I've only played Paradox and I love it! Wanted to play all the previous games and I started with Harvey's Box. But when I downloaded it, the background was all black. What was supposed to be the box, it was all just black. I tried downloading the Mill, and it was still the same. There was no background, all black. I don't know if it's my phone or a bug in the games cause I could play Paradox just fine. I hope this gets resolved soon cause I really want to play all of them and I really just want to enjoy them.

Played this game immediately after Rusty Lake's newest game, Samsara Room. Well... let's just say they've come a long way since Harvey's Box. The puzzles in this range from unintuitive to plain arcane, with no logical or discernible structure from one puzzle to the next. Looking back on Samsara Room, I'm able to remember the "narrative" of the sequence of puzzles, but with Harvey's Box it's a mishmash of random things I did which made little sense in hindsight. Considering Harvey's Box is real old, I'll say keep it up, Rusty Lake. Keep on improving.

The most stupid and uncomfortable cube escape ive played so far. I get the notes puzzle, but its made unnecessarily uncomfortable, since u have to memorize 4 bars of music. Even knowing the note names its very frustrating. The domino puzzle is straight up stupid, there is no logical way to solve it, since for every one piece there are at least 3 possible continuations, and unless u fully combine it u dont know that u put something wrong

I'm new to RL games, but I'm pretty exprienced with room escape games. This is a pretty short puzzle game, but the creativity of the puzzles is bizzare and i absolutely adore it, I'm gonna go ahead and play every single one of these games in a chronological order. Keep up the great work.

I think the first one was better. Being stuck in a cardboard box with a knife and burning matches defies the logic of having to solve intricate puzzles, especially if I'm a bird that seems to be able to read and solve all this. Some stuff like the bugs were fun to solve, others like the dominoes were frustrating because of the need of tiresome trial and error.

I love all of these games. I'm going to give this one 5 stars even though during the firefly puzzle it wouldn't let me complete it at first? I did what was asked of me. I had three larvae and three flies in each row and column, without there being three in a row. I looked at the walkthrough and I copied it exactly and then it worked. I guess it didn't register that I was right? Or maybe I miscounted? Either way the game is still really good.

Looks new concept. But the music part is difficult to remember. Domino has so many combo. Maybe it is really good puzzles for others. Not for casual player, it gives headache.

Should be good, but doesn't work properly. For some puzzle the prizes didn't ever appear into my inventory so i had to use walkthrough to continue as i couldnt view the clues on the paper. It was literally impossible to finish as I never actually 'got' the fireflies after finishing the fly puzzle so just died at the end which is super annoying.

The other person said the domino puzzle is the easiest, I found that that's the hardest to solve. I finally had to peek the walkthrough and I wish the "shadow shape" on the wall like the on in the walktrhough showed up on my phone/game, that would make the puzzle easier. I was putting the dominos blindly, I thought I had to make the shape of the perfect number 6 with it. 😭 I don't know if it's a glitch or the "shadow shape" of the dominos really isn't in the game. Or I'm just dumb and unlucky.

Hmm this one is alright, I guess. Idk why I found the dominoes hard but found the fly-larva thing easy. The music notes were alright I guess, I solved the puzzle without using pen and paper but it was quite the stretch and time-consuming puzzle. This is my least favorite so far, tho I love the details added in the background (Harvey's silhouette) and the jumpscare(?) at the end.

Short but fun game. Rusty lake games force you to use your brain differently. Spoilers ahead: What makes absolutely no sense whatsoever is to tie a rope into a safety pin attached to a cardboard box! I had to look that one part in a walkthrough. Could hardly see those damn holes. Also, as a person with ADHD the domino puzzle drove me completely insane..

I love these games and have completed a couple of them but I too am experiencing the black background on this one which makes it impossible to complete, I'm sure I'm missing something with the music notes as I can't see anything, i have looked at the walkthrough but it's no help with this section. Hoping there's a fix soon as this isn't the only one I've encountered the black background on. If it wasn't for the darkness this would definitely be 5 stars

Please fix this glitch. The fruit says locked and doesn't allow me to do what the walk-through says. I am unable to complete it. I was puzzled for a long time and use the walk-through only when necessary but I can see it's a glitch in the game and not what I was doing. Rated 5 stars coz these games rock. Best games I've ever played on my phone. This is the only one that has given issues.

Neat. I've actually finished all the game tho, the free ones only. Not the need to bought ones. Pretty challenging, got some thriller, and some annoying puzzles that got me about 20+ tries to actually finally solve it. It's still fun tho. I hope I could play the other game you guys made that needed to be bought but with my financial status right now. It's hard.

I love the Cube Escape series, but the walkthrough is impossible for me because in all games except Paradox the background is missing, which is necessary for passing. It is a pity that this is so. I will be glad if the problem can be corrected. Upd: it still doesn't work, but thank you for noticing this anyway. I found out that several other users are complaining about it too. Upd2: Yay, it works! :D

It won't actually let me finish the game? I got to the very end, did what I thought I was supposed to and...then I was stuck. I had to reset the game, and then I tried again, did exactly what the walkthrough said and,,,,same thing. Send all 3 fireflies and nothing. Otherwise it was fun enough, not my favorite cube escape, but still fun. But being able to get to the very very end and not be able to technically finish it is,,disappointing.

The puzzles are okay but be sure to have a pen and paper unless you have a memory better than a gold fish. So I'm not sure if I'm irritated with the game or my short memory here but needing to write down music notes and junk isn't my idea of a game to play at bed time. But that's just me. It's a decent game, well made... just some of the puzzles are, not to complex, but too hard [for me] to remember while turning in the Box to accomplish them. Dominos was the easiest puzzles but wine glass sucks
