I can say that I've had the same experience with the crashing and not loading..... Uninstalling and then reinstalling the app without deleting the app data or rebooting my phone worked for me, got everything up and running as smoothly as when I first put it in. Anyone experiencing issues give it a try and I hope it works for you also 😉

Don't be turned AWAY by recent reviews the app WAS truly amazing for organization. when multiple portfolio-tracker came out I was estatic! I used it for months then suddenly on the 6th it completely crashed and nothing was done about it. No updates, no media posts, no acknowledgment from the team they're working on any fixes. Nothing. I've now uninstalled. If we get some information I'll consider reinstalling.

this app was the best thing since sliced bread.. until it stopped working completely. 😭 i had the widget on my phone and really helped me keep on top of my watchlist.. would check it constantly and this helped me to make moves in the crypto space. it hasn't been working for awhile now and i'm definitely not staying updated on prices as easily. i tried reinstalling.. no dice. also have tried it on different phones (android) .. no luck there either. i really hope they get it working soon!!

I set up an account on my desktop PC, and it works as expected. But trying to log into the app, I was got into repeated cycles of email verification. Following instructions in the email, I reset the password on my phone. When trying to log into the app again, it said my account and password combo does not exist. It also bumped me out the desktop account too. I need to verify the desktop account to get in. Still no luck with the app. Very annoying!

The last update is garbage! The small pre line-graph was very convenient for a quick visual / acquisition but now it's gone. Also now when you click on a cryptocurrency and hold your finger on the main line-graph the price per coin does not change when sliding left or right, although it did work once but not now for whatever reason. It's got bugs homie. Used to be a quick and visually convenient way to stay on top of price but no more.

It seems like a really good app, but there are a few small but should be very easy additions it could add. Like I wish it allowed the option to only include the top 500 and 1000 coins by market cap into the search. Because the top 200 leaves out a lot of coins I follow, but the "All" option puts too many new or fake coins at the top of the list. The more important thing I wish it allowed was to create watchlists that can show on the widget based on the parameters we define in the search.

Devs really need to fix the app. Issue particularly when adding a widget to home screen. The graphs don't update anymore in the last week or two. Also the widget blanks out and doesn't show any data until you hit the refresh button. It disappears when you lock the phone. You have to hit refresh again next time opening the phone. App experience is pretty poor at the moment. App data has been completely removed. Phone has been restarted with the app deleted and reinstalled. Nothing fixes it.

I don't like the newest version - 4.23.0. They don't have a "$" next to the totals in the portfolio screen, which would really be nice. The "all time profit" screen is only useful if you entered the info in precisely after you bought the crypto in question. I didn't, so that column is a waste of time. I don't get it, you people have to keep changing it for the sake of changing it. The portfolio screen has really taken a turn for the worst.

After the last update, I can't login into my account. Also I'm having problems with my portfolio news updates, I can't even click on the tab, once I do it just crashes. Edit:2022. So I have been using the app after my last review. And overall it has been good to keep track of basic percentages, but there is a problem I stumbled upon. It would be great if there was a option for "swapping", since there isn't known I have to resort to "transfer in", but this give you a wrong "profit/loss" percent.

Very easy to use and understand. It is fast, safe, informative, and up-to-date. It is clear, transparent, a great tracker, etc.. I rely on its current information. Navigation on the site is done effortlessly while providing quick, effective results. The system is programmed to automatically link to your other current devices it works and is easy to sync up, done smoothly. In my opinion, definitely think its the best. Very manageable, and it is fun to use.I Look forward for updates, can't wait🥳

I like it when it works. I have many problems with the portfolio. Get errors that a coin cannot be saved. Get errors that it's not available. Tonight I was viewing my portfolio and it flashed and all my coin entries were gone. Looks like I need to set them all up again. Grrrrr! UPDATE: The price chart and balance show vastly different amounts for my portfolio. Now this app is totally useless!

This app is okay. Nothing more. I have issues with everything, from viewing the price of cryptocurrencies (will straight up not load most of the time). And price tracking (will get notifications that the price is higher than it actually is). The portfolio works well, though it could honestly do with more features like seeing profit since a coin was bought at x price. Overall, a poor app.

I like the clean new look and the added features. But some of the glitches seem to have gotten worse. At first, it seemed that the horizontal indicators wouldn't move sometimes after being placed initially. I found that any indicator placed on any chart and left for some time becomes stuck and can't move anymore. The price line indicators sometimes disappear when moving the chart or zooming in or out. This seems to happen on any chart. If these bugs get fixed, it'd be golden!

How is this app so glitchy with every update? Portfolio percentage button disappears. I reinstall app and portfolio percentage button is there for a couple uses of app but then disappears again. Also, if there's a coin I haven't recently owned and I try to add a purchase for, it just goes back to chart. No screen to enter purchase info. Sometimes if I redownload it works. Sometimes not.

I really wish the app had all the same features as when I open it on my desktop computer. why does the app not show total profit for your portfolio?? that is a huge missing feature. also the fact that you can't sync to other exchanges using either automatic sync or a CSV file download/upload is very annoying to track various transactions over multiple exchanges

the app is very useful and convenient to work with but I'm still having The worst trouble being able to see the addresses that my cryptocurrency is being transferred in from or where I can send it to it doesn't give me those address spaces to be able to change or add that information in. needless to say it makes things very difficult to keep things on the right track and stay current amongst all other trading apps.

If only there was a way to change the widgets, font size individually from the Android O.S. Anytime I go to look at the CMC apps' widget tickers, the text is too small and if I resize the text in the OS To make the widgets, text readable.then the widgets text is fine, but everything else is disproportionate in other apps And are forced to truncate text. I know it's not your fault if this setting is not allowed on an apps' individual basis within Android.
