I have had to delete and reinstall this ap 3 times now and it still will not let me into my account. Not impressed. Will go back to in branch banking. At least I hope to with the way this bank is going we will probably lose that branch to.

Ever since the update I have not been able to use the app. It keeps stopping itself. I have uninstalled and re-downloaded it and it still does not work.

Really easy app to use. I never have problems logging in. Constantly being updated with new features that make it better each time. Thank you, Cornerstone!

It seemed like a good app but lately it has been crashing and wouldn't open. Had to uninstall and then reinstall it before it worked.

20% of the time it works everytime. Seriously though logging in is about a 30% chance it's going to work. Once you're in you got about a 50% chance you'll be able to do anything else. Cashing a cheque rarely accepts a picture. Adding etransfer clients is like pulling teeth. Needs serious work.

Somehow with the most recent update they have managed to make the app not work if you don't allow notifications... Like that's permission extortion.

Absolutely terrible. Never seems to work properly. Usually makes me login 2 times before the app will actually take me to my banking info. Seems like there's "updates" all the time yet the app gets worse as these updates happen. THIS APP SUCKS!!

I haven't been able to do anything for about a week now, im done with this bank, it's absolutely awful. never let's me log in the first time, and like I said for the past 4 days it's Says I have to wait for the update to fix it or something? I've been waiting for how long and nothing has happened. I need to see how much is in my account and stuff. this is awful.

Tried to set up fingerprint sign in and it just keeps taking me to a separate pop up window asking for my password anyways. Then when I put the password in it just takes me back to the login page of the app.

Have to re-install everytime.i open the app which is very inconvenient and takes the quick and easy out of online banking. Also needs to access my pictures, files and location unnecessarily. But why?? Plz fix all these bugs!!

Everyone I know who has this app experiences the same problems I do. We all can't get into our account without having to uninstall and install the app over and over again until it works. It's been almost 2 months and I still can't get into mine

Either can't login or it just won't load the pages you need. Nothing but problems every since the new upgrade as they call it !! Updated and now app is frozen, unistalled and reinstall and still won't open. Absolutely frustrating

The app has a great look - the deposit capture is a little more finicky than my previous bank's app but the fact that I can use my finger print to sign into it more than justifies the fifth star. Overall, I'm very pleased with the app supplied by Cornerstone. Well done! FYI - it asks for access to photos so you can take a picture of a cheque for deposit.

Worst banking app EVER. Makes me wish I hadn't opened an account with them it's honestly so inconvenient. Constantly deleting and redownloading the app also because it'll get stuck in this loop of signing you out saying your sessions expired despite JUST logging in..

App refuses to open. Constantly crashing. Even calling the helpline isn't able to assist. Frustrating and repugnant customer service. Why upgrade the app without it being properly working and tested. DO NOT USE!

Even after the new update there is still too many glitches. I miss the old app. Even their phone number doesn't work half the time. I've been banking with cornerstone since 2016 and now I'm thinking about switching. Too many errors and nobody fixing them. Very unimpressed.

It seems like it is asking for unnecessary permissions. Edit: I did try to not allow photos and the app just refused to open without that particular permission. I also am not sure why it was asking for location data but at least that one didn't put up a fuss when I said no. Edit 2: It is unreliable at best. Get ready to have to reinstall this app when it stops working for no apparent reason. Great upgrade guys.. Also for anyone that got this far. The app hard crashes if you disable media access

I have been using this bank app for a few years now, overall happy with it. However, these last few days it would not even load up at all. I uninstalled the app and then installed it again, it loaded up fine and all is good now. Thought to mention in case anyone else is having difficulty opening the app after having it for some time.

Really getting frustrated that this app only works maybe a quarter of the time, and I regularly need to uninstall and reinstall in order to view balances and/or pay bills...ect. I try to give everything the benefit of the doubt but when it's an app I use quite frequently and I haven't been able to even open for 2 days even after un/reinstalling a person is bound to reach their limits.

Can you please fix the camera issue for mobile deposit. Worked great with my Samsung s22. But on the Pixel 9 pro it must use the wrong camera as it is a little blurry causing the app to reject the deposit
