downloaded this thinking it would be as cheap as dayinsurance, but no, been told I can't be insured? ill go back to using tempcover or day insurance, absolutely amazing customer service with both of those companies and not rejected without reason. this was a waste of my time

I think there's a key option missing from the app. I wanted to see how much to insure me for the upcoming weekend but this isn't possible. You may only get a quote for a full year of cover or you can select a set number of hours / days from the present moment. I can't imagine I'm the only person who had my requirements, and I suspect what I was seeking is hardly unique. Update: Always impressed when a developer reads and responds to my review quickly. It's worth a couple of stars.

I did a quote online. Followed the instructions to download the app for Android, it then says 'then enter the code' as a next step. The webpage wouldn't move to the next page to provide the code. I also couldn't even find a space to enter a code. The support couldn't help. I asked for my account to be deleted and they said they archive data as per the privacy policy due to me having a quote, a quote I couldn't access. New quote in app more expensive. I feel tricked into providing my data.

you need to stop using this app. as told by a police officer this is a ghost insurance and doesn't actually cover your journey and will receive a fine

You have to take photos of the car to be insured each time. UPDATE: they responded with a clear reason for the photos: to prevent fraudulent claims.

I know someone who used this app for their car insurance and paid for it also and got given false insurance documents etc he got done due to it. everyone pls use proper car insurance companies for insurance

10x times more expensive than competition they want £40/£50 per hour for a learner. vertigo will do the same for £5 avoid avoid avoid

The have a great team that responds promptly, prices are OK. the only issue I had was when my car was hit I had to make the claim manually as they don't do that for you..it's been weeks and still going on and I've no car.

Don't bother I have found ONE car they will provide insurance for I've used other apps and had no problem. Maybe in the future they will have more providers.

got to the stage of taking a photo of the car and it cycles back to get a quote with no error message. app doesn't work.

This app failed on me again and left me high and dry at a critical time. It all seemed to work, then it requested I enter a 5-digit code that was texted to me. this just did not work and wouldn't let me get to the next stage. I copied and pasted it and entered it manually, but nothing. maybe it works better on IOS, it's certainly buggy on Android 15 with UI 7. I'm just going to uninstall this app.
