everytime I reach high level the game crash and won't let me go in so I uninstalled and installed again please fix this

UPDATE: Still playing and still loving it! Thank you Creas!(04/2024) I've been playing this game since I think 2017 or 18 and I love it! Not once have I had to contact you for any reason...I think anyway😏 until today. And I tried to update and it wont. But I have faith in you guys/gals! You'll get everything fixed, you always do!🫠 Thank you so much for working so hard for all of us!💞

Was great but now it's full of glitches, it seems the further you go without ever making a purchase, the more problems there are. Now after every game, the advert is long, then it takes you to a seller rehardless, then when you close it, the game closes and it's back to the start. Odd, hmm, contrived more like! A few days later, game crashing after every ad, try to attach a screen shot, game crashes, what are they doing about it, nothing!

As I played this it's just another bubble match game, I messaged support asked to have my account deleted, Cynthia said to just uninstall the App as to I've not signed in, well I deleted all my data out the App went back on the game my level 1 etc still shows, so I must have an account? I'll be uninstalling I've played these games before they get really boring after a while, same with Match 3 games. I have less games in my device now brick, match 3 so boring, anything thats the same.

love this game. game playing outstanding and the graphics are awesome. it's so cute when cats sing to you. most of all there's not hardly any adds thank you. soe games even if you win here comes anther add its frustrating. with cookiecatyouan ep playing long time before a add pops up. I rate this 100 stars and two thumps up download it. you'll be glad you did. I am come play with me

I must say that cookie cats pop is an excellent 👌 bubble app and it's really an enjoyment to play and now I had to start over for the 7th time and the level I was on, I tried every witch way to beat it an I could not beat it, an I just can't wait to play on cookie cats pop and if I could I would give this app all the stars that I could possibly give 🌟 because Cookie cats pop is not only the best app on the internet 🛜 , but I think it's the best stop in the whole world 🌍 ,🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

It is a good game until it started crashing/ not loading properly... very disappointing losing the rewards. Recently played star tournament and lost the progress because it kept crashing/ not loading properly. This has been a recent problem. Overall fun..but giving two stars due to recent issues

Since the up dates, I've noticed that 1/2 the bottom screen disappears, or the message error come up and shuts the games down, I've contacted game developers about a dozen times, lost a load of extras and games, I did thoroughly enjoy this game, but starting to get annoyed. Fix the problems and I'll rate higher. Problems have been fixed, still loving thus game.

enjoy game most 9f the time. Even through several upgrades, game does not credit all points from popping + balloons or when purchasing boosters. In either case pnly about 1\2 are actually credited on screen or on an account. UPDATE. It is more than a year since first review. Still s great game, but same problem persists through multiple updates, and a complete phone clean out. Developers were contacted several times, credited me with boosters, but would like problem fixed.

Around mid game they introduce a new bubble that instantly makes you lose the level of you accidentally pop it. Of course you can keep playing if you use some in game currency... Except it's 70 coins just to continue, and if you pop another ink bubble, you have to pay up again or start from the beginning. 1 star for such a huge money grab mechanic hidden mid game.

Loved this at first but the longer you play the more pop ups and junk they use for game play slows down and frequently freezes the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times to work around it and even that isn't working anymore. Its very disappointing because overall it's a cute, colorful game that's just challenging enough to make it fun.

Gives my 2 1/2 year old grandson and myself the giggles! Update: 1/22 - Saw on recent reviews the "gate" is throwing people off. To get the 3 keys, you can pay 70 coins to open it; play one game every 4 hours, 3x, to get keys; or ask a friend for them. It's frustrating to wait 4 hours, but you have options at the bottom of the page. I am up to level 2620 (still fun after all this time, tho a bit repetitive now) and have never spent a single dime! Hang in there-best bubble game I've played.

Was going to change my rating as I thought it was fixed. Was able to play game this morning. But only for a few minutes. Then got the same error msg. Would have given a higher rating but have not been able to play game for last two days. Says unexpected error and developers have been contacted. Will probably uninstall which is a shame cause I love the game. There are other pop games that work. Also sent message to developer

This game is super cute and addicting. The singing cats are adorable. The art work is lovely and the kitty characters are fun to watch, they all have cute facial expressions. And the game isn't all that easy. It looks really easy but don't be fooled, It gets hard real fast. And it seems the levels go on and on. And there are hasl lots of bonus games and rewards.

I love love looovvvvveee this game. first off, I'm totally a cat person. lol. and second if all, this is one if the first bubble popping games that I've had on my phone for longer than a week. no constant annoying ads, perks are very reasonably priced if you want to purchase them, but the developers are constantly doing challenges for everyone at any level to win power ups, etc. and no, not a paid spokesperson. i wish. lol. great game!!

It's a fun game but it's pretty rigged. On the lower levels where you can see the ball you're holding plus the next two in line... You'll get down to the last ball and it will literally change color right in front of your eyes. Also when I select a booster before the level starts.. More often than not.. I don't get it. But it sure is deducted from how many I have left.

really fun, great art gameplay and animations! but constant notifications for game options are irritating and unnecessary, and occasionally game progress would be lost without reason so to get a 5, 1. don't slow the gameplay down further by advertising other options and functionality each and every level. say it once, we'll remember. 2. save data. consistently

I haven't seen a kitty climb or endless end less challenges for months. What happen to them. I have been having issues with the game going back to start when I finish my daily. I have been playing this game for years and have never had that problem. I have checked to see if there was any updates and restated my phone. Nothing works. I always make sure my daily is completed each morning. Some times I have to repay it several times before it allows me to except the reward.

The game keeps lagging out and freezing everytime I enter the game, enter or exit a level, or an ad comes up. Sometimes I have to wait 30-45 seconds. It isn't just me since many seem to have this problem. When you enter the game or edit an event you get pop-ups of ever single thing going on in the app. All at once. Takes up a bunch of time if there are many things going on. The gameplay also gets boring at times.

Update, tried dealing with you via email. I can't believe you can't take care of this problem without more info from me. I can see others have complained too. I'm getting close to uninstalling. I love the game otherwise and the graphics are awesome. (end of update) Very tired of ads not launching and therefore not getting the boosts. Have decided to stop playing for the day each time it happens. Don't need the aggravation.
