So far seems like a lot of extra advertising when you first open and are signing up. Too much info required for easy sign up or a last minute install on a new device or something. I'll be trying tonight for the first time and will leave a further review as I proceed through my use.

When selecting my business address and work area I click on my address but the app selecta an address in Los Angeles. I live over an hour from L.A. this does me no good.

Absolutely the best app I coukd ask for. Even with the free version it gives you the most selections of any app I have used. Every other app I have used made me pay in order to offer my clients a way to pay through an online portal with thier credit cards. I will never use a different app ever again.

This app has everything you will need. It almost requires a secretary and office to use properly. The invoice and itemization options are nice.

the app is great no issues at all. really enjoy using it. the contract pay on the other hand is convenient but what a nightmare, I've sent the everything they've asked for and it one excuse after another. to keep my money

You get general access to to estimates and invoices. Ability to add major retailers to a material search list. Sounds like an "all-in-one." The problem i have with it is that on the base version, you're only allowed to add a single retailer to a material search engine, and that material search engine seems to be incomplete with the database of said retailers. "Key words" brought up few results, and adding the material name, word for word, from the retailer failed as well. Please fix for a 5/5

Absolutely the greatest all in one business app that any contractor or small business owner would need. This app lacks nothing and it is very affordable, efficient and effective. Anything that you could possibly need is included. The app is free, and of course if you run a multi employee business with a small affordable fee you can upgrade and it will be established and you can have a virtual manager complete the tasks for you.

I tried the free version after trying the pro version and noticed a difference in some features lacking, as well as the integrity options are better in the plaid version. Definitely better than two other apps i was using prior to contractor+. Highly recommend for any contractor or a handyman out there that is looking to save time wasted on trying to integrate scheduling and jobs as well as allocating cost and supplies and being able to appropriately document necessary information and photos.

Update just crashed. How am I supposed to do business though. I'm seriously thinking of going somewhere else. Last week it was the sync of QuickBooks. I originally signed up and thought I was getting a great program. After purchasing the program I was unable to download All of my pictures to invoice. It turns out I needed to upgrade to something that I really didn't need just to have more pictures. The look is okay. I really just wish I can have more control over the full appearance line items

I highly recommend Contractor+ without reservation. I have extensively tested numerous similar apps, but none come close to its exceptional quality. The interface is remarkably intuitive, making it incredibly easy to use. While the free edition offers great features, I willingly upgraded to unlock even more benefits. The pricing options are extremely reasonable, providing flexibility for users. It's difficult to express just how impressed I am with this app.

This is the one.. Don't waste your time looking for a better app. There isn't one. I tried all the other similar apps. This is the best easiest most intuitive and simplistic interface. The free edition is great, but you will willingly upgrade like me. Extremely reasonable pricing with more than one option. I can't say enough good things about this app. I'm typically a skeptic and a harsh critic of apps, But this one is top notch! Great job developers!

Initial stage of use. Okay I have to say the app is almost perfect the only issue that I see so far between mobile and desktop they are lagging issues especially when you search for supplies and suppliers you have to be really really specific in the items that you search for based on the suppliers it should automatically do it, you should just put in drywall and drywall should populate in the list along with the given suppliers that the app associates with but, it doesn't. More to come.

really good price for the product. I've used alot of different construction management software. I've used better software but paid alot more too. overall does everything I need without alot of headaches. Make sure to save your estimates, ran into a few times where I forgot a service address, wrote the estimate, then go to send and the whole thing is gone saying I needed a service address. save often. bottom line really good and cheap to use compared to what I've seen out there

I am very impressed with how Contractor+ is doing business and how you're treating your existing clients with adding features. (Only disappointment is they removed text invoices feature from professional plan - use to have it). Joist App did it the wrong way, which is why so many left them to look elsewhere ~ including me. I've been very happy with Contractor+! (Had to learn a few workarounds for our business needs, but very doable). Hopefully loss of text invoicing doesn't have much impact.

There is a little bit of a learning curve with contractor+ but that could be me. Once you get use to the software it is awesome! Just the amount of features it has is next level. QuickBooks sync. Being able to create shopping list for my jobs has been a huge time saver. Staff has been friendly and with my questions generally getting back to me within a day. They have a forum where you can request features and give feedback. If you're on the fence for some CRM software give contractor+ a try!

Almost there. I would love to see the option for credit notes or -$ line items (for coupons and credits). Additionally, having images in the pricebook (line item templates), and maybe some categories for easy management or building estimates in the field. I was finally able to import my pricebook, but it seems that can only be used on the paid website. Presenting estimates feels a bit clunky and feels more suited for remote estimates vs in person. Solid app overall and impressive features!

The functionality of the app is extremely impressive. It allows you to virtually run your entire business from your phone with very few glitches (thus far in my experience) and has so many ways to customize it to your business for better client satisfaction. My only complaint is that there isn't a "desktop" version that can be accessed. When I'm at home trying to update an estimate, or wanting to send an invoice, or something of that nature, I don't really want to be doing it on my phone. The screen is too small and the keyboard is more cumbersome than it has to be - and more so than it would be if I could use my home computer or laptop. It seems like this should be a "cloud" app that can be access from any device, anywhere. Then you'd be approaching perfect a little quicker with this app.

Too Many Glitches!! I switched from Joist to Contractor Plus and although I did it to try to save money, I have found that I'm paying more money than Joist but getting a lot more features which I'm fine with. However, what I'm not fine with is not being able to upload photos to my jobsite invoice because the app keeps having glitches. Please fix this issue and I'll update my rating.
