The difficulty rate goes up way too fast, and there isn't enough reward for each level. The only way to move forward, is to constantly play ads, for the extra coins and bonuses. The only way to beat most levels, was still only by using the bonus hypers - so it wasn't even fun. I had to spend far, FAR more time letting ads run, than I ever did getting to play this game in any way that was fun.

I love the concept of this game and its really fun and addicting. Just one problem: It gets super hard after level 30, I can't get past level 33 in the 1st hospital, and you don't get enough coins to upgrade anything high enough to help you pass. I also found out that I can't purchase anything because it's broken. When I open the purchase window, I can't tap on my payment options, tap to buy, or even the X to close the window. I have to use the back button on my phone. Very frustrating.

This game is fun to play but as you progress the coins earned for each level does not add up to the costs of upgrades needed. Every time you fail a level you will gain about 10% of that levels coins. So 1000 coin prize will get 100 coins. When you need 2000+ coins for a single upgrade to pass that level, it gets frustrating fast. You need to watch 30 minutes worth of ads to pass a single level. Ads reset once daily, makes for slow progress.

No amount of coin you can get can help. You can't keep up with the upgrades needed to complete levels. It'd be one thing if it was one person complaining. But it's practically everyone. Please fix your game. Tedious guide: Double coin every time you end a level, win or lose. It'll just take a very long time for those on a losing streak. Maybe a day or two. There's that, but also timing. You should play the most when events are going. Game still sucks, but if you're a f2p completions, it helps.

It can be really fun but upgrades are super expensive. Playing the levels through can get you high returns once you reach the end of the levels but so do the prices of items. Once you complete the level the amount you can win drops down to a quarter of what you were winning. This would be okay if the cost of everything wasn't so expensive just to buy anything. They offer "deals" but it's really the same price just the option to buy it direct. Update*I have already contacted through game.

I love time management games. But this one isn't as good as many that I have played. The screen is very touchy, there have been many times that I've lost time because what I click on does not register. In my opinion, in a game like this, it should be at least possible to get through a level. I don't have time to replay/fail endless mode to get 50 coins when I need Patience upgrades that are 2000 coins. Reduce the difficulty a little bit for future players. I'll be uninstalling. It had potential.

Incredibly fun, extremely pay to win. It's so difficult to get coins that it makes many levels impossible, as your doctors are too slow or you don't make enough coins per patient. Then, when you lose the level, they give you like 50 coins but you need 1500 or more to upgrade one thing. Even if you win every match and watch ten minutes of videos, you can barely keep up. I'll probably be uninstalling it soon, despite the entertainment value. I don't enjoy 90% of my time being in ads.

I like the game but I think it's ridiculous that once you finish a location and play in Endless Mode, you get way less coins even though the levels are much harder when you complete. There is no incentive to play Endless Mode for me right now. Most games you continue to get the same coin level progression that you can use at the next location.

This game is actually a lot of fun, and while it does have ads after levels there aren't any they interrupt levels. What's infuriating however is most levels are only 2.5 mintues long and patients walk SO SLOW it takes each one almost a full 5 seconds to approach, you can't drag them to the bed when you see them, youhave to wait, makes you lose all the time, recycling is also put in inconvenient place so you accidentally throw good items away trying to click on the item you need next to it.

It is a good idea for a game, but the levels get too difficult too fast. This game wants your money. The money to level ratio is very uneven, and there is far too many tasks to be fun. It literally feels like you're at a poor work place and it stresses you out. It's hard to advance after the first hospital. I wouldn't recommend the waste of time on this app. It's not fun, it's stressful. Let me point out that I have made 2- 1.99 purchases to help and Im still stuck because of tasks VS time.

It's good, but many times it doesn't register my choices, & since it has to be timed precise, & you have to move quickly, the nurse misses the order, & time is lost. Meanwhile, the patients crowd the waiting area, can't be seen, because, yes, this is a Crazy Hospital. I'm in the third location,& maybe if I spent $ I could do it, but with it missing some of my taps on the screen, it may not help. I tried Healthy Hosp, same exact game, not impossible to pass levels. *ok devs, thx, I'll email you

I love this game. I HATE the latest update. Not only did they change the thumbnail of the app to make it look disgusting and gross (seriously, who wants to see THAT when they open the app???) But they completely changed the rewards given when you watch ads. This game used to compensate players adequately (IMO) when an ad was watched. Not only would it entice me to watch the 22+ ads a day to get the rewards, but it kept me coming back everyday. Not anymore. Please change the reward system back!

It could be a fun game in later levels, but it's only fun as long as you can progress. Early it's great, but you quickly have leaps of difficulty in the levels, also can't replay levels & the coins vs cost ratio aims to force pay-to-win. Even with 22 ish videos to watch for coins/gems so you can win, I've had to only use the videos for 2 days just to be able to beat 1 level. With everything maxed it's better, but then you start a new area & the struggle all starts again.

Let's be real. It's hard to be in a gaming industry when people expect free games. I get it. I'm great at dash games typically, but this one gets impossible to pass w/o paying. And as much as they must make a ton on people willing to pay to win, I'm not that person & therefore have to let this game go to the uninstall list. Too bad. I'd gladly pay a larger flat amount to play this without the need for too-expensive upgrades. But I absolutely won't spend as much as they want just to play a game

To the point of deleting the game. I have purchased coins and gems to level up Dr's, equipment, waiting times, coin values, etc and you still can't win. The levels are only passable by using power-ups and/or diamonds on each level. It needs to be a challenging game, but no one wants to spend days on the same level & not win. I'm on the second world & I can't pass the next level on the first world to earn more coins either. Games want you to pay to play, but this one isn't worth the amount of $$

Fun game so far. I'm on the 3rd hospital now and have been enjoying playing but there are some things that need improved. There's way too big of a difference in the amount of coins needed for upgrades versus what you win in levels. We should be able to go back and play levels we've already done. Endless mode is way too hard; it's almost impossible, in fact. And if you do make it through a level, the coins you win are way, way too low for the difficulty.

Not worth it. Not FTP. It doesn't matter how fast or good you are, how much you hoard your gems and watch the free videos for gems and coins. You have to get upgrades to complete the levels. Being good isn't good enough. Once you have them you blast through a few and then your stuck again. Scraping, scrounging and waiting for more coins. Sure you can try the levels and fail, get a 10th of what you need for the next upgrade. The next upgrade that will get you a couple levels before you're stuck.

While being a medical professional has me shaking my head, "yeah, it doesn't work that that" that's something I've learned to deal with. My problem is this: I was saving up for the upgrade I knew would benefit me the most and yet after I failed one level twice it was FORCING me to buy another upgrade that wasn't going to fix the problem. I exited the game and thought that would reset it, but no. I want to play the game my way even if I fail a couple times. And you control the AC? Beyond strange

Don't bother playing this game unless you're going to pay to upgrade the entire game. Otherwise it's incredibly hard to pass levels. Gold earned isn't enough for all the required upgrades. So you're always behind on upgrades. Edit: don't listen to their reply. You simply don't earn enough coins and the game constantly asks you to purchase coins to upgrade.

I really liked the game, but by the rounds in the teens I had to use gems to keep playing. By level 37ish it became quite difficult to proceed any further. I can't warrant paying for coins or gems to keep playing if I really can't play the game long enough to assess if it's worth it. Level out the difficulty and cost of upgrades and I may come back. Oh, and I'm not a novice in playing games like this.
