Total failure, unable to sign up. It asks for my favorite location but the app is unable to find ANY stores on the entire planet. Tried wifi and cellular. My location is turned on. Because this is a required step in the sign up process I am unable to continue. I am not the only one. Even if this was a location services issue, why won't it work when I try to manually enter an address? Your app is broken

After the bug fixes, the app now works fine. Love that the menu is listed and it is easy to order. The 2 problems I have is that #1 the new/seasonal blizzard flavors are not available to order online. #2 it is difficult to get points if u don't order though the app. First time, the cashier couldn't give me points for my purchase due to a broken scanner. At another location, I just forgot to scan because I was excited over the new blizzard flavor that wasn't available for order thru the app.

This app is 2-stars only because it's functional. I can put in an order and eventually receive it. However, there is no update to the status of your order after submitting, only an "estimated time." I have consistently waited 15+ minutes for this time, and then arrived to have no food started at any location I've ever been. On top of that, the deals are pathetic and restrictive, often unusable if you change so much as a side or add a drink. Worst mobile food app I've used yet.

I'm sure it would be great, but of the 2 locations I frequent, neither one use this service. So no point in using the app yet. I've edited this because finally my locations are able to take the app. However, this app is so problematic that I couldn't place an order on it. It wouldn't take my debit card for payment and of course, you have to pay on the app when placing an order. Fine, skip the app order and go to the location, place my order at the Drive Thru and the app says you can have them scan your barcode to get your reward points, except that hasn't worked twice now. I couldn't use an app specific BOGO coupon because of the payment issue. There also seems to be no way to add a DQ gift card as a payment option which other apps allow. Its frustrating that they promote this app/service and it just doesn't work.

Changed the app, seems to work easier. would still be nice if there were the other options for the sodas available at the location. The particular location that is closest to me is hit or miss on if they have the lobby open to pick up the order or if I have to sit in the drive thru to pick it up, which defeats the purpose of ordering through the mobile app.

Functional for ordering food which is nice. The sign up process is a huge pain, requiring you to select a 'favorite' store (even if there's none in your area) and automatically signing you up for spam emails and push notifications for advertisements. Also super annoying that it doesn't show when your order will be ready (in spite of them giving you a time in the email then send when you order through the app). Not all menu options are in the app and there's limited order customization.

Application is much harder than it should be to select a favorite location. took 4 tries to locate the only dairy queen in Dwight using zip. Then, once the order was in the bag, the application appeared to reject the payment. In actuality, the app failed to move back to the payment screen, leaving one with the impression that it failed to go through. All of the personal information I had entered up front disappeared. Ended up having to enter it 3 separate times before it could be saved.

I have been waiting for this app for a long time. Loved it the one thing I will say is that they need to try to replicate the menus as much as possible so it's consistent in the app, instore, and on the kiosk outside. This is one of the things I hope they do because their competition doesn't. But ordering was really easy, liked that you see the available coupons right at the time that your ordering so you know what deals are available. Awesome job! Best ice cream in town hands down.

No point expiration tracker!!!! Points expire 365 days from date earned but there is no explicit expiry date listed for points so I'm supposed to go back in my transaction history and calculate dates but then it only shows a limited number of transactions that don't go back 365 days. And no email or warning before points expire?! Wow!!! Points are useless if you can't use them!

DQ seems to be the only fast food restaurant that doesn't mess up my order. The food is great, and so are the treats. Sometimes, I don't get all 6 chicken stripes, I'll get 3 full-size and 3 mini. If they're small, they should throw in 2. I always order extra extra ranch, but they seem to not want to give it even if i pay for it. But it's still definitely worth it. Thank you DQ.

I eat there 3-4xs a week. The app has awesome coupons and it is supposed to be easy to earn points. Unfortunately this is not the case. The ordering system doesn't list all items that are available in store. I end up missing a lot of points. Worst thing... the other night I submitted an order, went to my DQ, notified via app I was there. It was confirmed as successful. The freaking store wasn't even open!!! It hadn't been for awhile that night. I mean seriously... WTH???

App is glitchy, installed today and was able to order and pay successfully. The tracking order feature doesn't update when it's ready. It gives you an estimated time. I went inside and it was already prepared. The process of ordering and picking up was really easy. I noticed the drink options were limited on the app versus what I could purchase inside. When I tried logging back into the app tonight, it didn't work. It wouldn't even find my location any longer. I uninstalled/reinstalled, no luck

Don't waste your time. I wanted to look at the menu before driving all the way up to DQ and wasn't able to see anything online. So I downloaded the app...it won't recognize any locations in my entire state, so I wasn't able to complete signing up and even trying as a guest, it still needed a location just to look at the menu. This app is BS.

When using the reorder option in the app it needs to force you to choose your location rather than just defaulting to the location you last used. I ended up having to go 20 minutes out of my way to pick up an order that I selected a location on my way to my destination for, but the reorder option defaulted to a previous location and didn't give a warning. Every other fast food app that I've used does this, no reason why this can't.

The store locator does not work. Tried multiple times to even find any store and using different locations. Could not get the app to locate a single store. Yes, I had my GPS turned on. I even turned it off and on. It even found where I was located. But could not find any store. I even redownloaded the app several times as well, still the same result. Hopefully it works eventually.

Dairy Queen's app is a convenient way to indulge in delicious treats and meals! With easy mobile ordering, exclusive deals, and rewards, it enhances the Dairy Queen experience. The interface is user-friendly, and customization options for orders are excellent. However, occasional glitches during checkout can be frustrating. Overall, a great app for Dairy Queen fans, but could use some minor improvements for a smoother experience.

Easy to use app. Prices are in the menu, unlike Sonic App. But I've noticed some strange pricing quirks. When choosing a Misty Freeze for a combo, the upcharge for small or medium is a dollar and change, for large it's five dollars. Applying deals has been easy. The app let's you know if items in your cart don't qualify for the deal you have applied. The app doesn't employ overly aggressive tactics to garnish first impression reviews upon first use of the app, like the Arby's app does.

Doesn't work! Went to sign up, but the app wouldn't let me select my favorite location to finish signing up through Facebook. I tried the email sign up thinking it could possibly be a glitch through the Facebook sign up, but it told me I already had an account. I was able to reset my password. However, when I went to sign in, it made me STILL fill out sign up information and had THE SAME GLITCH AS THE OTHER SIGN UP MEATHODS! Pointless ordering without account points.

This would've been a 5* review a couple months ago because the deals were actually super high value and great. I went to dq often just because the deals were too good to pass on. However, I have noticed somewhat recently a lot of those great deals are no longer being offered, which gives me less reason to use or recommend the app. Also, up until a few days ago, I was able to order sundaes with peanut butter for the topping. This feature is gone now. Give me back the best topping, please.

the meal deal is definitely worth the price! Where else can you get a burger 🍔 ( or chicken strips) 🍟 fries, soda, AND a sundae for dessert 🍨 for only $7.00? I always order this from here, and I am never dissatisfied. I recommend this meal deal to everyone I talk to about fast food orders. This was my first time doing a mobile order for pickup, and it is way too easy. Always good service at this location (Scenic hwy in Pensacola) so I can easily say, this is a great place to go to eat!
