Horrible experience every single time. I have to use it since I get good deals with the ExtraCare Plus membership. Every time I go to use it, I get issues with having to log in several times, add my address when I only have one address and it's in my account profile. The developers should be ashamed of this app.

My god, this app is a hot mess. And with the latest updates is somehow ever worse than before. It's so needlessly hard to use and never works right. My prescriptions are never listed correctly, trying to refill them is a nightmare, they don't clear after I pick them up. Then, today, it suddenly decided on its own to request refills for every perception listed in there, even expired and archived ones. How an app for a major chain can be this bad in 2024 is baffling.

What is with the constant updates that completely change the app instead of just fixing the problems? Petsmart used to have the worst app but it's CVS by a mile now. Constantly makes you sign in, doesn't allow you to go back to your search just have to go 'home', filters don't work well, I order pick up and things are suddenly out. And the icing on the cake, IT'S UGLY. You made it all white, monochromatic and changed the layout so the categories are less intuitive too. Just stop it already.

It's not very visually appealing over all, and harder, more confusing to navigate. I don't understand why y'all are changing things, just to seem like your doing something amazing by changing stuff. It wasn't broke before, and if some pencil pusher thought it was... they're wrong. I don't fear "change", when it's done constructively and for a "real" reason. Dang.

This app has went to hell in a handbasket. It's completely un-usable at this point. Try to log in and it won't go past the login in screen saying "we're sorry, were experiencing technical difficulties" So, can't even check on scripts or have them refilled without calling the pharmacy. Might as well uninstall it, it's also utd. This is the 1 app I keep utd because of my daughters medications.

The app times out after 10min or so no matter where you are, back to the home page. It's VERY UNFORTUNATE when in the middle of checking out OR browsing what to buy!! I hate it so much! They send coupons every week, which I'm very grateful for, but trying to find something to buy at my local CVS is an actual nightmare because their online stock is atrocious. I can pick out items, and literally, 18 out of 20 will be out of stock. I wish I was exaggerating, it's been like this since December

The app is ok, for the most part. When I'm viewing my coupons, after a certain point it starts me all over. Since I have almost 300 coupons it is very inconvenient. Also, sometimes when I'm shopping and want to see what a price is...it doesn't always show...or it's like no deals for this product, when all I wanted was to see how much it is. It would also be nice if the app could save our receipts, so we can look at them when we need to view it.

The app is marginally helpfull. It is not well integrated with the rest of the systems, which are bad to start with. For example, you cannot see messages they sent you by text. If you have multiple prescriptions sent in, you get multiple texts asking for a response. You are unable to respond because the system cannot figure out which text you are responding to. A simple message function in the app could eliminate the need to use the useless CVS automated phone and wait for a return call.

May update sucks!!!!!! Makes you log in each time now and also very by text message code, but doesn't paste more than one digit from clipboard - meaning you have to memorize the code from the banner! And restarts of you switch to the messages app! It is now the worst most useless app I've ever had with ambitions to do fancy stuff like prescription reminders while failing at it's primary job! I hate it. I put up with it before, when it was only mediocre but now it's legit terrible.

The latest updates in the last few months are a total mess. The previous version was great where I can see my prescriptions and coupons easily. Now everything is broken up and hidden. Everything requires multiple clicks and is totally uninstuitive. Breaking things up into cards to display unnecessary marketing stuff is annoying. It is as if this app is designed by business and department heads who all demanded a section in the app. It is definitely not for the sake of the users like us.

When scrolling of you try to back up it puts a drop down on your way and you can't see what you are looking for. And, when you are about halfway through the coupons it automatically resets you to the beginning. Which can be annoying when 80% of the coupons are useless 5/23- reduced to one star because they just pushed an update and still didn't fix scrolling issues mentioned above

The app has limited functionality. Also, the app often gives you different information/statuses than the text messages you receive which are also sometimes different than the message you get if you call the pharmacy (I realized that isn't entirely the apps fault.). If they put half as much effort into developing their app as they do encouraging you to use it at every turn, it would be way better than it currently is.

The app needs major work!! It needs to update your prescriptions ready for refill in a timely fashion! It would also be helpful if you could archive old scripts with multiple selection. I still like the app and use it all the time, but some improvement is needed! After multiple updates the website is virtually impossible to use. Really sad that something that was user friendly turn into barely useable.

The app updates frequently and creates a disjointed shopping experience. Seems to hold orders in the cache and then split them. No obvious way to view a purchase history or a receipt which, when you do a pickup order, you're not giving a receipt and if you need to do a return you're sort of stuck with no receipt unless it's in your email, then you have to print it. It's a really clunky app.

This app is terrible. You have to log in at least 5 different times and even then it still might not work. This app is frustrating and essentially useless. I have a care pass for delivery and most of the time it won't let me add rxs to my cart for delivery, it usually just shows a page to get me to pay ahead of time, but still have to go pick it up.

I want to like this app but truly, it sucks. It's a terrible app with recurring technical issues. I like having my loyalty card on my phone, but that's it. The auto-refresh on the extra care coupons is maddening, because it's impossible to scroll through the entire list. App updated 6/8/24, now doesn't even open. Hire some actual programmers!

I've used this for years. Every major update makes it clunkier, slower, and less useful. You can still access your prescriptions, find products, and manage coupons and deals, but nowhere near as effectively as you once could. They keep removing helpful organization and adding things to try and push you into using features of the app you're not interested in. And it just keeps getting slower and more confusing.

The app has a unusable for about 2 weeks or so. Very frustrating! Can't login- says technical difficulties or just doesn't work. Can't do anything with coupons (managed to view some briefly 1x maybe, but not add). Usually just spins, or loops back to the same screens, or says technical difficulties, or hard closes. Tried to leave feedback in the app & couldn't do that either! I uninstalled and reinstalled just now. That did not fix it!! Please fix!! *Aside from this, the app is 3 out of 5!

The need to update every week or so is getting really annoying. One of the recent update has caused an issue with removing medications from Auto Refill. The screen will show the tab is switched to "off," but when you move to another screen, the update hasn't saved and the medication is back on Auto Refill again. I've had this happen several times in the past month. I can only imagine how much unnecessary, extra work this error is creating for your understaffed, underpaid pharmacists and techs.

The recent overhaul made it easier on the eyes but not the usability. It's definitely harder to search; I get multiple error codes telling me there is no product for my search even though I know there are dozens; even when i specify pick up to see whats in my store, it gives me unavailable options; it takes forever to load in between pages....
