The app hasn't processed a refund I requested almost a year ago and I can't request another refund until that's cleared. The app steals from your stored value. I haven't contacted the feedback form as suggested on their app but I'm pretty sure I won't hear back. They force third party apps and promotions on you with making ads impossible to exit out of, so you have to reset the app, basically before each use.

Stealing money. Company set up a card system to avoid using the app but 3mo later they refuse to repair it and won't refund or transfer balances on physical cards, and this app also requires funds in block of $5 or more so you can't spend just what you need. As other reviewers state then they take the money when you move, refusing to refund leftover balances. Also requires access to Bluetooth and photos to work, major privacy issues. This company has stolen over $20 from me in 6mo

I have a list of small reasons that add up to dock this app's score. - Never received a refund for a machine failure - Supports Nift, which in turn supports BetterHealth, which is a scam (look it up) - Ads have become far more intrusive (full screen pop-ups, X button sometimes inaccessible) - Only supports reloads in $5 increments when machines are $2.50 - Does not support payment directly through the app, reload is required - Having the app be required to avoid a convenience fee when using card

The app overall is subpar, the main issue is the password and account recovery. it doesn't give you the option to save your password which is really useful. I had been logged out of my account and I was signing back in and had forgotten my password, so I clicked forgot password, and it just wouldn't allow anything to happen. this app suck and needs an update.

Horrible company, machines will take your money and throw up an error making you pay twice with no refund. They charge a "convenience fee" but took out the change pay so there is no other option. Machines barely clean at all ( I get better result hand washing in a bucket) and the keep upping the price while ignoring customer request for service.

I'm forced to use this app or be charged an extra $.25 per use on already expensive machines. there is NO choice to opt out of email notifications. there is no choice to only get notifications when the machine is finished without also getting "rewards" notifications. If I wasn't forced to use this app or pay more I wouldn't!!!

Absolute hot trash. My apartment complex uses it. Not only does it have less functionality than its predecessor: CSC go, they fail to transfer the previous balance, don't allow you to add time to dryer cycles, but they fail to maintain their equipment. They also mod machines to no longer take cash. A convenience fee for purchases less than the cost of a cycle? Everyone involved in the writing, deployment, and use of this trash should kick rocks. Without boots.

Often struggles to connect to the machine, which is a big problem when you've pre-paid. Notifications when your laundry is done rarely work unless you have the app open (and then why would you need them?). The push notifications for ads seem to work fine though, which doesn't make sense at all. Edit: the ads are now also being sent as emails and showing up while I'm trying to do laundry. This is a moneygrab by people who know their customer isn't the user.

Still waiting a year later for a refund. The app doesn't tell factual status of washers/dryers. There used to be a custom amount to add, but thats gone and frustrating. I occasionally want to get rid of a weird extra $.25 or $.05 that's on the account, but can't now. Not sure if it's an app/developer issue or if it's apartment/etc issue. Either way, it sucks, thus making this app practically worthless. Super frustrating this app doesn't up more often either.

I understand for the convenience part of the convenience fee. When your app barely functions, spammy ads, can't connect to the machines it's surprising your app works at all. Surprisingly being the only app I know of that not only fails a Bluetooth connection but repeatedly turns it off when "connecting" to the machines. Remove the convenience fee because your app is terrible.

Tried using the app today to do laundry opened up to the home screen with some kind of error message, but I couldn't read it because the font was white and so is the background ( really smart). So I uninstall and reinstalled (usually fixes most issues). Now I'm getting an SRC error message before I can even sign in. Why fix a bug that will cause more!!

I had $3 on the app and contacted them about moving and not being able to use the balance. They told me it would be refunded, but in the end I only got $1. Basically stealing $2 from me. As a business owner myself this is not good customer service what so ever. Regardless of the amount if you say it will be refunded then it should be. I do not recommend this app at all. There are much better options. I don't work hard for my money for it to be stolen! I would give 0 stars of it was possible.

I really dislike having an app for everything. I find having an app for my laundry to be especially annoying. I would have kept doing tap to pay but I am charged more to do that. If I don't load the app with 20 dollars or more, im charged a fee. not to mention the junk email I get. And when I do use the app, it fails to connect to the machines several times, before finally working. The whole experience irritates me. it makes me want to just take my laundry to the laundromat down the road.

"Rewards" are things that I wouldn't use. Tried notifying about an issue and refund has been pending for over a month. Have had multiple other refunds needed but because the other one isn't addressed, can't submit another one. The timer doesn't always work. Sometimes takes multiple attempts to pay with app. I'm glad the machines also take coins so they I can avoid most of these issues.

tedious and stupid. if you're gonna have this system, don't lock out machine settings to only be "start dryer". You should be allowed to set the temperature after you paid. ultimately frustrating and useless, you shouldn't be forced into using an app. apparently it's seemingly impossible to refund money made through debit card payments, as it only accounts for credits. And I can't contact customer service without Wi-Fi. This company steals money from you.

I can't imagine why anyone chooses to work with this genuinely awful app. I can barely even connect to the machines, because it'll know exactly what room I'm in, but somehow cannot connect. It's always annoying to have to fiddle around with my Bluetooth, wifi, etc. just trying to CONNECT to a machine. Connecting aside, they only let you put money in your account in $5 increments so you never have an even amount, forcing you to keep refilling or get charged for not using the app. Just awful.

Never request a refund it will cost you more. I request a refund after a machine took my money then Immediately wnet out of order. Money was credited to my account but then taken out again. I usually have some balance or 0 in my account but there has been several times where my account is negative. You cannot start a machine without having enough balance to pay for it. So for some reason it keeps taking out money. No support to reach out to people.

"Machine not found" when I'm standing RIGHT NEXT TO IT. They charge you $.25 per transaction and then make an app that doesn't detect their own appliances. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot. Edit: Good to know I've basically set fire to the $30 I loaded on to the app. Also, I don't want to save money with your partners, I want to save money on your overpriced wash/dry cycles.

It's practically a scam. You can only load certain amounts at a time, meaning if your machines charge change, you're inevitably going to have money left over in the account, so you are just giving up money to them. And if you DON'T use the app, they charge a "convenience fee". That's not even mentioning the countless times it's jipped me of a load, making me pay 2-3 times because the machines suck. Total scam, do laundry elsewhere if they use this app, seriously.

I like this app less and less the more I use it. Today I tried to change the debit card I use to replenish the account. I might have messed something up, I don't know, but the app refused to take the card - and worse, said it would not allow changes for 24 hours. When you're in the laundromat ready to go, that's completely unacceptable. Fortunately I got Google Pay to work. But this app could be a LOT better.
