It was a bit difficult to figure out how to transfer money from my personal account to the business account and I still haven't figured out how to transfer it back but other than that the app is great.

Can't look at specific transactions by name. App lags and with the update I could get some of my apps to even see my account or not link to my youth accounts.

Just starting with this credit union. I am deeply displeased that I can't see the auto payment setup for my loan. I should be able to see it and change as I need. It shouldn't take a phone call to have an operator do that for me.

For the most part it's a good app. The app seam to lag a lot when trying to scroll when paying bills. It takes time to get use to it but it works.

I'm on my semi the whole month except for two days a month. This app gives me the opportunity to move money around easily. The new update is far better than the old app. It allows me to do a wide variety of things

I only get a couple days off each month, the rest of the time I'm on a semi chasing around the country delivering loads. This app allows me to do everything with my several accounts easily.

Was good until it started auto copying every transaction to a clipboard I can't even access. Furthermore I haven't been contacted by developer to try to correct this issue. This issue is not resolved yet!

Since cwcu has updated there mobile banking app. I'm found a couple things I felt were easier to navigate through on the old platform. But with patience I'm learning the new platform.

Way better than the last application. I wish it had TOTP instead of sending the second factor through SMS/Phone only, but I haven't found any banks that offer that. Good thing the money is insured 🤷

This app is so easy to use for what I need. I can track my account and easily make transfers between accounts. I hardly ever need to go to the local credit union. I can manage my bills and accounts from anywhere.

Very helpful and easy to use. My only concern is the credit card part of the app never works I can't pay my bill or anything online when it comes to my credit card I have to go in. Otherwise the app is great

I like the app. I don't like my information being collected/statistical data sold/shared with other companies and it seems that this happens with this app/company in particular. I will read the fine print a little more carefully next time.

I dont know why they needed to ruin a good thing the old app worked great and I could look at 20 or so transactions on the screen before scrolling down but now I have to scroll through 10 pages worth of these giant text bubbles of each transaction and my pending paycheck doesn't say weather it's a withdrawal or deposit without inquiring so it looks like I am having a big withdrawal coming out when I'm actually getting paid not impressed so far.

LASTEST UPDATE HAS RENDERED THE APP COMPLETELY USELESS. I am unable to log in via the mobile app, even after getting locked out, and spending 35-40 minutes on the phone with Member Services. They had to unlock my account 3 times during that phone call. And it also lost or forgot some of my information to make it possible to verify myself. Before this headache today, I would've said 4.5-4.8 ⭐ And the only reason I'm not rating it 1.5-2 ⭐ is because of the lovely lady on the phone with me.

The new online system isn't functional. It takes around 2mn of waiting to get it to log in. Trying to do anything like transfer or view accounts is a nearly 5mn wait. And yes I'm talking about the online system. It won't connect to MINT because it's so slow it causes a timeout. Do not recommend.
