Options are a scam. Constantly place orders within the time frame, they get accepted, then when they close I get told my order was rejected. Every time would've made a profit. Their customer service is an absolute joke. App is garbage, use other platforms. In response to them, I can assure you you haven't done anything. You still owe me money for the strikes and for the tech fee reward you emailed me about in May that I still haven't received. You suck.

Performs much better after their last few updates. No longer taking long to reload after I open other apps. Updated 5/16/24: the app has been buggy for about the past week and constantly freezes when I attempt to make a crypto purchase after a couple of taps to adjust it. By the time I get ready to hit 'BUY', the app no no longer responds to any buttons I tap and I have to close it over and over again. Not good when I'm trying to buy at very specific price points. No update available as of yet.

Stalling again, not working well. Too much emphasis on a "game like" app. Poor choice. Fix this: while in 'your account' if you click on "crypto wallet" it opens up a list of coins you own. If you click on the dollar amount just to the right of the word 'wallet' you see every coin. Why is this still happening? I'm in my account, I should only ever see what I own. There are two other areas to look for coins one doesn't own. And yes, I've told customer support some time ago.

This is the absolute worst experience I've had with a crypto app. First of all, they require transfers to external wallets to be at least $100. Now I have crypto stuck in this app that had I used literally any other crypto app I would have access to. It was also just a nightmare to use, not user friendly at all. I had to deposit enough in to make my balance at or above $100 to be able to transfer it somewhere else. The having to login anytime you exited the app was also a headache. Do not like

Frustrating issue keeps happening. For no apparent reason I am unable to purchase crypto. I keep getting an ERROR: REJECTED popup notice. Called my bank. Not an issue on that end. Contacted customer support. No response and it's been 2 days. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. The 1st time took almost 2 weeks to get resolved. Very unhappy with this app!

Worst app ever. I have concert tickets. Apparently I'm required to install the app to access my tickets except its impossible to sign up. Keeps saying my cell number is wrong. I've literally had the same number since cell phones became a thing so no, I don't have another number associated with my email. I've checked my email setting and as I already knew, my cell phone is connected with my email address. Whats the point of an app no one can sign up with? No one at supports gets back to me.

The app in general works fine (there are glitches sometimes but after app restart it seems back to normal). The main concern that I really don't like is the support option! It says they are answering within 2 hours but I always wait a couple of days for their reply, even I send messages right after they replied, in a few seconds. This is really annoying.

The app keeps crashing version 3.176.2. It was working fine but last week they did something that starting crashing. Today the app doesn't even open. How can I open a case when the App does not even open? I have cleared the cache, reset the App, uninstalled, reinstalled and still just getting a Blue screen! I tried to chat support but after 30 minutes and no one is available besides this message "Thank you! A member of our team will contact you shortly"

Terrible interface, and customer service, with at best shady business practices. They are either selling expired up/down options or advertising different prices than exist. I got notifications multiple times about prices rising while my up options were being automatically closed (expiring), and vice versa. I was locked out of my account while I had options open. It took 4 days after getting back into my account saying it had been a while since my email and if I still needed help to let them know

This application is deceptive. Unexpected fees appear at every turn. While I understand the need for security, the constant requirement to log in and perform excessive authentication is very frustrating. However, what truly disappointed me was when I made a transfer from this app to an external wallet, and it charged a fee equivalent to half of my investment, without prior notice. Fortunately, I was not dealing with a large sum of money, but this experience felt highly deceptive.

Very good app, but what's the point if you have ZERO customer support. It is literally impossible to speak to a human about an issue or concern. Deposit money into crypto very easily, and withdrawal is usually easy as well. But if something happens... you are ENTIRELY out of luck. There is absolutely no one who can help, and no one who cares. I wish you were as quick to respond to my support emails as you are to respond to bad ratings on here! I requested assistance MULTIPLE TIMES! NOTHING!!!

Most strike up/down options are sold at instant loss because they sell them well above current market value. Deriv contract interface often lags out and requires a complete phone restart to fix as well. Really horrible if that happens when you're trying to sell, only to come back to a loss because of the app simply not loading. Support is getting slower and slower at replies as well, been waiting over week now. Other than deriv contacts, go for it. Avoid their derivs because of the crashing.

Near impossible to withdrawal. They give you and tell you about 2FA and yet when you do it there still is an error code. Haven't been able to withdraw anything since I've deposited back in December. The application runs slow. My phone service is through Verizon, and I have full bars, and even then the app continues to migrate. I reached out to the in their chat because they had to escalate it and I've yet to receive a response in a timely manner. No one wants or has the time to sit around.

Overall misleading marketing practices. I mostly have been trying to use the visa card, but it hardly works anywhere, and there's all these claims about getting cash back but it's at very specific locations and not entire chains. Any money on the card is basically locked up with no way to withdraw it. The quests are expensive. Overall not a beginner friendly app and misleading in many ways. There are much better options available

Edit *another update and now the app is non functioning. Thats great. Thanks. removing a star. *app and service has a nice interface and is fairly easy to familiarize your self with and start trading. I'm a complete noob to the crypto world and I had no trouble setting it up. Had to do a facial recognition thing, was not happy about that. The reason I'm writing a review at all is because I need to point out how buggy the app is. It has crashed on me 5 times today. And froze about ten times.

I enjoyed this app for general trading but then discovered when trading options, the "just because" fees are ridiculous and extortionary. For example, if you are buying options for $150, there's a technology fee for $6. Then, there's a transaction fee for $6.60. That's $12 only to open the order. The prices are the same when you are closing. Which totals $24 of margin that you have to surpass. While this isn't impossible to overcome, it's plain predatory.

Love the concept, but it's a clunky UI full of bugs. Pages take forever to load or just don't load at all. Limit orders disappear from wallet. Hard to navigate. HUGE spreads. Seems to be getting worse. Will be watching, but if it doesn't improve, will pull out before next bull run. I don't trust in it's ability to reliability complete a fast transaction. Needs work

Great design, secure and reliable, but the app is obviously built for those fortunate enough to have large budgets for investing/spending on crypto. For example, the onboarding and daily missions include purchasing at least $100 worth of coins on any supported network, and they only go up from there. They run contests that award the top purchasers of specific coins during the contest period, meaning the only way to compete is to already be wealthy...

Easy to use. Great for beginners. A lot of perks, giveaways, rewards, etc. offers a lot of resources for research. No issues with functionality. I have seen some other reviews complaining about functionality, withdrawing funds, etc. I haven't had any of these experiences and I use this app daily. I wonder if their issues are actually banking issues, slow data speeds, hardware/software conflicts, etc. IDK, I haven't had any problems.

Crashes often, it is hard to purchase crypto, and you have a better shot at resolving your issue with the chatbot feature than speaking to a "support specialist." I've had nothing but bad experiences using this app and do not recommend it. I contacted support via email. As soon as there's a resolution to the issue (easy fix on your end) I mentioned is resolved, I'd be more than happy to edit/ remove this negative review. Thank you.
