******update****** Customer service was very quick to assist me with answers I needed. ****I am unable to make payments in the app. Now, I can not even get logged in. I verified there was no update required either.

App not useable, I have a pop-up on top amd bottom that take up half of screen each. Can't do anything. Does anyone even look at app on phone?

Will not load. These responses are useless. It just stopped working. Is not password issue.app is no longer loading on device.

Useless. I tried to sign up and got an error message. Tried to just browse cruises and it spun around and wouldn't actually search. Tried to use advanced search and got a 503.

not useful at all. attempted to log in and had to request a new password. after entering the new temporary password, still could not log in

Interface is so bad I didn't get beyond making a password. Took several minutes to even be able to get the keyboard down to be able to click the search button for finding my agent.

App changed today. Now I cannot access either past or future trips. Just keeps trying to load . After working with Michael at CP tech support the issue was resolved. Their concern was genuine and it showed. App works great.

It takes awhile to load the page your trying to get to and then majority of the time, you can't even make a payment through the app. There are times where I just want to pay online for my trip and go on my way, but I can't because it keeps saying it's 'unable' to. Forcing me to have to contact my agent, which at times, I just don't want to do. And when I tried to pay on the app today (which was surprising because it rarely ever works), the app kept repeatedly crashing.
