Love the content, but the presentation could improve. It is difficult to see what you have scheduled for yourself until the time of reminders. Also, there is no way to simply unlock all content at once. It is done in stages which is annoying. another gripe is that you can't see the sessions you have completed. It's nice to revisit so that you see your progress. Hoping the format of the app improves, but overall I am very happy with the content provided!

I recently started intermittent fasting 16:8. One of the morning suggestions from that app said to take the time to do 15 minutes of stretching to wake up the body. Searched for a 15 minute stretch app. Daily Yoga was the top selection. I Liked the reviews. Got the app. Just completed my Day 1 session. Absolutely LOVE IT! The instructions were clear. The voice and background music was soothing. I actually have a slight boost of energy! And my body feels loose and the blood flowing.

Yearly subscription ad when I open the app is misleading. It seems like you have to pay to continue, $39 for the year, then auto renews for like $300. If it stayed at $30-40, I'd do it. Otherwise this app is perfect. Beginner to expert. Clear and helpful visual and verbal guidence for body position, how it should feel and how to adjust if your body's just not there yet. In the first couple of days my chronic back and neck pain had lowered drastically and my flexibility has increased. So grateful

Great instruction, wonderful range of exercises. This app helped me recover from a fractured spine. So, yay for that. However, this app has a mind-bogglingly TERRIBLE user interface. Navigation is designed to frustrate you into upgrading your account (I already pay $40+ a year for it!). By the time you find the session you have already downloaded, it will be too late; you'll need a stiff drink to calm down. Good yoga, awful app. (Auto-renews, so I'm stuck with it.)

I've been using this app for almost 10 years now, have paid for most of those years, and really hate the new layout. For instance: I recently hurt my legs. Well, I'm aware that somewhere in the program is a laying down yoga session. But since everything has been changed to push the programs it's difficult to get to specific sessions like that. I preffered the sessions personally because I could construct my own workout. thats all I want. My renewal is coming up and I dont think I will be.

I downloaded Daily Yoga as a beginner, having never done yoga before. Daily Yoga has been fantastic! The app is easy to use and straight forward, with varying levels of difficulty and goals. Update: In the last couple years, the format has changed dramatically. Also, I had bought the pro and had full access, but with the change there were still further purchases needed to access everything. While I still enjoy this app, I don't mind it as easy to navigate now

I've been using this app for about 7 years now and the great variety of sessions and courses really keep me from getting bored, as has happened with other apps. The free version is OK but I am happy to recommend at least going for the silver pro membership, especially if you have some experience with yoga. I can't really afford in-person classes now, and love the deals on multiple years. One annoying thing, even after paying for one of the packages, they push more packages incessantly.

Very good for beginners such as I am, at least. The app allows to select a program to follow. Although the team suggests the schedule, if one misses a session it can be taken at a later time one one's schedule. Instructions are very easy to follow, with short, well flowing videos. Excellent app. Thanks to the team! Three months later still doing it, still liking it very much.

I've been using Daily Yoga for a few years now and love it. I love that I can curate my own plan for something specific. There's guided and self-guided mediations and nature sounds/music. However, I dropped my review to 4 because I pay for a subscription and still get "upgrade" ads. It's annoying. Also, I went through all the settings and turned off all notifications from the app. I still receive notifications EVERYDAY. Had to turn off all notifications from the app via my phone settings.

The workouts are really well designed and well narrated. A lot of the moves are very challenging but easy to modify. The background music is good and the sheer number of choices for workout is amazing. They really try to make this platform user friendly and easy to view. If you have issues with your account they have fantastic customer service with real live response. It may take a day, but they resolve things. I just signed up for 2nd time.

I used to love this app back when I first downloaded it years ago. Now, there is an obnoxious survey that runs every time I open the app. You can click skip 20 times to bypass it, but even if you complete it, it doesn't remember your responses and still runs when you open the app the next time. It is SO frustrating. Based on that alone, I would never make a purchase or subscription; I just don't trust the app to be quality because of that stupid survey every time I try to use it!

Update: I purchased a subscription and love the actual yoga lessons but hate how the look of the app has changed. It's clustered with ads that KEEP popping back up. The childish colors and content make it look like an app for a facebook game/casino game. I feel like I'm getting attacked with spam every time I open it. It is so not calming. Too much junk on the home screen. Too bad we can't customize. 01/19/16 Review: This was definitely worth the $20 for a year.

They really ruined a great app, I have a membership and yet I have ads. You get past the ad and then you have another pop up for an AI generated plan that I have no interest in following, then another pop up for challenges. By the time you make it to the session you want to do you're pissed off, great way to start your yoga session. It's a mess.

BUYER BEWARE! I've reached out to them NUMEROUS TIMES via email, to cancel my subscription. I HAVE gone through my Google play store, payments and subscriptions, subscriptions, and the app DOES NOT come up as me having one, YET they still attempt to charge my card. I looked at reviews for the app on Google, I AM NOT the only one to be having this problem. It seems to be a CONTINUAL problem. Only computer generated responses that run you in circles SO FRUSTRATING! No REAL people responding.

The app was okay for the first day. I was able do yoga no problem. Now, apparently, all the "free" content, you either have to pay for with premium, or watch an ad. Even after it said the video was free. Not to mention that everytime I load the app it asks me to buy premium and gives me an offer which apparently makes premium "90% free"... and if I say no to the offer, it says that I'll never get the "90% off again." Which is not true because I get it every time I load in. Hope this helped.

I got premium for a year, changed phone and couldn't get it back. Then a message appeared that I had requested account deletion (which I don't recall requesting it), I contact support and they never replied. Google refund policy says I have to contact the developer so I'm stuck here. One more thing, the content itself it's fine but even after purchasing premium the ads are excessive to buy more and more content, which I don't get because I paid premium.

I've been using this app for years and years, it's always been so good, with a huge variety of videos, over the years it started adding alot of pay to access videos and features, which I was subscribed to for a bit and didn't mind. But now there's only like 20 free videos??? Every single thing in this app is monetized now! I haven't opened this app in a while, and after seeing everything they changed, I'm honestly in shock. This app is completely useless unless you buy a subscription.

This used to be a good app. When I renewed my Gold Premium account, they added ads and locked off sections that were previously unlocked. I've contacted their customer service service several times, all I get is an automated response. So Frustrating! This is how good they treat faithful members, I guess. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere. Update: DY finally contacted me and fixed the problem. It now works great, and I have full access. Thank You!

Great for 1st time users & beginners. I've enjoyed it but I have noticed in the last year it's becoming buggy. there's been days i know I completed a challenge, the next day it's not reflected as finished. I pride myself in 8 glasses of water a day, once in a while the app doesn't show that I have clicked every glass. On top of that, key features like 8 glasses of water are just plain missing, breaking my streak.

It's a good app all things considered. The free version kind leaves a lot to be desired. The premium offer additional music, workouts, workout programs, an A.I. coach, and the ads are less. The downside is it's not the friendliest to users on the further end of obesity and their customers support email service is pretty awful and the responses are automated or poorly read. I only got assistance after changing the rating and now their asking me to delete my review since it's been fixed.
