Unclear Pictures as if they are donating us cars for free.Don't care if sunshine is ruining pixels or camera is not focused.Lacks transparency in the sense that some cars actual damage is not shown. They charge so much in the name of bid fee but zero return in terms of value.I have been buying cars from japanese auctions & they have auction sheets for foriegners & unlike Copart that is 'free'. Very Disappointed!

Ongoing bug for more than 9 months where starting an auction ALWAYS starts on the first car in the auction, no matter what vehicle they are presently auctioning off. If they're on 3026, you launch the auction and it'll show you vehicle number 3001. Then after 3026 is done, it'll show you 3027, after 3001.

Multiple appearance of vehicles. The prices and quality should be globally competive to avoid multiple appearances.

pretty bad experience. Thia app is looping in the same error message. Unable to continue, Account suspended. I can't update my new password and I can't pay neither because my password is expired. Meanwhile I bought 11 cars in IAA more easy to access and better price than Copart. Sorry but I won't buy more here

The app itself sucks. You can't search for "buy it now," nor "no license required" which makes this app useless cuz if you arnt a broker, youre wasting your time. You have to pay a broker over $400 (whose licensed in countries You've never heard of);to bid on cars that arnt 100% scrap. Literally Anything you can fix & drive, only brokers can purchase. Its retarded.

Bad picture, almost like they try to hide damage or ceiling airbags blown. The flood line on cars is washed off and not marked. Have better standards. In addition it's very frustrating when insurance doesn't approve the winning bid for multiple weeks. I've won this car 3 weeks in a row. And it still gets sent back to action. Why not send a counter offer? Big waste of everyone's time and energy.

Description was totally different than the advert. When I contacted them about description was totally different they said you should book a viewing with the fees and then buy the vehicle so they want me to pay extra fees for weaving the vehicle. Totally rubbish.

This is the worst site ever to purchase a vehicle. They demand exorbitant rates. If you are unfamiliar with this, they don't explain anything. They lack professionalism. One individual gave me thirty days to pay for the automobile I won, but after just eight days, I was assessed a $600 late fee. They also sold the car to someone else and now they expect me to pay $600 when I was not my fault. I was told 30 days. They have that conversation recorded and transcripted but will not honor it.

I recently had the pleasure of using Copart Auction Service, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the user-friendly website to the seamless bidding process, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. The variety of vehicles available for auction was impressive, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Moreover, the customer service was exceptional; they were always available to answer any questions I had an

App doesn't search properly. When I use my desktop the saved search works, but when using app it doesn't. Vehicle finder always fails.

It is not working, keeps saying an error... I missed 3 auctions already. Also it won't save to watchlist, when I tab the star it keeps loading. I was able to save my watchlist on a desktop, but went to access on my phone and the red erorr strip at the bottom popped again. Loading loading loading never opened live auctions!!!! Maybe that's a sign that I should try IAA app?!

The absolute highest fees I've ever seen at an auction, they nickle & dime you & charge for things you shouldn't be paying for when buying a used car. To even sign up to buy is a joke, they want a deposit to buy that you will only get back when you cancel, so if you been buying for years & are in good standing, they still don't give back the deposit. Make you jump through hoops to sign up, good thing their's thousands of auctions out there, & you don't have to bother with this one. Un install!

Great app, great people. The processing upon pick up of a vehicle is a little difficult but its understandably so. The site is a little harder to navigate than the app. Also it seemed like a week ago all the lots on the website even with a filter of "no license required" in featured items filters the search result still popped up any vehicle including license required. There were several that I was not able to bid on due to that fact and it was very frustrating so I turned to the app it worked

The last update made it impossible to browse the vehicle pictures. It used to have two arrow buttons, one on each lower corner of the screen to help browse the pictures, and now they are gone. Swiping to see the next picture works once every 20 attempts if I'm lucky. Please fix the pictures swiping, BTW I use the app on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Update: they fixed it

As with copart the company, the app offers a caveman hitting a rock approach to customer service. With the app it barely works. When it does it is very slow and they are constantly forcing me to change my password making it impossible to log in on the road sometimes because I had to just change the password AGAIN and can't remember it. It's really no surprise though because I've been buying from them for about 4 or 5 years now and the flow and customer service keeps getting worse and worse. Sad!

App is great in so many ways, however.... when clicking on to a live virtual auction, I have never seen anything so obnoxious and annoying than that awful music and announcer dude during the sale. The mute buttons are a nice option, but strategically placed on near the bid button is an unbelievably bad design. Fix one or more of these, and this thing rocks.

Overall I like the app but like others who have left ratings I absolutely hate the stupid music and sound effects Copart uses. I actually bid on a vehicle I wasn't interested in because I was trying to hit the mute button. I'd love to meet the App Developer who thought it was a good idea to put the mute button within a quarter-inch of the bid button and then turn on music each and every time the app is opened. If Copart's looking for a benchmark, check out the new Adesa App - it's awesome.

The app worked much better before the update when I made my first buy. Even though it wasn't perfect I could have easily given it 4 stars. Now it won't display full lists when trying to filter, and it crashes during auctions every few minutes. Fix it please. Updated review: latest iteration is much improved, especially the addition of shipping estimates.

I haven't got to buy a vehicle, toy or whatever I see fit yet but based on the app itself, (just user based), I'd say it's pretty well structured and friendly to use. From what I've heard from friends and reading up on others who use the app everyone have Good things to say about their experience as well. For instance, you can hire someone at the yard your item is at to call you and walk around explaining and giving detailed information back to you and the questions you ask them to look at.
