Will not allow me to withdraw my crypto currencies. Customer service blocked my email address to make it look like I didn't reply to their email. I lost a substantial amount of money because of this. DO NOT USE THIS WALLET.

I needed it another wallet to stored some crypto. After I put some coins in this wallet I got a unexpected coin within the wallet a dust token, I immediately move my coin back off! Stay away from this garbage

The apps works fine enough but there are features needed to make it work great e.g. Built-in app lock, dark mode.

After installation & importing my BCH-SLP wallet I was happy, but after recent update all my SLP tokens have vanished. I tried transferring.0011 btc, it promptly appeared. Hope you can do something about SLP tokens

So far they have done little to help me locate 20,000 custd tokens. When I try and get back in my account they tell me it doesn't exist. And all the conversations that we have had they deleted. Go figure.

Good day My funds in usdt was gone and someone do the withdrawal and transfer when I checked my wallet. As I know, their was a trouble in wallet informed thru notification and yesterday another notification that the wallet has been repaired or restored again and bank to normal but my funds in usdt was not return. No one knows the phrase except me. I attached the scrrenshot of my wallet in the ticket I raised Hope that my usdt funds will return Thanks

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DONT PUT YOUR ASSETS IN VIA WALLET ITS A BRIDGED OF SCAMMERS/THIFT WALLET.. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR ASSET LEAVING YOU ZERO BALANCE... Having problem may hard earned money is now on danger i cant withdraw.. it says INTERNAL PROBLEM... I LOST ALL MY ASSET.. I RECCOMEND DONT USED THIS APP IF YOU WILL NOT EXPERIENCED WHAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED... I LOST ALL MY ASSET AFTER THE UPDATE/UPGRADE... THEY DEVELOPER TRANSFER MY ALL ASSETS..ALTHOUGH I DIDNT DO THE TRANSFER OPERATION.

Worst app ever I have my QRcode off of Etherscan even and they say its invalid. I also found my old phone so I have API and they say its not right format. So they are pretty much just F.O.S. If this post is still here it means I havent been helped yet. I will delete or change when I fet my assets back

Nice but does not provide an export history to email option. This wallet is NOT on Koinly. I guess this makes sense since there is no option for a transaction history file.

Downloaded just to tell people that Norton 360 flags this app as Potentially Unsafe - Unusual Behavior - Auto Install, May try to install other programs - Intrusive Ads. I would avoid if I were you.

confusing but fast and nimble. and almost beautiful interface. But needs to be corrected. For example there are several ADA addresses bilut I don't know which onevis for which network! Write the network for each address. For example ADA Cardano or ADA BEP2 or ADA ERC20 etc.

BEWARE! THE APP DOESNT LOCK! Support still haven't responded to me after 12hrs....VERY CONCERNING! I have it set to lock with my biometrics and password...I've closed the app, forced it closed. Anyone could take all ofy money! This is beyond an oversight...this is not acceptable

Can't give this wallet any stars. Mined here a few years ago but developers have really messed up. Website hard to use. Try to input a wallet address for payments and they substitute your mining address with THEIR via wallet address. Didn't know this and they sent my 24hr earning to a wallet I don't have access to. Stay away from this pool and their garbage. You've been warned. Don't bother with contacting me ViaBtc!!

Why you steal my wallet. It's not safe! And also you can swap crypto in this app it says it is error. It's a big scam. You also don't fix the swap transactions. Whenever you swap usdt to trx it's says error tsk! And also I can't transfer money either.
