REPORTING THIS TO THE BBB. US residents, COINEX will let you deposit funds onto your account but they won't let you buy anything or transfer funds off your account. Essentially, COINEX WILL STEAL FROM YOU. DO NOT USE THIS APP. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

"Service unavailable" and suddenly my balance and assets are GONE, live markets are GONE, this app is going UNSTABLE in their servers, this is unacceptable and you guys are doing a poor job at maintaining it operational, there should be an update for this and WHEN there's maintainance, you should INFORM USERS prior, you should SCHEDULE it, instead of making it a BAD SURPRISE for users. Bad, bad, bad UX. FIX THIS URGENTLY!

This people can't b trusted, at first I was receiving sms verification code and on a sudden I could no longer receive sms verification code, they intentionally disabled your account from being able to receive sms verification code so as to stop you from making withdrawals, whenever you make complain they come up nonsense excuses like due to instability with multinational sms carriers,there may be delay in receiving sms code, please try again later. They will never fix the issue. Bitget is better

For 3days now, I have not been able to login to my coinex account because, I couldn't receive the SMS verification in my inbox, I have tried answering the questions asked me to answer and they said it's wrong, I submitted a review of My ID and me still nothing is working, please, something should be done immediately.

This app sucks, this app can't or just have a hell of a strict verification because they are more strict than a nationwide banks(ebanks,wallets), stricter than not less than 4cex and not less than 5dex because this is the only app I can't be verified, yes they take less than 5 min to verify now but it's always rejected tried to use multiple i.d all government issued but none passed their verification, it's a S H I T T Y experience. None the less after 24hrs and this was not edited means it's X!

I think this is not good exchange. The price of Pups coin has hit today 27$ on all other exchanges.But at Coinex it only has hit price of 19$.what a difference😶.Can you explain this?

In the futures section, the ability to set the profit limit and loss limit before activating the order has been added, which is very good, but only for one order, you can set the loss limit and profit limit, and this cannot be done for the rest of the orders, and this is bad. Please fix this issue. Fix it so that we can set profit limit and loss limit for all orders

Please friends don't download this. This is by far the worst application I've ever downloaded. Tried logging in and couldn't get an OTP. Answered the questions manually to prove my account was mine and was still asked to provide details of transactions done in December. I have provided the details and still can't get my log in. You guys don't even deserve a star in the first place

I have been trying to open this app for the past 3 months now and uptil now it has refuse to open...I have lots of my crypto assets there and I obviously can't retrieve them 😭😭😭

SMS verification DOES NOT WORK, and customer support is seemingly non-existent or unresponsive. (don't blame others for your own mistakes, it's not difficult to send SMS globally via any number of providers)

I lost a lot of money because of the quinx bug. Whenever I enter the desired amount for purchase in the futures section, unfortunately, the price is bought at that moment and this is equivalent to fraud and it is a shame for this exchange.

I have not really had a good experience since I downloaded this app. Different days come with different issues. For more than 5 days now, I have not been able to receive OTP for my transactions. The experience is very terrible, and I can't recommend coinEx because your services are not just okay at all.

This is a beautiful app. I like the way it looks, I like the way it works. The web version is even better. But as far as crypto trading apps go, this is one of my favorite. The fees are so low I honestly don't even notice them. Anyone complaining about money transfer problems or lost funds does not understand the nature of the wallet systems used in crypto... It's your responsibility to scan the proper QR code or paste the correct wallet address.

It will fail you when you need it most. I actually like the app. But it's incredibly glitchy. Trying to buy or sell at crucial times, or check my account all I see is "connection timed out" or "http 500" and no response. Seeing current or past orders, nothing will show up, and sometimes the graphs can take multiple attempts to get results. Concept-10/10 Execution-5/10 Their fees are very low, which is a nice change from other apps.

This by far my favorite exchange! They have tons of coins that others do not, the UI is top notch,fast and smooth. They have tons of options and specials to give you more ways to make and save money. On top of that their customer service is great,every issue i have had even when they have been my fault they have answered me and fixed the problem. I have nothing but positive things to say about these guys. When they lower the purchase minimum, i will be switching everything to them!👌😊

Really good crypto trading app! I was skeptical at first of using an app that is fairly new, but it has met and exceeded all my expectations. I've been using for a few weeks now and I highly recommend it for trading alt coins. The downside is fees are much higher than other platforms so that's a definite negative. Interface takes a bit to get used to and the screens to verify phone or authenticator are not very clear, but once you get the hang of it, it's actually really easy to use.

CoinEx is a great exchange. Like other exchanges it has its flaws. But they have a large selection of coins and their swapping is quick and easy. You have the freedom to do what is needed when you want. Their security is very tight. But that is a necessary quality in the world of crypto. If you like apps like kucoin and binance then CoinEx is perfect for you. Check it out and I'm pretty sure you will be satisfied.
