The app is really good for the starters like me the interface is easy and buying coins that to with INR without any conversion is really great Only thing is i can see some prices and ups and down as compared to market when it comes to INR Also i dont know about transaction while withdrawing whether this app will be able to allow us to withdraw greater amout more than lakhs...as i was checking terms and conditions they have mentioned some limits so accordingly pls check and invest.

Useless support. Never get a genuine reply from your grievance support mails, even no option to connect with a live agent from app to discuss or raise a ticket. Only showing predefined texts in chat windows. I have a issue with beneficiary adding on banking app, getting error like, could not fetch beneficiary name after giving details, so any genuine update?

The app has improved alot. Earlier i had switched to another platform but when i cameback again i found the interface very smooth , placing sl and taking trade is now more convenient. Yes you can use it without any doubt. If i'll find anything that can be improved i'll update here.

Worst customer support. I made a transaction of 15k from my bank txn was successful and bank confirmed that money credited to beneficiary account but my wallet was not updated and coindcdx said txn failed and they did not got money. It's been more than 20 days. My bank initiate the chargeback of txn but it got reply from their bank as it's already credited to beneficiary account. Edit1- Issue is resolved. Money credited to wallet. Apart from this app seems good. Supports needs improvement.

Very important, this app lets you buy Crypto in India but then doesn't let you sell due to restrictions from government and your money is completely locked. I have gone through so much mental agony in last few months, please save yourself. The app could have at least informed me about the limitations at the time of buying but they didn't as they don't want to lose on their commission. Pathetic!

1) Transaction fees and platform fees could be reduced. 2) leveraging could be increased in futures trading up to 100x atleast as many other platforms around the world allow us to do so. 3) One last point is that the charts in futures trading are taking a lot of time to get updated sometimes. 4) I hope this reaches the CoinDCX team and they do something about it. Rest this is one of the best platforms on which I have traded. Thanks.

This app is definitely amazing for retail investors like us to start the crypto stock market journey. Would highly recommend to give it a try and they would love it. Few points that can be improved: 1. The dashboard should be customizable. It should allow user to define what indices they would want o see 2. The order screen is not very clear. Especially there should be more flexibility in placing stop loss in terms of the amount and also market price (Upstox application has that)

Overall facing all with most of the disadvantage s compared with advantages. No real time prices are shown. At the time u place the order the price increases most of the time and the team dcx claims that it's due to market fluctuations as I can't believe that it's true. I have placed my sell order to certain limit when the limit reaches to the exact price where Ive set up. The limit order is not completed. And it's showing just 6% completed. How the hell is this works I cannot understand.

Coindcx's latest update is a DISASTER ! The app no longer shows real-time pricing, causing significant price discrepancies between portfolio, market, and live chart prices. This bug makes it impossible to make informed trading decisions and can lead to substantial losses. I've tried multiple times, but the issue persists. I'm shocked that such a critical flaw wasn't caught during testing. I urge the Coindcx team to fix this issue ASAP to restore user trust.

Please update again The updated app's Futures section is Horrible! I'm facing issues like missing auto profitability sorting and misplaced profit and percentage displays. The previous version provided alerts for short and long positions, a crucial feature now missing, causing heavy losses.

It's interface is user friendly and very simple to use . But It's wallet show total amount, it is not show the break-up of this amount. Ex a+b+c+d=100 there is 100 is total amount in wallet ut we don't know the value of a ,b,c and d. Make easier like bank account statement it shows all transaction if it is bigger in Crore or lesser in .013paisa. Please update.

The updated app's Futures section is Horrible! I'm facing issues like missing auto profitability sorting and misplaced profit and percentage displays. The previous version provided alerts for short and long positions, a crucial feature now missing, causing heavy losses. Finding the same crypto in the portfolio is nearly impossible, and the new app is significantly slower. These problems severely hinder my trading experience. Provide access to the previous version, which was much more efficient.

It's very easy to use and helpfull app for new user who entered in crypto market. But some problem in live chart. I see there hasn't been any changes to the chart yet. After looking at the chart once, when you look at it again, it shows completely blank. Please fix the chart issue as soon as possible. Thanks.

once i minimize the app and switch back to it, i can’t see the graph for any token/coin. its really annoying that the chart stops working and all i see is a blank page every now and then. It all the more irritating to restart the app just to get over this bug. i keep finding these articles about crypto withdrawing and yet the option does not appear in my account. its dusabled and i could not find any support for it. Edit: Already tried clearing cache.

New version software is not worth of even 1 star .. charts doesnt load at all ..just blank black screens come up when you click on charts .. now I cnt see charts soo I have no idea where is coin stands !!!!!!! Pathetic updates ... another thing from portfolio you can't view charts of invested coins ... first check where your investment status then go back and search coin to see charts and blank screen comes up ... in the end shut down app and forget your investments

I found out that they lock your balance on selected assets where you won't be able to sell or withdraw your own money. They charge for everything and also if you invest little on any crypto coin which has a higher price value. Once again you won't be able to sell it and for that one needs to buy the whole coin in order to sell. It's all business for them, remember our loss = their gain.

Hi Team, Please include the feature to set SL/TP while placing the order itself. As this is a must have feature for future trading. I can see all the exchanges are having this even the newly launched ones as well. CoinDCX is there in this space for a long time still it is lacking this feature. Please consider adding it at the earliest. Also the app is lagging a lot when there is more volume in the market.

I hate apps that force you to update after every few days/don't open unless you update. It should be the user's choice whether they wish to continue using the old version of the app or get the latest version that requires more storage space. Edit: I don't give a damn about your "new features." I care about my storage space & being able to quickly open apps without having to waste time in updating them. Make updates OPTIONAL, not mandatory.

Very bad app, it has no good algorithm. It shows buy price higher than the current graph position and when we sell at the same time it shows less price than the current graph situation. Why there is such differences between of buying and selling price. You should check on that thing. When you will resolve that solution, I'll definitely change my review. Thanks
