Very poor verification process system. On the website it's very hard to upload your pictures taken using your phone because they have a 2mb file limit. And if you use their mobile app the face identification somehow always says the face doesn't match with the data. I have tried multiple times to solve this issue. Everything from my side has been sent in order and as per instructions. Still doesn't get fully verified. *gave up * I am a verified customer in almost all the exchange apps here

Scam!, your dispute resolution isn't fair! How can you demand recorded transactions details from card companies which is impossible? they the buyers of giftcards should record/screenshot the wallet ID numbers and balances before and after redeeming to prove whether they actually redeemed the card or not. And they most have complied to any form of card offers from the sellers either Ecode/physical card with receipt etc. The buyers must show the wallet ID number and wallet balance to avoid scams!

I don't know what's wrong with the app. It's my first time buying from there. I made an external withdrawal to another wallet. the money has been deducted from my balance but not deliver on the receiving address. And I tried contacting the customer just to discover that no customer is online and also I was not able to create a ticket. This is somehow looking like a scam app.
