I have always 'guessed' when it comes to rhythm or just listened and copied but realised it is a very important skill that I need to learn. This app is great I start my day with it and little by little it is sinking in Its easy and makes learning a new skill fun. When learning music and a new instrument, there are so many things to think about, so it is great there is something like this to help develop one aspect. Highly recommended

Good app, but sometimes calibration get wonky and in the arcade mode of dictation swiping to start submits an empty answer which automatically registers as a wrong

I really love this app. I need some help creating a custom drill though. I always get an error saying the staff failed to generate.

Good app, useful. You should consider adding a timer that keeps track of how much you practiced in a day, week, month and all time app usage, to keep track of our practices and set goals. You can make it low profile, but for it just to be there, accessible through settings or being optional would be nice.

An excellent tool for learning to read music!!! The app follows many principles of educational phycology. A great example of learning while playing! If a user finds difficult to proceed they should go back to the previous level and make sure to master it. Also, break suggestions is another good idea! I would even dare to suggest the developers mandatory breaks/prev. level in case of continuous failure of the user to increase score/advance to the next level. Learning efficiency will get greater.

Very good app, marred by unnecessary data collection. No, you don't need to be pulling name, location, gender, email address, etc. That's as unnecessary as it is disreputable.

extremely user friendly from beginner to advanced levels of learning! I was impressed by the various strategies of each lesson and it really does make learning fun and easy! I'm looking forward to exploring all the different modes of this tool, definitely a must have app for any aspiring learner

This app has been "instrumental" (lol) in helping me learn rhythm!! It is set up simply and is very pleasant to use. The challanges are the perfect difficulty, and are always fair. I have been using it daily and can see improvements. Will continue to use.

Love this app so far. My one gripe is that in one of the practices where you need to tap the rhythm in real time, the line varies from one measure to 2 measures in one practice. It is a bit annoying for me as a beginner to read ahead when the next line may not be equal to the previous.

Hi. I love this app. Great for practicing whenever you have a few minutes. PLEASE add an option to allow for more than 3 mistakes before arcade mode restarts, even infinite. It's such a great mode but I don't like having to go through the easy sections again every time I mess up a couple of tricky lines.

I got frustrated with knowing what to do to tap out the rhythms. Once the notes are tapped onto the staff wrong, I wasn't sure how to erase them without using the back button, which would be a pain for every mistake. Swiping to start again gives u no time to hit the first note and no empty measure count in. Looked like a good ap for a smart person, but if I can't figure out the quarter and half note drills. They get into complex rhythems and time sigs if u can figure out the interface.

Awesome app! Really helped me learn to read! Some features that could help make it even better: 1. A way to change the tempo. 2. A mode that is just for practicing reading without needing to tap the input on your phone (for playing on a practice pad or something) 3. A freeplay mode where you can just write any rhythm and then here it back.

You've done an amazing job with all of your applications, but the rhythm trainer is my favorite! One small feature suggestion would be the ability to connect to an external device like a keyboard to practice. And possibly slightly longer tutorials talking about how to count more complex rhythms. Nevertheless, I love the detail and the UI, and it's a total 5 stars from me.

No ads, great UI, easy to use, offline, AND an extensive list of free content? I had to buy the full version (only like 6 bucks BTW so so cheap!!! Plus they have an option for those who can't afford it. What??!!) This app deserves so much love!!! My bad (and truly horrendous) rhythm keeping is no more! And I actually understand how music notes work now. 10/10 Thank you devs!

A great tool for learning to internalize the beat. User first taps the written beat; then, taps the dictated beat. (As my piano teacher physically demonstrated by marching around the room, it's easier to incorporate the beat and to keep the rhythm steady and even if you imagine shifting your body weight from Left to Right as you imaginatively March forward.) I love this app. I'm new to it. I'm haven't found how to access the tutorials yet. Like that there is statistical feedback. Thx.

This app is fantastic. Smooth interface, calibration for accuracy, levels that you can practice and repractice that don't feel inanely repetitive... this app is amazing. On top of that, to unlock the full version of the app it's incredibly inexpensive. Plus they give you plenty of content to begin with to see if it's something you would like to purchase. 10/10. I've downloaded their other two apps and I'm looking forward to them.

Overall really good except sometimes the metronome 'stutters'. It is not always exact amd that hesitation screws me up. On the good side I find the calibration is very good which was a problem which made other apps like this unusable. This one is pretty exacting which is challenging. When it doesn't stutter it doesn't allow for much sloppiness when I do the exercises. ***** In reply I have found closing my other apps seems to solve the problem.

I'm honestly blown away by helpful this app is. I've been playing the piano for 1.5 years, and I can read/understand rhythms, but have felt like actually playing them always requires a bit of effort. I love this app because it makes you imitate, read, and transcribe rhythms in a very natural progression and the way it is gamified makes it feel like a fun challenge. It's been really helpful to me. When I got through the free content, I was more than happy to pay for the full app.

I really love this app. As someone who's done music for a long time but always struggled with tempo and rhythm, I find this app extremely helpful. I really love how certain "levels" use random rhythms pertaining to the lessons and ask you to tap along. It really forces you to learn how to feel the timing vs just practicing a particular piece until you get it. It makes it very applicable to other songs. I also really appreciate how it has lessons with different time signatures! Highly recommend!

I think this is app is nearly perfect, but the calibration beginning has me worried. This is an app to study rhythm and being precise in placement of beats; I showed my student this, and he has a tendency to tap earlier than the beat consistently. I saw that he was doing this for the calibration as he just downloaded the app, and I had to do it for him in fear of the app instilling in him that his off-kiltered recalibrated taps were the norm.
