The bible is outstanding, I love the little devotionals you get every morning and evening as well. That's different from the usual daily scriptures so it's highly effective in helping folks develop consistency in their devotional life and that's admirable. However, the bible is like just one version. It can't be switched to any other version but the default one which is kind of a hassle to me. I need other bible apps for more versions. Also, I noticed the highlighting can't be categorized.

I love this app. It's easy and adorable girly colors 💓 you can even take notes and highlights. It provides options to schedule your reading times for you. You can search for anything in the Bible every part is organized. There are daily verses and devotionals with the option to save and or share I love this! I usually only prefer books but this is the first reading app I've used and I actually would rather read the Bible through this app lol

I love this Bible app! It's pleasant to look at, easy to search and holds your place when you're done reading. I haven't had it long enough to really get into all it's capabilities though. I'd absolutely recommend this app to friends, well.........anyone! Update: New Years Day 2020. My opinion has not changed! Still will recommend DBfW. ❤

Thank you for making this a free w no obtrusive bads. Overall it works majority of time. The offline Read aloud feature works almost all the time and I really like how amplified the volume is without being distorted. & it highlights the passage qe ot scrolls Ability to search by book and chapter is great. Being able to bookmark and make notes and share via copy and pastet

Love this app, it's very easy to use and looks really cute. It's only drawback to me is the inability to change the translation version. I'm pretty sure this is in KJV but I think it'd be great if they added an option to change versions so those who have difficulty reading in KJV can read it in something easier like NIV or ESV.

It is so simple to navigate and has such a beautiful and soft interface. I am able to easily jump to wherever I need to be whenever following along in church and I love that it has the different reading plans were you can accomplish you goal to read the whole Bible at your own pace with 3 options including 90 days,180 days, and 1 year. Being able to highlight and bookmark and make notes allows me to sit and reflect and wrote down whatever speaks to me at the moment as well. Hands down best App!

I have used this Bible devotional for years and I honestly think it's my favorite. Morning and evening devotionals written by Charles Spurgeon. They are encouraging and inspiring and have a way of being exactly what I need to hear. Also has reading plans, King James version of the Bible and other options and all of it can be used offline which has been very helpful as well. Also has an option for no ads but I hardly notice and it has all been something Christian related!

I just started using this app as a means to help me stay on track with reading the word and communing with God. As a first time mom it is so easy to fall astray. So far I am enjoying this app. The devotionals are well written, and have a soothing depth to them. I love the plan feature that allows you to read the Bible in different orders ( chronological, historical, or canonical). I think that is awesome!

I love that you can choose which order to read the bible. I wanted to read the bible in the order that things happened And this app has that as an option and many more. Reminds you to read each day, of course if you want that. You can turn that option off. It has the daily devotionals. You can highlight sections you want. Just altogether great app.

I give it a 3 only because when installing, there is nothing that states it is KJV. It would be nice if there was options on versions. I right away paid the $5.00 for no ads, then found out it was KJV. Now I have to keep it, or eat the money. I do love the beautiful color and font sizing options etc. Makes for easy reading on the old eyes. I also like thay there is a daily devotional.

It took me forever to find the perfect free bible app but this is it! I love how it lets you take notes on individual verses and bookmark them too. It keeps the adds to a minimum and its super easy to navigate. I also love the night mode feature so that I can read some verses before bed without a the bright screen. The search feature makes it so easy to fin what you're looking for without wasting any time. This app is perfect! Also for anyone wondering it is KJV:)

Great interface. Easy to navigate and I love using the dark mode so I can read at night. It is very easy to just click a verse, bookmark or add a note, and highlight with choice of color. The search is very handy when I need to find a specific verse. It also works flawlessly offline or online. It is the easiest and simplest Bible app I have found. It works, personally, for me. Refreshing. No flashy ads or pop ups; just small banner ads and such, but nothing that gets in the way. 👍

It does as it says, what more can you ask for in a free app? No annoying pop-ups, only a small add at the bottom which isn't obstructive at all, and you can choose to remove it. Easy to use, very user friendly, theres a day and night mode so you can read in bed and it won't be bright. Notes, bookmark, daily devotional, reading plan, daily verse are some of the options the app offers.

I like how easy it is to use. Having a daily psalm, gospel and verse of the day are wonderful. Having a morning and evening devotional is great. Being able to highlight in 4 different colors, underline, or bookmark a passage and being able to search through each individual thing that is highlighted, underlined or bookmarked is amazing. I like the fact you can set an alarm for the daily verses so it reminds you to read them. Unfortunately my alarm on mine doesn't always go off, thus the 4 stars.

Simply the best bible app ever. It's easy to navigate, no crashes, has several plans for reading the bible yearly. I can hilight scriptures in this app with different colors, and it doesn't erase when I close it. The daily devotionals and daily scriptures are awesome. I just had to buy a new phone and I couldn't wait to get this app on here. It opens quickly, meets all of my expectations in a bible app. I've used it for several years now. I see no need to look for a different one.

Not a fan of the translation and I haven't found another version within the app. I do like the 3 different options for reading plans. I would like to be able to customize the rate you read through the bible rather that the 3 options provided. I like having multiple devotions through the day. However, the substance of the devotions is hit and miss. Overall, a good resource.

I love this app! It is so easy to read. The type is perfect. The spacing and lines are perfect. Although it does not have a dictionary, it is perfect for everyday reading. Not necessarily research. If you know chapter and verse, it's very easy to search it out. It's a wonderful way to be refreshed during the day or in your quiet time. It's available offline
