I've been playing this game for a few days now and I have a few things to say. First of all, I really enjoyed the game and the story so far. The characters are nice and I love them and the art style is very nice and nostalgic since I remembered playing the first game in elementary school. That being said, I've been having trouble logging into Facebook and it has not been fixed at all. I tried checking my connections, logging out of Facebook, but nothing worked. Please fix this.

very good game I've been playing it so much now:) love the graphics,storyline,characters and everything else. the only thing is that there's very less amount of energy compared to all the cases we have to solve for every star..it gets a bit time consuming and also im requesting you to allow us to connect our accounts/save progress with Google because i don't have facebook and i don't use it. i also don't want to lose my progress ive come really far and it would be really disappointing.ty❤️

First, it's a great game but the energy required for each game is much the energy limit is not enough and then how the stats fill up becomes slow gradually. My app was logged out of my Facebook account and I've been trying to connect it back but it's not working, please see that this is rectified. I simply cannot start from the beginning because I'm getting another phone.

This game is very entertaining although the wait time takes really long. I've been playing Criminal cases for the longest time and it has gotten me hooked. I just finished this one today 26/06/24 and it came with mixed emotions as it always does. The experience it comes with makes it worth the while; the suspense, the twists, everything. You may feel like giving up initially but I promise you that if you don't, you'll definitely not regret it. I love love love it and I highly recommend.

The story lines are entertaining. However there are too many annoying adverts. UPDATE!! I have been playing regularly and got to about chapter 36. My device needed updating, it reset to factory settings and now all my data is lost and I can't recover it! No issues like this with any of my other games. I'm going to delete this game if no-one from support helps me with this issue.

I just finished the last case...the overarching story over the course of 56 cases was so riveting--they should make it into a book! The characters you get attached to, the puzzles are fun, and you can complete the whole game without having to buy anything with real money (as long as you can put up with the ads). I have moved on to the Mysteries of the Past and I love it too!! I high recommended this game!

I love this game which I can play casually. The puzzles and hidden objects are easy to solve with some available helps and hints. There are ads which I can skip after a few seconds so that's ok. There is option to fill the energy by watching ads too so that's really helpful when I don't want to wait. My only complaint is it can take 11 hours for the lab to analyse the evidence. For an instant result, people need to pay. So I just leave it and come back after the result is ready.

This has always been a great game and I've decided to play it again since 2019. However, I'm encountering an problem where the sticker album seems to be not progressing. One time I've completed a sticker of the killer of a certain case, then all of a sudden it's incomplete again. It happens when I'm opening a sticker pack. So, I'm planning to open all sticker packs once I've reached the final case. Hoping you guys could still fix this! Thank you!

They changed this game no longer offer you ways to get extra energy, I have put up with all the ads because I like playing but now have to watch ads and get nothing out of it but frustrated by ad between every other scene and for no reason. I feel like I'm being forced to spend money to play. I will just uninstall it if that's the case.

I love the game, but when I changed phones my ad free purchase didn't transfer, not to mention all my coins I lost, even though my progress is supposed to be saved in FB. The worst thing about the ad free purchase is that I am not even able to purchase it again because it says I already own it and customer service is no help. That's the only reason I don't give 5 stars.

I completed the 1st criminal case years ago and these games are intriguing and fun, it took quite awhile to get through and I went for rings also, nice story lines and some twist and turns to throw you off, really into playing. But, I was hoping the wait times would have been cut down, don't like waiting 15hrs for forensics just to play for 10mins, other than that great game, and will still continue to play.

Loved it!! I finally finished the game after playing for 6 years...the only downfall is you get so far on level up and chains of command but can't pass it on to another game in the series, I tried to play mystery of the past or whatever it was called after I finished this one and it had me restart down to level one instead of at level 146 I was a commander on this game

I do enjoy playing these games but my biggest problem is the ads every time I play a level. Its ridiculous and it never used to be like that however, its become so much that ive deleted all 3 games except for one because Ive spent actual money on it. To be honest, if it weren't for that I would delete it and it makes me sad because these really are good games. The graphics, the interaction, the story line...all of it great except the ads. If u tone it down i would def come back. sorry for 3 stars

I've had issues more lately with missing energy points. Lost track of how much total. Sometimes when I select a crime scene to head to &get interrupted BEFORE even heading there with my "partner", the energy doesn't show as "UNused", the way it used to. NOW it shows it as "used". This has been happening off &on. The game used to show it as "UNused" if you selected it &got interrupted &then let u head there &finish investigating the crime scene. Now it disappears. Please correct the issue again??

Love the criminal case games. Would of given 5 stars if it weren't for all the excessive ads. I understand having ads since the game is free but after searching a location twice, an ad pops up. Another issue is connecting to Facebook. I get an error message and can't log on and get my free 100 energy. It's been like that for over a week. Please fix

I have played the first version of this game but uninstalled it because it holds you for "ransom" unless you connect to facebook or buy coins etc. If it wasn't for that I would give it 5 stars across the board. Hello again Devlopers: I still love this game BUT. I wouldn't mind the ads if I were able to hit the back key and leave the ad, but now you have to wait (I think, never timed it) 15 or 20 seconds. It's really frustrating. The reason I play these games is because I hate commercials.

This is better than the other game that is set in the past. However, it is too easy and there is too much going on as far as stats and meter bars are concerned. Also, there is too slim a selection of non-white females to choose from and there honestly isnt a single white male to choose from. Very disappointing. The energy bar drains way too fast and the game itself feels like a $5 Wal-Mart "Find the Items" mystery game. Was honestly hoping for better than this.

I love this game, along with all Criminal Case games. However, I've been having a hard time with this version of Criminal Case in particular. I'll open the game, receive my daily rewards, and then when I go to click on the level I'm on, it freezes. It won't let me tap anything. I try getting completely out and restarting the game, doesn't fix it. I have tried restarting my phone, still freezes. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and that doesn't work either. I can't play it now

I would enjoy this game more if the following: when you first find the object in question, it quickly gives you credit instead of making you touch it again several times which costs you points, time and energy losses. Next, only have one object for each correctly defined. Also, if one touches two or more objects defined in a single movement, give the person credit. I was trying to rate three and a half stars but it wouldn't allow me.

Love the game, hate the adds. It's ok if I'm trying to get an award, but hate it when they just pop up. It's almost every play. I've played criminal case for a long time and the ads have gotten ridiculous. I changed to 3 stars because the game will lock up when it ask you to purchase the add free package. There is no way to exit out of it & I have to restart the game. If I didn't love playing CC so much, I'd delete the app due to the adds & the glitch.
