Parking fees is really a robbery. It takes time to get in there. And after 10 minutes they are taking 80 rupees as parking fees.

Ui is just ok nothing great. i come from a product background so i know this is just an average job on the app. no real effort to improve it or provide new features. so just need to live with this right now i guess.

very good application, So useful .I don't know what happened the application ,so long time I use the this really so bad. I am up dated from Malaysia, really I want to going back to my home . but I can't see any updates on the application about the flight services.pls reply to me.

Airport is good, neat and clean. However, some of the charges are enormous. Baggage wrapping charge is very high compared to other countries. In Kuwait we pay only Rs270 where as it is Rs500 in CIAL. Budget friendly restaurants should come out as the middle class people are frequent travellers now.

Awesome experience! We don't have to search on the FIDS for the Flight Status, Baggage Belt Changes- the App notifies and takes us through.Thanks to the App,never will I miss my favourite shops in the SHA. Recommended for all those who travel through COK.

Nice App..I have some cornern too.. 1. Multiple flight status are being shown for same flight, it is little bit confusing, it will be helpful if single status is shown. 2. It is observef that flight status is different from that shown in website cial.aero It will be better if a new tab to select International and Domestic tab..in arrival and departure tabs.

exceptional app. It helps me locate places inside the airport. I was not able to find my gate the first time nor was able to find any shops or restaurants. This time when i traveled, i found this app and felt my trip was to and from cochin was much easier. Definitely recommend.

Keeps crashing all the times, not working properly since last 4 days atleast. Please try to keep the standards of app as our CIAL is.
