Was not expecting a destination tag for xrp then there is a fee of 5 Dollars when the amount I was unable to transfer is just less than 6 dollars, you could've just done percentage of the said amount

This app is lightyears behind the quality of it's previous version. Inexorbitant amount of transaction fee for a transfer that it would take more than 2 hours to process and prompt you to contact support in the process. You don't want this headache friend, there are a lot better alyetnatives than this one like GCash and Maya. I used to like this app but this recent version is absolute horsecrap and needs a total redo.

PROS: The app is getting better bit by bit in every update. Good for trading crypto and as an alternate e-wallet. CONS: A security concern - once logged in, it does not auto lock when you do not use the app for some time. Make sure no other person can open your phone or otherwise, make it a habbit to logout. SUGGEST: Please separate cancelled and executed orders in crypto trading history.

I have been using this platform for a few months but I encountered a big problem with the 2FA Google Authentication error but with the help of the support team, my problem has been resolved especially when repeatedly signing in to Coins.ph

I've been using coins.ph as an e-wallet whether I am in the Philippines or abroad .It is very handy from paying bills to sending and receiving money.whenever I encounter any problem with my account the support team is always quick,reliable and competent in handling my issue!

The new UI update broke something. I now have to open and close the app about 2 to 3 times or more before it starts displaying anything other than the features/functions category below.

This has been my custodial wallet/exchange of choice for years, but now that I'm a little more serious into Bitcoin, the high withdrawal fees for BTC is just atrocious (0.0004BTC = ₱1300!). Will be moving to pouch.ph for all my satoshi stacking in the future!

It's functions as expected. it is lags sometimes but if you don't trade every minute, it's good. Just one thing... Add a dark mode for god sake. it's 2024. Cmon!

May I suggest that everytime we closed the Coins.ph App, it should be locked automatically; and can be open only thru Biometrics or MPIN, as additional security to our account. At present, even we closed the App, then after few seconds, we open it again, we can immediately access it.. the App did not even ask for Biometrics or MPIN, as additional layer of security. Even we already enabled the Biometrics.

Very nice, very friendly, Keep up the Good work. All errors that said are came from the errors of the user. One thing I would like to ask is that, When sending crypto to crypto wallets such as Binance Kucoin and others, I hope we have the option of getting an OTP code, email and phone or other way is sending crypto without email OTP code needed. Why I suggest this that because it does not send OTP code when I withdraw. Please fix this,This is a very simple problem with you.

Your camera scanner could not focus the object. Please reprogram your camera scanner feature or add some feature that we can upload the good quality picture of our Identification. My phone has good camera and quality. Your camera scanner feature blurs the object. That is why we always retried taking pictures of our Identification but still blury.

It's been 2 days since I kept on logging in my account but I can't log in. I thought my internet connection was too slow but when I tried it again today stay the same. The screen only shows "verifying if you're not a robot". I just can't log in whether I use my number or even my email. I just dont visit my account for weeks fmnecause I am busy then this is what happened. I hope you can make some intervention about this. Thank you.

New update made the app confusing. Another thing which is inconvenient is the feature that you could only use the app on one device. It would be great if we could add more trusted devices while having a security feature that comes with it. It is too inconvenient to have to login everytime there is a need to switch device. The random logging out of the app is also another inconvenience.

Only exhange/e-wallet I've used that requires KYC multiple times. Since my account creation in 2014, I immediately applied for KYC Level 2 and got verified. Then back in 2022, the exchange asked me again to update my info which I did. Now less than 3 years later, it's asking me AGAIN to go though their KYC process despite already getting VERIFIED TWICE. What's weird is I rarely use this app nowadays and most of my recent transactions were only 4-5 figs for conversion/online payments.

After consecutive months of the app's persistent freezing problem, I was thinking of leaving the app. Reinstalling from scratch didn't fix the problem. However the issue will be addressed on September 12th, 2024 update. I hope this marks a turning point for the app's reliability. To prevent future disruptions, Coins.ph should prioritize thorough internal testing before releasing updates to the public.

They would not close my account for me. Also, I noticed that my phone was telling me that the app was running, when I wasn't using it, and I thought nothing of it. This time, I pressed the notification and there it opened the app info. Under permissions: camera. I think they were peeping through my camera.

Useful, but limited. Was better before. I used this app for a few years before some recent changes reduced its usefulness by removing many of the most useful features and adding limitations. International remittance cash in methods were removed. A location limitation was added. I travel for work and often get various "Service not available in X country" while traveling making it so OFW's cannot use it while in those countries. Was better when it could do more.
