Totally broken. Not only is it impossible to watch on my TV due to constant glitching that freezes the screen, the login function on mobile doesn't even work!!! Maybe if they can fix this absolute mess of an app I'll use it, but there's really only one show that I care about, so maybe I'll just buy it instead. It would definitely be better value.

Review update. The content itself is actually really good, truly. I mean it. But the app itself is just awful. I just sat through a *20-MINUTE* commercial break during my movie, then when it finally resumed it played ONE line of dialogue and went back to commercials for 5-10 more minutes. Then it played the SAME line of dialogue again and went to ANOTHER 10 minute ad break before finally resuming. Then NO ads at all for the rest of the film. A shame, since Crackle honestly does have great stuff.

This app is hot garbage. I get that it's "free" and there are going to be ads, that's not an issue. The ads on this app, however, were extremely slow to load, repetitive, and they chewed through all of my high speed data before the movie I was trying to stream was half over. No thanks. Uninstalled immediately after. I'd rather pay $9.99 to buy the movie I want to watch than subject my poor phone to this turd of an app ever again.

VERY UNSATISFIED!! If I could rate it zero stars, I would. I installed the app, found a movie I wanted to watch, tried to play it 3 different times to no avail. Picked another movie, tried it too, nada, and all while being able to easily watch the ads mind you. I mean go figure. Use to have this app years ago and never had an issue, but now I do? Gonna uninstall it.

After using the app twice I've noticed 3 very annoying bugs. 1) It will falsely remember my spot do every time I leave the app or pause/play (even if I only pause for a fraction of a second) it resumes at the wrong spot. 2) It loads adds multiple times, it will get stuck loading adds over and over for minutes at a time. 3) Episodes for Super Mansion are out of order, who watches episode 1 then episode 21? It shouldn't be this buggy for something that has been out for nearly a decade

This must be one of the worst streaming services I've ever used. I've turned my phone in landscape mode and the video disappears (but still plays), the screen randomly going green, hitting resume and being back tracked to ads and not actually picking up from where I paused. If you decide to use the website version, well... good luck there too. Besides it randomly freezing, and the low quality, it has potential with their selection of content.

The ads literally break the experience for me. I hate streaming and then ads. There's about 10+ ads every 5-10 minutes. I cannot buffer an entire video with ads included. Ads and streaming do not mix. That's why people pay more to remove them. It's completely unwatchable. The video doesn't load itself like a YouTube video, so it constantly loses connection when there's an ad. This is just unexcusable to me. 123movies with a good ad block literally is free and way better even if it's "illegal."

Keep trying every month or so but it never gets any better. There are weaknesses that should have been addressed a few years ago but apparently they don't mind being the Edsel in a Cadillac world. Even FREE should have some quality to it. After all we pay with our time to watch the commercials. Selections for on demand don't seem to be too great. Mostly 3rd rate junk. So maybe no great loss to uninstall and look elsewhere.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Still decent enough for streaming, but that's all it is: decent. Movie and tv selection is on par with other free streaming apps w/ads, but will never reach any higher than that. Only takeaway is that another streaming company will gobble this up and will most likely do nothing with it. Shame, it had potential, but it will be gone before anyone noticed.

Downloaded long enough to watch one movie. Made my Fire stick lock up & after watching one movie, I switched to another app to watch a different show. While the new app was playing, the sound was suddenly overtaken by the next show that was in the queue for the Crackle. During the movie I did watch, the breaks for commercials were timed horribly. I get it... Free apps need to make money somewhere! There was no care to their placement and the redundancy of the same one over and over was painful.

Great app for my phone. Scrolling problem fixed and movies as good as netflix, but have the same app on my roku tv that came on the 1st couple times but not since. I have over 250 apps on there that all work, though some with a little buffering, but this app even though ive deleted it and reinstalled it quite a few times, just keeps saying wont play, go back. I would even pay if i had to. Just seems if it works good on phone it would on tv. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

first, the selection is terrible. the best things they have are already on netflix. the shows are advertised as seasons, yet they are not complete. there are more commercials than cable. the ads are what payes them and allows it to be free. i get that. but watching the same ad 4 times back to back 10 dif times in a half hour is torture. its all no name movies and shows anyway. not worth the time free or not

It's a great app with the factor of everything that you can see on there and they're being a lot of options to watch from movies and TV shows, but the one thing that's very annoying is out of the blue some commercials end up blaring and being very loud. So you'll be watching your program and then when it goes to the commercial it will be two times as loud.

It's Crackle, so let's break this down. THE BAD: LOTS of buffering, and the picture sometimes breaks into pixels. The ads are terrible---frequent and really intrusive (especially Jack in the Box, which is the stuff of nightmares). Picture quality is merely ok. Lots of mediocre movies.THE GOOD: Sound is excellent! They know how to position subtitles on the foreign films so that it doesn't interfere with viewing. Some good hard-to-find older and foreign stuff. And, hey, it's FREE!

Awful. Even if you try and skip just 30 seconds forward you have to watch 3-4 ads (1:30-2 minutes) every single time in addition to the ads every 12 minutes. AND they're the same 3-4 ads. This app makes even the most engaging movie unwatchable. Save yourself the time and find your movies and tv shows elsewhere.

This app doesn't work on my Samsung phone. I have tried to watch multiple videos. Everytime I watch an ad, then receive an error message that the video won't load. I select "retry," watch another ad, and receive the same error. I tried to submit the problem to Support; however, the Support feature doesn't work either. You cannot enter many of the required fields, such as type of device and location. A complete waste of my time.

Already had a little hiccup with the app it didn't want to play the movie and keep saying error try again so I reached out and sent a message to the support team to fix the problem and I got a message about them blocking my messages not sure what happened there but anyway the app is working okay for now just had to exit and go back to the movie. And the selection is alright could be better in my opinion but that's just my opinion and the ads are a bit annoying. Maybe not have them back to back
