time now. The products range & pricing is good. But the issue i have recently encountered is that there's no customer support. Earlier, an email to customer support got the job done. But now the only option is their chatbot, which is useless. I haven't received my order on the communicated date, & the chatbot is still giving the same response. I can't cancel the order as it has apparently been shipped. No idea of status or expected delivery date. Disappointed.

Everything is good but the thing stopping me from giving remaining two stars is the UI. For example if you try to search for a product, it will show something completely different from what you were actually looking for or sometimes it does show the right results but only 2 out of 10 of the results are relevant. Just fix this problem of the app and all is well.

The Daraz app is a disappointing shopping experience. It is very laggy and causes eye strain. The app does not have a dark theme option, which makes it hard to use at night or in low-light conditions. The app also has a slow loading problem, which wastes a lot of time and data. The app often crashes or freezes, and sometimes shows incorrect or outdated information. The app needs a lot of improvement to make it user-friendly and reliable. I would not recommend this app to anyone who values money

I love the prices and products, but the high delivery charges ruin it. Sometimes, delivery costs more than the item itself. When buying multiple items from one store, I'm charged delivery for each, even though they come in one parcel. This makes it too expensive, often cheaper to shop locally. The high delivery fees overshadow the app's affordability. So it's of no use now.

Hello Daraz, so far I have faced two issues with the app multiple times. And it takes days for those issues to be gone. One issue was with the search results and the other issue (which I'm facing now) shows error message when I click on the existing products on the home page. And even if they get fixed, they will be back again in the future. At this point I'm starting to see more benefits in using the web app rather than the mobile app.

The search is by far the most atrocious aspect of this app (or daraz in general; its website on PC isn't any better either) - I can hardly find what I'm looking for and search results bring up loads of completely unrelated products that I have to comb through to find the ones I need. Categories aren't comprehensive - especially for tech-related products. The app is sorely lacking a dark mode. And the volume of promotional notifications it sends everyday is annoying at best.
