Delivery is so bad. Never received the package. Refund is a big hassle.Customer service is terrible. Will never shop at crocs anymore. For their hefty prices the service quality is cheapest.

Idk what the issues are with this update, but why do I have to keep verifying I'm a human after making me put in my username and password EVERY time I try to use the app... This is annoying and, at this point, makes me not even want to shop Crocs anymore... Fix the app, you're losing customer interest in your products

couldn't sign in. use the same email id and password on Website works fine but on the app it doesn't work, try to reset my password in the hope it works but the app doesn't send a link to reset password. useless app, Garbage.

i have an account, but app keeps saying invalid. I was able to long on the website. not sure what the problem is with the app but it seems like I'm not the only and they have yet to fix it.

the app works good but the signin needs a bit of help. It is overlapping on itself on the question boxes. Makes it difficult to find your mistakes.

The allow "Crocs" to track your activity... notification has been styled to look like an apple system notification when it's not, and the allow and deny buttons are positioned incorrectly, promoting users to select the allow button accidentally. It looks like a deceitful UX decision for the purpose of getting users to click allow.

I always have to sign in. It never stays. If it needed updating, maybe I could understand but that's not the case. Also, ordering is sometimes an issue. UPDATE 10/12/24 This crazy app notifies me of "4" something but what that is I have no idea. No recent orders. No msgs...and I still have the old issues. Fix this thing please.

Worst shopping app I've ever used! I try to log in. It says my email or password is incorrect. I reset my password through the email they have on file and it still doesn't work. I decide just to shop as a guest add something to my cart and it says my card is empty. I tried to retrieve my birthday coupon which never came to my email and it's not retrievable on the app. Just an extremely frustrating experience across the board. I love Crocs but I am extremely disappointed.

This app is horrible it was an easy setup, but after that, it was something else. It took me 20 minutes at 4 tries to get my address updated. It's been 1 week, and it's still waiting for the carrier to pick up. It still won't give me a delivery date. It needs a lot of work... Don't try calling the customer service either. I asked the lady over the phone when I would receive my order, and she said when it gets there.

Never works when you need it . I used the app bought 2 pairs of crocs got a confirmation and two days later they cancel . I can't save my info and the app hardly ever loads properly. Also , the carr never loads properly. I find myself using the internet instead of the app . Oh yea they offer discounts for certain companies, but theres no option to get it in the checkout . Extremely frustrating.

This app will not allow me to create (register) an account. It just shows "oops, something went wrong" without any info as to what may have gone wrong. I went ahead and ordered off of the app anyway. I feel like that was a mistake. I have a pending charge on my card, but no email with the order number or anything.

This app needs more work! Signing in was a hassle. It kept telling me my information was incorrect, when it WAS correct, then when I finally got in, it would not save the changes to my shipping address and there is no way to edit properly, and now I have duplicate shipping addresses amd there is no way to edit my billing address! Such a frustrating experience!

I'm not sure why there is no way to sort the search results or any product. But it's better than the website, at least. Please add sort and filter function, I guarantee you will sell more and faster. I've been looking for the right croc clog for weeks now and always get sidetracked. You can't even save favorites. It's depressing.

very, very slow. initially wouldn't accept my valid email. entered all information at checkout the first time, and when I went to pay, my items were gone. had to begin all over. would prefer to pay with PayPal, which wasn't an option. this was my first experience with the app. I was not impressed. I have ordered directly from the website with no issues in the past.

Doesn't even allow me to sign in on app. Deleted and re-installed still doesn't work. I'm able to use web browser and login with same info. On crocs website it bring me to download app but it says not available in states. And the one I have downloaded is a different one. Kinda confused. Giving scamish. Wouldn't upload my card even if I was able to 😅 doesn't even send email to reset password from app.

they charged me more than what i ordered!... i ordered 3 items that came out to $77.37. they cancled one of the items that made the price go up to $87.99. the order was over $100. that applied the $30 off coupon. removing the item without telling me is wrong customer service... WHY DID I GET CHARGED MORE AND THE ITEM I WAS EXPECTING GOT CANCLED. NEVER AGAIN AM I BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.
