I tried to play Slots, before tapping on the game I had 4M+ on golds the game did not open but the gold balance shows zero.I tried to open my tong its app with the same log in hoping its in there but it only gave me 10k reward, 4M+ gold is nowhere to be found. I uninstalled and install it back, log in to my account but the gold only shows 10k reward that came from the other app. Game ID 132723 Hoping you'll help me with this because I really enjoy playing various games in it.

I do enjoy playing this game it was really fun. But then this gltch? Is says "You are playing please wait for the result" would appear after i bet. I really dont know how that happen?? not only 1s nor twice many times during my play time,... i've been losing a lot because of that and i feel cheated or being rob. So disappointed. Un less you will return all i lost during those incident. I give 3* for the game play.

Its really entertaining the graphics are great and you could play with other players and its really adicticting so what I'm trying to say is this Game is great and you could also won some prices load and etc. But the best parts it's really entertaining and enjoyable... So what are you waiting for lets play and have fun😁😁😁

Very unique app, i like it very much i pretty much like how you can earn go stars easily thats the best part of the app also the color game its my FAVORITE💋. I still have a long way before i can redeem anything and hopefully its not a scam😆. Overall i love the app no crashing or any bug thats happening.

Nice experience and gameplay. I enjoyed playing Lucky 9 a lot and I do believe that everything needs a room for improvement, that's why I am suggesting that it should have a leaderboard for each game category like lucky 9, color game and so on. It would encourage me to play more just to see my name on the leaderboards. Hoping for this function to be included. Thanks!

Why the redeeming method always says go back at 11am and it always says 0 load to redeem why cant I exchange my gostars I cant wait anymore it always happened can you please fix this problem. Especially the time to redeem. Its so frustrating cause I have to wait till morning to wait for the refreshing of the site and there is still no gostars ... if only I can quit but I cant you should consider that someone is still waiting for your game to get better even more ... Anyway #itsanimegametoplay

I really love this game a lot, but maybe this might be much enjoyable if we could log in our account into another device. Wherein error occur too many log in. for instance that my phone is having battery issue, so I can't play much, and what if the phone won't open what will happen to my account. Since this game is online maybe you could consider. I hope for the next and future update this may include. thanks .

I used this app before, but 3 days ago it was my first spending real money. I got charged for the diamonds twice, but I did not get any diamonds to my app. I requested a refund from google support but they said I must contact the developer which would consume my time again. We are not talking about huge amount of money for the refund so I don't mind if I'll get my money back or not. I wish this bug from the app will get fixed sooner. This hoping this is not going to happen to other users.

fix the problem of playjoy, everytime i go to redeem always loss connection or error but my signal is good then after a mins. its work but no have sodexo to redeem! everyday at 11am im waiting to redeem but wyst of time! fix this problem！im not only one. many players is just like me! so bad! where the fair of this game？!？

I gave it 4 star because its good and yeah fun to play but i think you need to fix the activity log or whatever you call this thing because its like a scam. I kept on doing the ACTIVITIES but the promised rewards dont go to my account like for example "Like the page and you will get 30k chips" i tried and tried it but NOTHING WORKED/HAPPEN like nothing seems WRONG you know BRUH. So that's the thing why I think you guys need to fix this SUCH A PROBLEM/SCAM.

It's a scam. When I was close to win the price 500 gocoins, it removes me on the game. It says that the table cannot found. Try finding it. But when find the table that I had enter, it was actually disappeared. It works only in few days. How can you not fix this problem. I spend half hour in that tournament but when I am near to get the price, it suddendly disappeared. What kind of game is this. It did not back my coins and diamonds that I used. And I try to restart it but it says no tournament.

I gave you 5 star as your rate. While playing color game land and start earning, I check where to redeem or cash out that I've won but to my dismay. It's nowhere to find and cash out the money I've won. Please check and investigate regarding this matter and correct the mistake that caused this problem in order for your players not to encounter the same problem so as not to create doubts by the players as SCAM GAME APP. Thanks.

I couldn't redeem even just a prepaid load. It's always out of stock. It maybe a scam. 🙄 Update: Aug 16, 2021, still couldn't redeem if you only have up to 200 gocoins since they're just updating rewards for 500 and 1000 sodexo everyday. Also, I noticed that if you have like 200 go coins, they will remove games that only require you to spend gold and win diamonds. It's there strat in order for you to now purchase diamond in order for you to play games that will reward you diamonds and go coins

Its a nice game but the app has a lot of bugs. It didn't clear the instances every end of the game. I think the programmers use singleton as a design pattern for this. Example: 1. in the tournament mode on pusoy. After you losing the game, then go to the tournament mode again, it will not show the game. You will need to close and reopen the game just to play it. 2. The screen will not refresh completely. It will just cover the last screen to a new screen and so on.

Too hard to profit. Whenever you deposit, the games like poker changes the gameplay which i don't even know and leads to losses. In pusoy, is it even a game of who sorts better? Because it seems like a game of who has the better cards. I had so many attempts to try to get at least ₱130 in balance but i failed too many times. Not because of skill issue. Don't download. It's not even considered a great casino.
