I really like this game but the glitching is getting totally ridiculous it's gotten to the point where I can't finish a song without it glitching up and sometimes it'll let me watch an ad to continue but after about three times it doesn't and it cheats me out of points. I know I'm not the only one dealing with this and if it was fixed I wouldn't be the only one getting so ticked off they're considering not playing, like I said it's a great game and I enjoy playing please fix it.

This is probably no. 2 on the best games I've ever played. The music is real, and the game feels good, but it's no. 2 because the stupid time limit for playing - either pay for 30 mins extra or watch an ad, and honestly, the game is really addictive and fun, but it's the microtransactions that kill a good game and even if you want to keep going even while having to watch an ad for every song it cuts you off so you have to pay. 3 stars - Good game, but the money hungry developers kill it.

I really enjoy this game and love trying to hit gold every time. Main complaint I have and the reason behind the only 3 stars is no new song being added with the exception of some gold ones. Not all the songs add the deluxe gold version when hit. Also, hitting platinum does nothing other that states you hit platinum. Some glitches but all games have them. Most I would say is ADD SOME MORE SONGS ALREADY!! Sad that once you hit a certain level all you see is "songs added soon". Soon is now please!

the gameplay is awesome 😎! music selections are current and up-to-date and fun. I would play this game all day if I didn't have other things to do but I recommend Country Star to anyone that loves music playing... absolutely wonderful I can hook up with friends and challenge them to a perfectionist duel of sorts. keep it country and keep it star with Country ⭐✨✨

Giving 5 stars to ensure my review is seen: I absolutely love this game. HOWEVER, I think it's really messed up that the gameplay is only NOT glitchy when you're actively buying the tour pass. If you are buying the tour pass, the gameplay is phenomenal. If you stop spending your actual money on the game for the tour pass though, the gameplay is the MOST RIDICULOUSLY GLITCHY GAMEPLAY EVER, and it really messes with your ability to actually get the gems and scores you rightfully should be getting.

I am fully convinced that this game was only made to piss people off. Been playing since it first came out. Giving 2 stars because the game is at least fun and it is fun to unlock new songs. But I am convinced that the game sabotages you when you're doing good. Gotten so close to perfect scores a number of times until the very end when it decides to glitch and I get all Perfect+ except for one. Becomes a pay-to-play fast when you run out of gems and if you want to actually progress. Unhappy...

Good songs but sensitivity of controls is terrible. Everytime I need to touch two buttons at once I either have to touch very forcefully or it misses one and ends my game. Very frustrating. I would give this five stars if not for that. As is, I want to throw my phone through a window everytime it fails. Fix it please!!!

I love this game played it all the time but I have all the songs except the delexe qnd ehat they put out in the premium packages which made me loss interest since it takes long to get a new song from the deluxe box. Add more songs not in the premium box and give me options to get the ones I didn't get in the premium package. I'll start playing again. Now I lost interest because I don't really get new songs anymore

I've been playing beatstar for 4 years now, and was happy to get country star and spend my money there as well. In the 4 years that I've had BeatStar, my all time favorite thing about it was the lack of forced ads. Today that changed on Country Star. Please don't force ads now... The game is perfect the way it is and you get money from people spending on gems. Please don't start forcing ads..

I am loving this version Ape Games has put out. I wish they would implement some of the changes from here over to beatstar. The layout of the track and notes is so much better. The only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 stars is because just like Beatstar I'm running on a pixel 8 and I still get lag spikes from time to time causing me to be late on tapping or miss them completely.

Was having fun until the arrow swipes became a thing. I'm already not that great at rhythm games like this but this was more casual and fun so I was able to keep up with it. The swipes being added completely ruined this game for me. It would be cool if it was an optional thing I can turn off. I'm not even sure if there's any other mechanic is after that as I uninstalled.

I like the game and think it's fun. It's just that the cases that you have to wait 3-5 hours to unlock will just decide not to unlock after you close the game. Like you click it to start the count down, wait the time and load the app, and it's still locked like I had never started the unlock process. The main game Beat Star has this same issue.

Pretty mid game, it consistently misses taps or swipes during songs, ESPECIALLY when I play with my index fingers instead of my thumbs. The ads are SO repetitive and annoying, play a song, watch a 30 sec ad, then another 30 sec ad to get only two song cards of genres/difficulties I'm intentionally not picking. I'd like to play more because this could be a really great game, but I'm heavily considering not playing anymore because I don't enjoy it when I do

I love this game. It's very fun to play and challenging. There are a lot of great songs, and I love that it's the actual artist and not someone trying to sound like them. However, the only issue I have is on the diagonal swipes, half the time I do them perfect and it still says I missed it! When I have spent many gems to test if it was just me or the game. It's definitely the game!! Please fix so I can play all my songs without spending 1,000 gems on notes I have clearly hit!

The problem is on some of their "hard" they are extreme and difficult to play, the level is beyond a hard level, it's set up to make you have to use to many coins on one song. And that goes for certain "normal" songs as they play more hard and hard play more like extreme and they are designed to where you cannot win on them and it makes playing the game not fun. And also when you get to a certain point you don't get new songs anymore you get deluxe songs. It's a way to cheat you.

The gameplay is great and a lot of fun. My problem is with the quantity of songs. I've reached the point where I can't earn any new songs by earning song cases - everything just gets swapped for fewer tokens of a "deluxe case" that takes 100 tokens to earn. In addition to adding new songs, I wish they would let you pick the sub-genre for songs you earn. I hate country rap, so all of the mixtape songs suck.

Country Star and it's companion game Beatstar are probably the only games in a very long time to give me some serious Guitar Hero vibes. The game is just nicely designed, fun to play, and does its best not to overload you with ads for quite a while. Both apps have a great selection of songs and the gameplay is fun. Country Star plays slightly better in my opinion, and I generally like the country/classic rock selection more consistently.
