Worst crypto app... Fire starters upi payments take soo much time idk why i think they are using those funds for a few days then giving money back feels really fishy.. Second soo many glitches one or two ok but so many?? Hire me I can help remove those bugs... Third how to undertake crypto easily u guys have just burried it in somewhere... Fourth your app doesn't work when many ppl log in and ppl are frustrated...

The app is not starting properly and also lagging. I have read lost of review about the same problem. Every review have the same problem so u can understand it not on our end it on your end . Plz fixed the problem because in this month of July crypto bullrun can came and this app is not working this time plz fix this problem asap

Scamers Worst app . I already done kyc , but not saying my kyc is pending . Not able to chat with the team app is crashing. Also mail to the team they said issue is resolved , but kyc still pending not able to withdraw my money . This app didn't deserve even one star . Recieved the calls from the team your issue is resolved but still facing the same issue. Today recieved the call for formality but still they not able to find the solution of my problem . Very disappointed service .

Don't use this fraud app. It always shows a higher price than the actual market price of any crypto in the market. It won't even show you any detailed graph or candle diagram. The graph and candles don't refresh for every 5 minutes or 15 minutes. It also doesn't have many new coins and many popular coins you might be interested in. Only a limited number of coins are present. It also has hidden charges and doesn't even allow you to send your coins to another crypto wallet

My chart is not switching to full screen in Pro mode. Auto refresh content of the app is not as effective. Price update is slow. its a big problem for day traders or even for scalpers. I am switching to another crypto app.

Highly complicated. I redeemed Freecash coins with Litecoin. Used Coinswitch to create address. Litecoin are not added to my coinswitch balance. They don't have chat or phone support. When I emailed they are asking me zillion proofs! Even after sending all they have still not credited. I am very frustrated. Please don't use Coinswitch. If I could give negative rating, I would.

I'm using this app for over a period of time I love the interface and the coins are good but the coins i want to buy aren't here and I have few tokens in my other wallet which I want to transfer to my Coinswitch wallet, which I used to do before but not anymore I want Coinswitch to bring back the coin transfer system to tranfer the coins from one wallet to other wallet which will be quite helpful for the users.

When ever I try to deposit money its always saying pending and i don't even get the money back into my account and I'm facing this issue since 2022 I have tried to connect with the customer support and it never happeens. I'm really disappointed with such issues Till date I have not even received any call from you guys and I have 3-4 transactions pending till now

I'm using coinswitch for the last 2 years. I'm currently facing issue with app. The issue is app not working properly and automatically going back. I'm not able to buy crypto.in this reason I feel unsafe with app. I'm already investing money in this app.I can't access the portfolio because of this app issue.please fix the issue.I need solution for this.

i dont know whats the issue with the app but the app always shows not responding and while the app start i use my fingerprint to login but it loads and then again asks me to put my pin and then it will load for few minutes and show homescreen and after that the apps stops responding and i cant see anything in app plz i need ot to be fixed

I have been using this app since almost 3 years. But since last week I am facing issues with the average buy price and profit calculation. Though I have complained about it last week, the issue hasn't yet been resolved. It's directly affecting my earnings. Alert to those who are already using, keep taking screenshot of your portfolio and earnings... You may need it for further communication I am seriously looking for a better option for this app
