Thanks ConfirmTkt. But I am Sorry to say that my experience with you guys is very bad. I booked a ticket for Delhi and I wanted to cancle it coz my train was late 2.30 hours it was not possible for me to catch that train with that much late , So I tried to cancle it but I can't I don't know, in your app it was showing chart is prepared but I have checked with IRCTC app it was saying chart not prepared at that time, and I called 3 times at your support team but it disconnected.

Worst app don't use this app they simply take the booking from you and finaly the will refund the amount after deducting there brokerage recently i have booked 1 ticket and then i got a msg that high chances of cancellation please book another ticket When i tried to contact support executive they told they can't say anything and they are also not ready to cancel the booking .And i completely understood that they are going to refund my money with a deduction of 15/20% .

Iam using this app for past one year but I don't know what's the issue I was trying to book tickets till the payment every thing was ok ofter the payment I entering the ID and password it's showing both are in correct, something times capture is incorrect now a days iam facing a worst situations please i don't know what's the situation but please clear it first iam trying to change them that time also Not accepting

Worst application I ever seen! Please don't book tickets from this app, in case you wish to cancel the ticket, in their description"FCF" they say that you just have to pay around ₹130 extra and you will get your full refund. But in reality the circumstances are totally different. They'll change you about ₹600-₹700. This app is just good for knowing status of trains 😡

I have lost 314 Rs approx on 3 waiting ticket cancellation even after opting for free cancellation which is actually not free they do charge money on opting that feature. The confirm possibility of a waiting ticket shown in this app is just for name as confirmation depends on cancellation of already booked tickets. For booking a confirmed or when it's in waiting from our boarding point, the app asks us to book from the originating station or till terminating station which costs us more.

Very worst app for booking train . 1 month before I have booked, and they have collected the payment with tax and maintaining charges too.. Finally it get cancelled in last minutes. They returned only ticket price, I have lost tax and maintaining charges, they didn't return that amount.. It happens 2 times for me .. Don't beleive this app...

Payment getting failed everytime I book a ticket. Last 3 transaction got failed and I have no transaction details on the app. Going to file a complain if the money deducted is not returned withing 24hrs from now. Edit: Got the money back for some transactions, good support from team. Do not use any transaction from PayU money, that's an absolute broken merchant. Rather use net banking option. Reliable.

I have been using this app for a while now. But most recently i had my "CONFIRMED" ticket cancelled without my cancellation request. I was so baffled when i saw it a few days later, because i did not cancel it, and no one had access to my phone or my account. I checked my mails and there it is, at exactly 6:44 AM it said the ticket is cancelled it and that refund is initiated and trust me, I do not wake up at that time. So this app might just cancel your ticket without your permission, dont use.

Worst. I cancelled my ticket 3 days before the date of journey but didn't get the refund. Those 3 days I talked with their executive more than 6/7 times and everytime they assured me that the ticket has been cancelled and refund will be credited into my account. But just after the train got departed, got a mail from their end that the ticket has not been cancelled, so they can't refund the amount. Worst worst experience. I hv already sent couple of mails alongwith details but no response.

It's not good. There is no probability of ticket confirmation here. You can make it without this app. Also they will not refund your full amount. Only the refund from Indian Railway will be returned. Balance amount will be credited in the app wallet. So put some common sense in reservation technique and stay away from the app ********* App shows that you will get full amount as refund, but you only get the refund from IRCTC. Balance amount will in their wallet

It is a good follow up on the vikalp option which was added in the IRCTC app. This app helps passengers who have to plan a journey at a shorter notice with a confirmed ticket and are willing to pay a premium for it instead of buying a costlier class for a confirmed ticket when their actual motive is not luxury or comfort but a confirmed seat/ berth for which they did not have the luxury of time to plan well in advance. However this should not penalize people whose one and only luxury is time.

ConfirmTkt excels in accurate ticket predictions and alternate train suggestions, aiding travel planning. However, booking tickets via the app is problematic due to a cumbersome refund process requiring a TDR and a code from TC during the journey, despite earlier guidelines to file TDR before travel. This inconsistency ruins our refunds, They just want to loot our money. Inspite I charged for free cancellation they didn't refund my money. so it's better to book tickets through other platforms.

It's been a while I am using this app. I booked a ticket it showed the ticket is confirmed but however just few hours before boarding, it shows the seat is in waiting list and got cancelled. It's very embarrassing and panicked situation to know the train has been cancelled at the last hour. It was informed that my fare will be refunded fully, however, the amount was not refunded fully although cancellation was not from my side. Service was not satisfactory. I will not recommend to use this app

It is a great app sorry was until there last update, I understand that you're showing nearby stations for options but provide filter options of not showing it as well. It's confusing now. Using this app for 3 years, recommended to alot of people but I'm dissatisfied. PUT BETTER FILTERS.

I am extremely disappointed with Confirmtkt! They advertised a 'Confirm Ticket' guarantee, charging an extra fee for a supposed confirmed booking. However, in reality, they only made a normal booking without confirming the ticket. I had already entered my details before the Tatkal window opened, but they failed to secure a confirmed ticket. This is a clear case of false advertising and exploitative business practice. Beware, travelers!

Highly user friendly, but just make sure that the station you entered matches the recommended one, as sometimes it recommends nearby station too. Overall very good app. I was able to book in around 10 minutes for my family. Very good flexible payment options too

Title: Misleading Tatkal Booking Notifications I have been using the Confirmtkt app for a while and generally find it convenient for booking train tickets. However, I recently encountered an issue with the AC class Tatkal booking notifications. The app states that AC class Tatkal bookings start at 10:00 AM, but I consistently receive notifications at 10:15 AM, which is frustrating and misleading. This discrepancy in timing is quite inconvenient, as it results in missed opportunities to book.

I paid for a ticket but the app froze and money was deducted. No support, refund or anything . Automated Call Systems are severely flawed and can't even get a hold of a human. The call prevents me from progressing after a few steps. It hasn't been refunded to my wallet either. I don't even have the confidence to book another ticket with this app anymore. Serving such a large user basez I'd assume it'd have some proper customer support but it is non-existent with the interface it provides
