I've been trying to withdraw my savings to Paypal but I"m not getting the verification email after multiple attempts. Social media login doesn't work so just reset the password and log in that way.

I use these guys through my laptop and have saved a bit of money. Pops up automatically - it's great. However, the app won't even let me login. Says my email is the wrong format.

Having a hard time enabling the extension. Don't really get that. I'm not having this "easy" time of finding help and/or instructions on how to do it. To much fooling around with just makes me want to delete it off my system. I tried.

Just like their site, app is a vile dog excrement scam. The damn app hacked my browser, ebay & amazon acounts. Currently reporting coupert to my state attorney general's office, what is the contact for your legal department?

B.s app. I tried a million times to create an account , but it wouldn't go past making a new email, which I don't need to because I already have an email. I just uninstall after 3 hours of trying

Do not install, and if you do, don't enter your email password!! Within 2 minutes of login. I had a notification saying another device had accessed my email. A nexus 5. I changed it immediately. But I'm still aomewhat worried they might try other passwords. Anyway to report this and track the scammer?

App crashes at bootup immediately before reaching any screen. Troubleshooting clear cache and data, reinstall, attempt boot offline (no wifi or mobile data) and still same result. App is definitely broken looking through the reviews. Unacceptable for such a reputable company, you guys need to hire a new app development team.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. This app not only has fake coupon codes on it (as anybody can add coupons without them being checked) but it also does not have nearly as many working ones as other apps, the app also doesn't allow you to sign into your account.

Completely useless. This app is completely useless. I asked it to search for offers at Marks and Spencer, am extremely well known store, and it came up with nothing. It didn't even seem to recognise the name of this well known shop. However I did notice it has offers for places I have never heard of and wouldn't dream of shopping from. A complete waste of time. Uninstalled.

Going back to Rakuten. This app is a rip-off! Two months and 4 pages of qualified purchases and my balance is STILL ZERO! Every purchase still says "pending" or "canceled" tho I've never canceled ANY purchases. About $4,000 of purchases and they've kept ALL the cash back referral money, while telling me every single purchase is pending or canceled. With Rakuten I usually rcv'd $100 every cpl months. DONT use this app. You'll never get a dime out of them. It's a scam. Use Capital One or Rakuten.

It only works on desktop (browser extension), but can't even login on the app... "Please enter a valid email address."

Coupert is a great system, unfortunately it does not work on the phone. Troubleshooting with login. I have been trying to login for 2 weeks nearly every day. Google account, FB account, email, all don't work as it keeps saying system error. I reinstalled the app several times, checked updates, rebooted the phone. I suppose the app has some bugs which are yet to be solved.

Total BS! Just another platform that makes you click (so they get paid), on search results that aren't what ur looking for. Then you can't uninstall this bloody app!

I've been using coupert for 3 years and LOVE it! I've cashed out over $1,200 to my paypal for shopping online and also subscribing to their vip program where you get more cash back. Coupert is the best!!
