Very impressive system. It does take some learning but the help videos and text are very well created. Some of the trading language takes a while to sink in. All that said, I've now got it working and it's doing a lovely job as far as I can tell. My only criticism is that it could have a one click, out of the box setting. Just click and go! But I guess it doesn't because of changing markets etc. I'll pop back in a few months and probably give it 5 stars when I know what I'm doing 😂

It need work. The app is great for quickly peeking at your hoppers performance, however it crashes constantly. The app will randomly log me out if I refresh. Sometimes it will show me data from the wrong hopper. The Stats section is a mess. The app needs a lot of work and does not represent the true quality that CH is capable of. Their web platform is amazing compared to their app.

Really good app when it works, does exactly what it says on the tin. However I have to restart the app several times in a row and have to log out and back in multiple times for it to work, this is a real disappointment and honestly a big let down for the company as this intermittentcy will push people away fortunately I have a good experience with the company even if the app is very hit and miss, I'm sure this will be investigated and patched in the near future Hopefully fix the instability 🤞

Can't do anything with a 3-day free trial. So my expectation was high, and experience super poor. Not recommended as not enough time to actually try it out properly.

Customer service trash. Extremely hard to understand where everything is and how to navigate it and if you reach out to support all they will do is send you the link to the FAQ and tell you to read. Take your business elsewhere. God forbid you ask for help onboarding after you paid them for a year.

$130 a month subscription and charts don't even work in the app. Data doesn't update in real time, have to close the app and reopen it to get current portfolio value and profit to update.

Can't get to to hook up with the exchanges. The examples in the help bot don't match what I see in the setup. I'd like to try this but can't get it to work. Free trial is up. Guess I'll have to find another app that I can get to work.

the Bot helped alot, but would be better if 1) when sale positions, sale it clean instead of leaving few cents 0.0123, 2) when set a buy position, able to wait or delay much longer i.e. market price 8.80, target buy in 7.28 instead of making templates but it didn't followed the templates too although loaded

Been using for a little while now. It's useful to have the app however there's a lot of things that I have to switch to the Chrome app on my phone to go to the website that seems to be very well tailored to a phone screen. Get that person to manage the front end of this app. Just port the whole web interface to this app and it'll be great.

I started using this back in July. At first it was a fun experience, then they got bought out by a company in the UK. They doubled prices over night, made it to where you have to have a subscription per operating system, were renewing cancelled subscriptions for signals too. Keep an eye on who owns your app, because chances are this could happen to you.

The trading bot is great once configured, the app is just ok. Kinda glitchy and freezes sometimes. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. Use the website, it's worth the time it takes to figure out. They give you a paper account to work out the kinks. I would highly recommend visiting the marketplace and getting a set of DEX products: template, strategy and signals. Worth the $. There's a guide linked in their description to set up. Then wait a few days before you judge it, it takes 2-3 days to get going.

This bot is one of the cheaper ones to get started but it has a steep learning curve. Not new crypto enthusiast friendly. It's only 24.99$ for a starter plan and the good downloadable strategys and templates that you load your account with are further behind a paywall. I don't recommend this bot for anyone who isn't dedicated to learning all the ins and outs of technical crypto trading definitions. The UI could use some work to it's an ugly mess.

Lacks many features that the web app has. But web app is less than mobile friendly. I find myself switching between them on my phone. I have pulled trigger to manual sell green bags in mobile app, only to later find out they were red in web spp and in reality. Use caution! This was using kraken exchange, via the android version of the mobile app, a few days prior to the review.

Very easy to use and incredibly affordable. Get the free trail to test it and learn the ropes, then upgrade. I upgraded twice after one week and i still use both subscriptions. Awesome selection of options. Unlimited strategies, lots of free built-ins. Spend time to learn the fundamentals of Technical Analysis - you'll be glad you did. Crypto Hopper will soon become your best friend... and weapon of choice!

Update to my earlier review below: The latest app improvements are excellent! Thank you for making these changes. So much better! LOVE Cryptohopper - app needs work. The app is great if you just want to take a peak at your positions, but the layout is not great. I prefer using a browser on my phone, if i need to adjust settings or more detail about a position. I hope they make improvements!

CH is more robust and user friendly than its competitors, but the app and customer service are both AWFUL. CS just pastes in unrelated generic responses or collects a piece of information at a time until you give up on the back and forth. The app lacks some basic functionality that is available on the website (eg removing, splitting positions), and while frustrating, that isnt the deal breaker. The biggest problem is its 99% failure to load the current positions page and frequent crashing.

App works well I like it. It only lacks the function of being able to alter your strategies and signals from within the app. I have to use my phone's browser for that which I find rather annoying to have an app but still have to go through browser for stuff I really need to access. But overall am happy with the service and happy with the app.

This is app is basically an easy money generator if you get the right configurations and strategies. I have a problem where my API key disconnects, usually about 2-3 times per week. I have to check every morning to ensure it's connected otherwise I could lose some money. Each time I just re-enter my keys, but it's quite annoying. This is a problem with Cryptohopper itself, not the app. Also, nobody should use this app to configure or set up a hopper, only to monitor how it's going.

The Cryptohopper itself is GREAT... The app for Android? Not so much. Often doesn't connect to the hopper, and when it does... it's just not a very good UI. Basically all I ever use the app for is to make a quick check on my positions to see whether or not I need to sign in on the desktop site and take care of something; change the configuration, sell some positions, etc... because doing anything other than checking on positions is not intuitive on the app.

It does basic stuff okay but there are so so many glitchy bugs and UI issues that make it very frustrating. Every time I use it I find 4 or 5 bugs. Toggles that don't save, screens that don't show, random app crashes when changing configs, UI elements that are cut off. Also, the current Open position percentages don't update on your Dashboard: they're stuck most of the time. The exchange shows live, but CH app won't. It may show +5.0% gain but that was like 8 hours ago. Seems useless.
