Won't let you to sign up. They say that they send verification.email., but they never do..No verification emails , no registration.Good luck with your business

The worst app ever. Could I give zero star I would. The mobile application was processed in two different trips and curb would it declined after passenger left. They say they can't nothing. How will I get my money?

The worst driver app ever I have been driving with. They take big commission and never issue no-show in spite of driving and waited at the pickup location for 20 minutes. So please don't drive with the cheating company.

The worst and the most greedy and the most cheating company to work for. They charged me $28 for 1099K processing fee. I picked up and drop off 1 trip(around $30) and they charged me investigation fee because the payment was fraudulent and didn't pay me at all. So they explained it as investigation on my behalf. No maps on app. They don't reimburse no-show fee. They treat you exactly like yellow taxi companies. They are very disrespectful to drivers. Extremely backwarded app/company.

App won't load driver profile or load at all. I have been using this app for about 7 months and experienced many issues and bugs. I even changed phones and service providers for a better experience and it gas not helped. The bugs need to be fixed immediately to keep customer and user satisfaction.

On the map, if you can change the color of the route number one for driver to go pick up the passenger and then the second 1 from pick up point to drop off point 2 opposite colors. Not just 2 different shades of the same blue color or something. That will be great, thank.

As a yellow taxi driver the majority of my money is made with uber, they always give me a trip even before the counter finishes, where as Curb never gives me a single trip even if im literally right on top of the location, every trip is 7min away, as low as 10$, and lasts for 30minutes. When i get a trip from uber i almost always get it, 2 min away, 40$, lasts for 15minutes. Due to this i straight up dont even consider or look at curb trips anymore.

If you connect to the bluetooth in your car, absolutely no notification sounds in the app at all when running the app in the background. No navigation/GPS or maps whatsoever. & Worst of all, they take 15% of your payout total, even including your TIPS!!! NO app should EVER help themselves to a slice of your TIPS!!! They should only take their percentage from the cost of the fare itself. TIPS are NOT something to be touched & should ALWAYS be payed IN FULL to the driver. AVOID THIS APP!

So far I found 4 error on the new version, FIX IT for god sake. 1. Even when i am offline, it keeps buzzing for the new trips (Android version) 2. after getting a trip offer when it expires , it continuously keeps ringing, you have to restart the app to stop the ringing (iOS version) 3.after "passenger in car" it doesn't show the full dropoff address anymore, you have to go back to the trip offer to get the full address (both iOS n android) 4. The location tracking is messed up, pls figure out
