I really like the convenience of the using this app when paired with my wifi box. It would be nice to be able to share time lapses within groups. The biggest downside is the limitations in slicing. For starts, you can only slice 1 model rather than having multiples of a small part print all at once. I have also had problems sending Cura Slices to the Cloud. My App account is linked through Google sign in and that is not an option for the sign in when sending through Cura.

Good things: Easy to set up and start using. Slicer is ok with basic settings and options. Bad things: 1. Very limited library of easy-to-get models. Takes some work to get a thinigiverse or other model into the app. You have to basically download the model to your phone and then select the .stl file to slice within the app. 2. No way to keep default settings. Using a PLA that needs temperature adjustment, needs to be set to 225 degrees EACH PRINT, it does not remember your last settings, even if you have not quit the app yet. 3. I printed 5 items so far. 2 worked, 2 terminated after hours of printing with NO ERROR MESSAGES and 1 failed but no obvious reason or messages - was able to restart from beginning each time and it worked again so it wasnt the printer - but about 15 hours of printed material wasted! My CR-6 SE can restart where it left off if there is a power outage but sending the print through the Creality WiFi box means I have no way of continuing a print that "Terminated" after hours of good printing. Going back to printing manually since its not reliable and cant be trusted for long jobs with costly failures with no way of troubleshooting and no messages to tell me why it fails.

Great app and very interactive. can pretty much find everything you need here. The giveaways are an added bonus. My only gripe was in the beginning, the live chat was frustrating and didn't function as I'm used to with other apps. I'd get someone and then it would say to email as an auto reply. not sure I'd due to economic issues or w/e but I'm hoping this improves over time in case needed. took some time but addressed the issue on my own. no biggie. keep up the good work Creality.

This app tries to be a lot of things and has a good platform for it, but they never finished any of the features or have it locked behind a paywall. Does great as an STL viewer, I'll give it that; But if you're trying to use the in-app slicer function or browse prints, you're either going to have to pay $80+/yr ...or go literally aaanywhere else. I keep this app as an STL viewer. Nothing else. Lots of ads. Lots of microtransactions.

I was trying to use this with a Creality Cloud box. The features are nice, but I could not get it to print with my Ender 3 Pro. It would seem to do everything else. When I tried to print, it would send the gcode to "the cloud" and then to the printer, but the printer would not print reliably. It would hang every couple inches and blob. The printer worked fine with SD card or from a direct PC connection via USB. I got no reply from support using the app. Returned the unit, built an OctoPi,.

Enough functionality for the majority of people. However it is very clear that, in this app, Creality cares much more about pushing advertising, unnecessary marketplace interactions, and promotional campaigns over the user experience. Graphic design and app layout is also pretty poor compared to their main competition (Bambu Labs). I honestly don't mind the profit pushing (subsidizes printer cost) I just wish it was kept more to the side to prioritize the user experience and graphical design.

I'm primarily using it for my k1 max and the app is very inconsistent. It says I have 3 prints going on at the same time, I only have 1 printer. And the camera is very hit or miss, sometimes it can connect, sometimes it can't. It also can't refresh quickly enough even though we are in the same network. Pls fix for better support for the k1 series.

The creality app is good, in fact, I almost prefer printing out of it than not. That being said, it's a bit clunky and disorganized. It would be nice if they reorganized it to put the printables into almost a "store" sort of setup rather than just having them on the landing page. That and organizing the prints a bit better. Oh, and explaining the print functions would be nice too. Sure, you can figure it out, but a bit of direction is always nice.

The app works well, it gets better with every update. I haven't had any issues with the app, I use it for for everything I print, I'm able to upload STL'S without issue. The Creality box is great as well being able to send files to the printer without issue. There is always room for improvement, however Creality, keep it up. Remember use the right tool for the job, because you wouldn't use a hammer as a paint brush...

The app has problems loading things at times, and it doesn't seem they check legitimacy, or ownership, on the model store. However, controlling my printer from the app works great for the most part. I'm able to easily check the camera and print models directly from the app. There doesn't seem to be a place to change printer settings though, but it works well enough.

Update: Works pretty well, it can be annoying finding files if using the app on your phone. A good quality of life addition would being able to open the Slicer portion of the app from a tab and open files within the Slicer instead of having to find a file first. *Oftentimes, the app won't show the status of a project regardless of whether it is started from the machine or the app. Also, the exposure settings fail if used from the app and the current machine settings don't reflect on the app.*

One of the reasons I chose a Creality printer was the new photo scan feature in the cloud app. Then as soon as I go premium that feature disappears?? No announcements, no warning, just a silent removal from the app as well as from the list of premium benefits. Not. Cool. Prints ok from the app, but not able to tweak anywhere near as many settings as from the Creality slicer in my pc. Better to just slice in pc and load on SD card to print. Some cool print files available in the app.

Edit. App has gotten better since most recent update. It will now 95% of the time send files without errors and the camera shows up 99% of the time. There still have been a fee minor glitches but that may always be a issue because of how the internet works. Hopeful for future updates that make it almost perfect. Thank you devs for continuing to work on the app and make it better

Had to uninstall the app had been working fine, had phone issues. Tried to reinstall it but it won't, downloads but won't finish the install. Have cleared cache and data, rebooted and many other steps that have not worked. It did let me install the lite version, but would still like full. Is there someb left over files somewhere that have to get removed that are blocking it, Help? Edit: The only way I was able to install it was by using the APK.

I primarily use Creality Cloud, in combination with the optional camera for remote monitoring of my K1. It also provides a convenient way to let remote family members the ability to push their models to the printer and print them, as long as the bed has been prepared. Having way for monitoring the exact status of the printing process is a valuable resource along with , also notification when finished is a plus. Doing all of these functions from your smartphone. Good job!

Well, being new to 3d printing and still dialing things in, Creality cloud has definitely started things off very quickly. And the options that are available for printing are endless! Super easy simple to get and straight to printing. I'm sure I'll look back at this review in the years to come and make adjustments. Especially since being a fpv pilot I plan to print a lot of things 😆👏👏

Works good for basic things, not as many ads as people complained about. Very hard to upload files from phones, as app is picky. Easier to use desktop version but seems ok to check in on prints. It's so full of trashy fimmicks, and needs a UX upgrade. Customer service is flaky, the chat folks close out your ticket, and app never lets you know if you have a message. It's just annoying and makes you appreciate the simplicity of google or apple apps.

I have 4 creality printers and love them, just got a couple K1 and have been pleased with them so far. honestly the only complaint I have at this point with the app is the overwhelming advertising all over the place, it would be nice to just go take care of my prints on the app without having to scroll through a bunch of other stuff I don't need or want. I'm also not able to change print speed in the app, seems like a pretty simple feature that should no doubt be there.

Constantly have to remove and re-download the app but it never fixes anything. I can't get any of my models approved for public view eating my memory I had to pay for. Just continuous errors with no fixes. This slicer lacks a lot of setting and features considering it's creality's own. Customer service translator sucks, they can't understand anything. And this is just the beginning. Go ahead and send that printer back for a refund.

The app is buggy. I get the lidar error, but there's no documentation on how to fix it. Creality needs to do better. The tutorials are poorly written. The camera constantly disconnects. I got this nebula to improve my prints, but the settings aren't great, the interface is terrible, and the leveling is awful. I don't understand how a company with so many printers is unable to produce better content
