This app is horrible. There are no details and is never the same amount as the actual account when you call the your company. Any of my other cards deducts the pending transaction so you know where you are in real-time. Same thing with available credit, it never reflects the actual available money. As a result you approve charges when it's already over the limit but I don't know that because on the app it doesn't show over the limit. When you approve a charge it should immediately take it of

The Credit One Platinum was the first unsecured credit card I took when I was rebuilding my credit. The company is predatory and has horrible terms for most of their cards along with mediocre customer service. However, they were the least predatory company at a time when I couldn't get accepted by anyone better. Not even a decent secured card. Putting that aside, their app works just fine and I rarely ever had to use the website for anything.

Missing a lot of features. Takes forever for balance to update and transactions to post. Will decline transactions for no reason other than they find it suspicious, but will not give you a chance to verify. Always glitches when I want to make payments. Can't see dates of transactions on the app. It's a mess.

Number one sometimes it doesn't even work. And half the time it takes absolutely 5 minutes just to log in. And if it's any time in the morning you can't even really get on this app. You definitely need to work on this app because it is an absolute garbage. It is so hard to get on and the stupid verification code that sent to your text takes too long to even get there sometimes you can't even log on with it and you have to do it again and again.

I only use the app for checking my balance and making payments. I've never had an issue using the app outside of scheduled maintenance to the site. I know a lot of people don't have a great experience with Credit One, but they have been my primary credit source since 2016; and while the rates are slightly a bit higher than I'd like, I otherwise have nothing negative to say.

I'm really fond of this app. It's easy to use and navigate. I literally can do almost anything and find all my answers on the app. I really love the fact, the main screen displays any pending payments automatically after a payment is made. Some credit card apps don't do it automatically, it may take a few days. Great App overall.

Easy to use app. First time I've had one of these cards. I had to put a $200 deposit down on it. It's only a $200 line of credit, but according to credit karma, it'll increase my credit score very quickly. Never. I've never actually had a credit card besides the Amazon store card, which I kept up with apparently too much. They want you to have some sort of debt. 30% debt to be accurate.

Payment processing and transaction processing is slow. App is easy to use easy to understand once you get used to it. It's unfortunate that the transaction history clears after the statement cuts... I would recommend credit one changing this. Customers like to see what's going on in one place at all times with a running history.

Super easy to navigate. All billing info is well displayed with letting you know how much and when your payment is due. Notifications are sent out when necessary so never getting unwanted spam notifications that have next to no useful information. Wonderful company to use for rebuilding credit. Recommend to anyone who's looking to get started with or rebuild credit. 10/10

This app is down more than up lately. I am so frustrated with having to get a verification code texted every time I log in and THEN it tells me it isn't available. I have multiple cards with them and really wish I had chosen other cards than these. The fees are ridiculous and when I pay my bill it takes varying times to update my balance and available credit. They are making money so they need to get their act together. 😡🙄😡

The app is ok except you can't reach anyone about balance/charge issues. The card will charge you $5 for "express payment", otherwise it takes weeks for the balance to reflect your payment. There was an error on a charge taken out 3x and almost 3 weeks later, even after the correction I have 0 in available credit, even though it should be almost $400. Just a pain to deal with.

For some reason the app is acting up lately. It takes me 10 minutes to get into it. They send a code to verify my identity AGAIN but it takes 10 minutes for the code to get through to my phone. Very inconvenient. Yes, I've Uninstaller and reinstalled the app. Same thing. Doesn't fix anything. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP! IT WORKED JUST FINE A YEAR AGO.

they are always helping IF i need it and also the app is super easy and convenient to navigate for whatever you need to do within it. credit line was little low at first but they raise you very generously after a few on time payments. overall I really am surprised that a bank I never heard of could be so advanced in the modern world of finance / banking.

This app has become SO frustrating. It was all good at first, now, for the last 6 months or more everytime I sign in it says I'm on an unrecognized device and it has to send a verification code to my email...seriously, EVERY SINGLE TIME..and it only gives you 30 seconds to do it or it times out, its ridiculous, I have never had an app only give 30 seconds. I've had the same phone the entire time, why is it having so much difficulty 'recognizing' my device?!?!

Very slow to open. I waited for over an hour for the app to open before I gave up and went online. Signing in online is very slow as well, but not quite as slow, but still very slow. I've been trying for four days to add my payment information to pay my bill, but the app logs me off every time. So frustrating trying to use this app. Developers, you have a lot of work to do. I may close my account soon.

The app is fine for the most part. They changed they expedited payment plan from $4.95 to $7.95 and I'm pretty sure the math was off on my account. As for the app itself though it's great. I just wish I didn't have to validate EVERY time I go on and customer service for this company is a little confusing. But once again, as for the app, it's pretty solid.

It's a good app but it is a little slow. I have tested it on multiple wifi connections and it seems to always be a little slow. I currently access the app from a Galaxy Note 20 which is admittedly a bit out-dated so it may be my device. Either way, the app functions fine. No serious complaints from me. The "offers" are a nice touch for extra cash back.

Negative first, I personally am annoyed by the double authentication process. HOWEVER....if you have multiple cards with this company... the app an AWESOME tool. You can switch between card accounts, get all messages in one place, see your credit score & payments are very easy to navigate once you have everything set up. Emailed verification of payments are almost immediate must of the time... no waiting for a receipt.

This is the worst credit card company I've ever dealt with ! They charged me a late fee for being 1 hour late making a payment then there were more fees ! It doesn't build your credit score it lowers it over time and when u cancel your account if you don't pay it off right away they charge you more fees !!! I wish I NVR got it it's the worst mistake I've ever made I was desperate at the time but NVR again I'm just warning everyone not to get this so called credit card from credit one !!!!! 🤬🤬

Update.. it's a pretty decent app. It's an ok card. My credit score hasn't increased, the fees they charge for nonsense puts me over the limit so then they charge a fee on top of those fees. You can't really do anything in the app other than make payments. You can't talk to anyone, chat with anyone, request an increase in limit or even contact the company at all unless it's in writing only. Don't recommend for increasing credit score, don't recommend for building credit, just don't bother.
