Edit: since the upgrade I haf to remove a star. It takes forever to load. I have to shut off wifi to try to get it to load. Even then sometimes it still won't load. All other apps must be closed also. I don't have a full phone or limited resources. I'm disappointed now in the app. So easy to just click and post on multiple platforms and keep your brand in front of your audience every day multiple times a day.

We need there will be more improvement in the app. 1. In the video section our details are faded and we are unable to read my details after download. 2. Our details are inserted in photo/videos are on either in top or in bottom, so my posts photo & video are easily edited by anyone. 3. My photo and all details should be inserted in the middle of photo and video along with quotes.

App doesn't work after singing in, agin gives the option to select profile image after updating profile image and clicks on the continue button again redirect towards profile uploading. I contacted the support team, and the team said to me this is currently unavailable in your country. I asked why you give the option to download or install the in my region. #Google #Playstore

I wanted to give 5 Stars for your Crafto app but by its own went up with 1 Star only. I liked the most, because it covers most of the very very meaningful Quotes. My hearty appreciation your this App. Thanks with regards CR Vanniar

Good morning dear sir and ma'am, I wish to take the annual subscription of this beautiful application but the payment option allows only PhonePe. I don't have UPI options but can pay using my debit card. Please let me know how to it?

This app is one of the best is easy to download and once you create a message you can add your photo on that message. I really love it. He also reminds you in the morning to write something in the evening to write something. I really love it

It's cheat as I had paid just to taste for one month and since then they are debiting my account fraudlently every month. However I wrote an email to refund my money and discontinue but, they don't listen.

I was enjoying the app until it started asking me to select a paid subscription. I do have a paid subscription. When I contacted them about it with my proof of a paid subscription, no one wanted to help me.

It is a very good app. I feel very good by running it, it gives peace to the mind, there are some photos and image status in it which are also religious and there are many other things in it and I like it देता हूं

It's not a "free" app. I love the fact this app let's you add your picture and business name but to use the manufacturer templates you have to pay however you can create your own for free and download them

Jai Sri Ram!! Using the app for last few months with great interest. In some aspects I am not satisfied. 1. The video quality is degrading after it is posted/shared to WhatsApp or other social media platform. 2. Why only Hindi language is used in the day to day ready-made cards/videos?? 3. The quality/texture of TEXT I am putting into a image is sometimes becoming illegible after the image is shared. Please pay some heed to this issues.

This app will not allow me to make changes to my settings. It's holding my information hostage to get me to use the paid version!🤬 Things are not fully explained when you are setting things up and I did not have a trial period.

This is not a free app. Was fun to use, now they want $19.95 a month. The response was to not add a photo to Crafto to prevent the monthly charge. It does not allow you to create either a personal or business profile without a photo. The personal profile only wants 9.99 a month.

This app can be more better, I had made complaint too but they had not changed it. I want change in profile update button which by keeping off becomes Automatically on again and again. I don't want to post square or round shape in the post, which I am unable to do so because of this problem.

Bait and switch. I'm a kitchen company. They had lots and lots of stock kitchen pictures to choose from to make it easy. As soon as I bought the paid app the kitchen pictures vanished and I had to do extra work so not as fast and easy anymore to use. I feel deceived. And I cannot cancel.

I submitted a ticket to cancel my subscription directly from the app. While I enjoyed the free trial, canceling your subscription seems to be a hassle. I was told to cancel from the app store. I don't see where that can be done and I hate when companies give you a hard time. It literally says on the app to click here to cancel, but I'm getting the run around. Thumbs down.
