It was the best game you made until you began charging "candy" to play a single level and even to replay other levels, superpowers were a little understandable, now it's just sad to see a great developer succumb to the greed of microtransactions

Every time I watch an ad it gets stuk so I have to clear the game reset it and then it happens over and over again. I would be happy and rate this 5 stars if the problem is fixed. Thank you :)

It crashes after level 2, refuses to start back up, and I have to clear all data to fix that. This was an important part of my childhood and it's sad to see it broken and neglected like this. :(

Paid to remove ads but still need to either pay yet more money or sit through ads to get extra lives to keep playing. The candy life system is appalling for a puzzle game like this where many attempts are often required to 3-star the levels. A great game ruined!

It would be a really fun game if it weren't completely ruined by this stupid system which limits the number of tries you have to solve the puzzles, making you feel worried about trying doing something new at all times.

It's fun and nostalgic, one problem, WAY TO MANY ADS! At this point, I'm willing to bite the bullet and get the gold version, that's how bad the ads are.

Normle Wen I play cut the rope I watched over 100 ads so I don't have to worry about getting stuck on a level for too long but literally you can't watch ads literally I'm stuck on like the second world pretty sucky game at least with time travel and at least let you watch ads for power up don't even get me started at about the candy feature if you lose them all it is so annoying it is the worst feature ever that's why I play time travel this game really bad I don't prefer it but if youre proplay

Candy system is the worst idea of whole Cut The Rope Series, energy is OK because energy isn't needed to open new packs or something like that. But candy system is just killing the fun of game. You're always worried about running out of candy and this leads to not thinking properly for some people. This review won't change anything but here, take my 1 star.

Unlike the original and Time Travel. That game has no candy system which makes it more enjoyable. Then this game exists, along with 2 and Magic, it doesn't feel like playing the true original CtR since the limit system literally killed the game. Why need to put limits? I like all CtR games just please remove. Ok?

You DID NOT just ruin one of my favorite childhood games with a moronic energy system. This is the number one thing which kills mobile games, and it causes the players to view the devs as greedy enough to get money in any way possible. I thought ZeptoLab was better than this. I guess not. It's really sad when the ideal way to play your game is using CoolMathGames on a comepletly bad Chromebook. Actually disappointing.

I used to play this on my Amazon Fire, where I used an Amazon Kids acc. Experiments was on it for the majority of the existence of Amazon Kids, even when it was called Amazon Freetime. However, at some point(probably when the candy life system was introduced), it was removed. After completing most of the others, I decided to install it on my phone & Chromebook. Ads occured every other Candy spawn. Progress wouldn't sync between my devices when it seems it would. DO NOT PLAY THIS VERSION OF CTRe!

The game is good, but I don't understand the addition of the lives system, it's a puzzle game, the difficulty of solving the puzzles is already enough. And I don't find the hidden photo in Bamboo Chutes, I have looked in every level, but there is none.

Having to consistently refill the candies as they are used to Simply attempt a level is highly irritating and inappropriate. Not to mention having to use the same exact candies to unlock levels. And then there's the fact that in the bamboo shoots pack 8 level 11, which all online walkthrough videos say is level 22 it is impossible to get the candy to omnom as it simply does not exit the shoot and hit the bubble in the way it is shown in every online video available. It is impossible.

Thought it would be as nice as the other Cut the Rope games, paid to get rid of advertisments but it's almost impossible to play unless you buy extra "lives/candy". Playing on a phone makes it often more diffecult to cut ropes etc. so one needs quite some attenpts to get it right even if you got the concept ... conpared with other games from the same developer this seems just to be a game to earn a lot of money with, sad and takes away all the fun.

I can't relax and enjoy classic ctr when I'm always worried about running out of candy. It kills the creative aspect of trying to find unique ways of beating the puzzles. It's impossible to have fun when messing up has major consequences. Get rid of the candy system.

While the actual gameplay is solid, I find myself constantly restarting the app because there is a 30-60 second unskippable ad after every other attempt. I restart the app because it's just faster than waiting through the ad, if you want to have ads at least allow us to skip them.

This game is very nostalgic.I remember having hours of fun playing through the original. However I find this version of the game the worst. Don't get me wrong I still think it's fun, it's just... how do I say this nicely?... annoying. I won't go into detail on why it's annoying cuz I think you should try it yourself. (ok i'll mention one thing: plungers. i hate them.)

Whenever I try to open thus game in offline mode, then the app doesn't opens but Google Play Store pops up and says me to download the game before playing it. I also uninstalled and then installed the game but the troubleshoot continues. This same issue isn't happening with me in other Zeptolab games. How would I resolve this issue?

Actually it is almost more ads than gameplay. You have to watch annoying videos after each and every level and even if you need to repeat a level. At the beginning of chapter 2 the game crashed and was not able to launch again. I gave it a final try, removed the game from my device and installed again from the PlayStore. After that all my progress was deleted. Seriously... The gameplay itself is fun, just as we know it from every Cut the Rope game, but with these issues it felt unplayable to me. I played several Cut the Rope games before and always loved them, but this was simply a disappointment.
