Keeps freezing after start up screen. Gets fixed briefly, then happens again the next day. Have no way to get help from developers as nothing is accessible when it freezes! Fixed, broken, fixed, broken. The cycle continues. Uninstalled, reinstalled. Works until connected to my account, then freezes.

I've been playing this game ever since I was about seven years old and it's amazing it's still too me the fun colors cats and songs are super cute still to this day even though I'm already a teenager! I find this game very fun! kids like it for the cute colors cats and songs like it for the puzzles and many levels. However I like it for all reasons and I think that it is amazingly great. I rate this a total of five stars! Amazing, Colorful, Fun, and many Levels!

They fixed the finger touch issue and now it seems the game is running correctly. It's fun and a mix of really challenging to a little challenging which is good. The cats are cute and make things fun. 12/27/2022Update: New update caused the game to stop working. No way to update again or fix on your own.

12/28/22- App has stopped working since last update. Opens the Tactile screen and then pops up an "Unavailable" error. Really enjoyable game when it worked, I'm sad that I'm missing daily quests because of this. Edit: Had to uninstall/re-install. Works now, but I was forced to do the intro again.

I have played this game for a very LONG time, and enjoyed it. But this week I have NOT been able to open it....it closes as soon as the PLAY key is touched. I've done as the player previously reported has done, without results. Once or twice a year I rate the game 5 stars.... now I drop it to 2 stars. I don't want to lose my favorite game. What is this problem?

Update crashes ap before it loads. Unexpected error, developers notified . Apparently they are busy as i have not been able to load for 2 days. Previously:Android updated yesterday; was up to date before this. app seems to work now. It has been ok on older android device. However, something is not right that every time there is an update things go badly. I still hate having to wait so long for an ad to load. And that At 900 levl i lost it all. Update

I really like the game but it gets frustrating when I am stuck on the same level for days or longer because I don't have any boosters left. I wish it was more like Simon's cat in that regard. On their game you can watch an ad to get extra moves. Also you accumulate more coins which help.

Mostly LOVE Cookie Cats, its graphics and sound effects, and the many different types of games and competitions within it. It's been more frustrating as of late; I hope they haven't decided to get too greedy by making levels ridiculously difficult because I have played this game longer than any other and I'd hate to lose my love for it.

Adorable singing cats! Graphics are good and the levels are challenging too. I like to get 3 stars on each level, but have only been getting 2 stars, which can be frustrating but I would just have to try harder. My main reason for giving this game only 2 stars is the wait time between levels is ridiculous!! 20-30 seconds of waiting to play the next level?? This lost my interest fast!!! Improve this aspect of the game and my rating will change.

Almost perfect (almost). This game is great. The characters are cute and fun. The game play is good. The variety of levels and level difficulties is, in my opinion, perfect so far. But i think the amount of coins to keep playing after you run out of moves (70coins) is way too much. OR have the amount of coins collected be substancially higher. For example on daily quests earn 5 or 10 coins instead of 1 or 2. Also the load time between home screen to level and vice versa is too long.

The singing cats are cute, but I stopped playing it because there's a bug that often ends the chain before I lift my finger from the screen - even if I firmly move my finger on the screen. Also it takes a long time to load and it's not clear how the scoring works or why certain colors populate the puzzle. It always makes sense to watch the ad before each level, but sometimes, the button disappears before an ad is available.

I love anything cats. This is so cute. The kitties sing and make cute munching noises. Only complaint is that it "costs" too much to get five more moves to finish a level. Daily challenges are fun. I look forward to them every day on all three of my mobile devices. UPDATE: Four years later and I'm still loving this game. Since my last review there were significant changes made on ways to get power ups, coins and bonuses. I never miss a day! 😘

I would have rated this game 5 stars. When you start out the game there are pay to play options, but I have been burned recently. Instead I hit watch ads, and get a special cookie or extra move, that was fine, my choice. Now that I hit level 90 everytime you do anything in the game you are hit with an instant ad ( almost instant to close it). I am not ready to quit playing yet, but will never pay money into a game that does this. Shouldn't there be a premium version that costs say $5?

Just like Crunch Time, but BETTER! I've spent hundreds of "Covid" hours on both. No game I've ever played has been so refreshingly simple, yet as complex as you want it to be. Ex. - A simple game of checkers or "thinking steps ahead" chess. Depends on the age/desire of the player. And no need to spend money! Been hooked for +3 yrs. Played and replayed levels many times to get higher points. As ENDLESS as you want it to be! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is at least as fun as their Simon"s Cat version, even if it feels a bit clunkier. My only complaint is that, unlike their Crunch Time, it doesn't avoid the cut-out on my Moto phone, but that's such a minor thing that I certainly wouldn't ding them a star for it. I really like all of Tactile's titles. Oh, and I LOVE being seranaded by the kitties after each level! Such a sweet little touch!

Couldn't get it to stay on long enough to even play!! Started out good until bout level 10, then it went to hell! Crunch Time did the same exact thing!! Sent email about Crunch Time, email sent back said to push support button on game to get help. Problem with that is, can't even get it to stay on long enough to even get to the support button!!!!! What the hell???!!!!! Update 3/5/19: it's all good now!

Fun game, challenging enough to be interesting, but not frustrating. Cute cats singing cute songs makes me smile, even on rough days!! Love, love, love the Cookie Cats! Great way to unwind. Just one request--could it be a tad easier to get coins? Unless I buy them (which is not in covid-budget right now), it seems I'll never get enough to get boosters or more moves. This makes me sad...
