I updated my app, ever since I have been finding it difficult to login I tried to change my password but I didn't receive any otp on my phone or mail, my customers have been sincerely angry and I getting frustrated

Very nice app but after the recent update it takes time to open sometimes it doesn't even open at all .. when it tries to open if you make a transaction it doesn't go I have been experiencing this issues for 2 days now

The app is very reliable and fast for data and airtime top up. But the app seems not to work Samsung galaxy s7 edge it keeps on saying app stopped working. I will be glad if something is done about it

It's very effective, I trust it when it comes to recharge cards and data especially buying for a third party. The only challenge I have is with the recent update I did, I can no longer save frequent beneficiaries of airtime and data top ups.

Am loosing confident in this app. They can't be trusted. For some periods the app has been debiting and the purchase of data made is not delivered to the recipient, and when you contact the customer center they ignore your complains. This is the second time am experience such in three month. Too crown the mess up the app has log everybody out of it including the money inside. Anyways am giving reasons of doubt in 5 working days before we think of serving you guys paper, Your action...

I am not understanding the app any longer. At first everything was ok with the app, stress-free and easy to access. Now is different, you guys should do something about it please. I can't even have access to the app after crediting my wallet. I was asked to update and it's not going. You guys should please do something about it. My money is hanging and it's in you people account. Reverse the money or you do something about the update . And stop stressing people.

The customer support on WhatsApp is not even receiving messages and when I called he will automatically busy my line because he knows what is going on. Since when I updated the app my password stopped working and when I clicked the forget password the will not send me the OTP to my email. 😥😥 So painful

I recently updated the app and I was log out after the update, I wasn't able to login cos I forget my password, been trying to reset password, no email was sent for the past 4 days now, I message the customer support on WhatsApp, the man didn't at all , messaged him everyday, he didn't reply , you guys ain't serious with your business, I'm out, I dash you all the remaining balance

The issue has been rectified, trying login in again or try creating a new password, the otp will be sent to your Gmail. Well done cool data, I highly recommend this app for anyone. The new version looks really cool and is faster and reliable. Thank you cool data.👏

I must commend the cool data app for the latest upgrade to the app. It's nice now, especially the fingerprint functionality and the overall user interface. It doesn't take me 15 secs to sub my self because of the recharge yourself option, thank you alot.

Very excellent application there data can never failed transfer fast network good rate everything about this application just good best of the best out there have been using it myself to do business nobody complain since then kudos to you guys you are doing great job even there customer care service, I give them 💯 and the technique you bring that we can talk to customer care on WhatsApp make it more easier even most times I don't used customers care service because no problem on it app.

Good afternoon @cooldata I just downloaded the new update but I can't seem to login. It keeps telling me it's either a wrong email or password which I'm definitely sure it's not Find a way to fix this issue, because I just funded my account even before I found out about the update which I immediately downloaded. You people's update system is one of the worst. I haven't been able to log in to the app after updating, to the extent that I had to press "forgot password" I've been waiting for y'all to send me an otp since yesterday, till now I haven't seen any otp in my mail. My friend also complained to ur team that the app is no longer opening on his phone, they couldn't do anything about it till now. Y'all just messed up totally right now👎🏼
